The hotel is located in a very central and reasonable quite location making it good just across the road they set up a local market, interesting to see and maybe get some local food. The room is clean but has older style furniture and could do with some modernization, but when you consider the price it works. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

Where to begin? Well, I would have to say the personnel at the front desk were extremely unfriendly and even unprofessional. Not a smile, not a greeting, nothing. They go out of their way to avoid eye contact with you when you ask them. Something, even turn their heads to the side and ignore you. They appear to be completely untrained regarding hospitality. Garbage collectors would have been friendlier. In fact, they acted rather annoyed when we informed them that our air conditioner was barely working. We asked that they replace it since it was a portable unit. Of course they didn’t. Our room was extremely stuffy and hot. Very uncomfortable. Also, they refused to give us plastic drinking cups, of all things, for our room. We actually had to go to a restaurant outside the hotel and purchased them. Imagine. There was no mini fridge in the room, and since there is no ice on the property, we had to purchase a bag of ice in order to keep our beverages cool. My friend and I from the United States are fluent in Spanish and our traveling companion is from Chihuahua, so there was no language barrier. Just unfriendly and unprofessional people at the front desk. I have stayed in this hotel several times in spite of the weak Wi-Fi because of the location. I will never stay here again, nor will my friends. Extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this Hotel to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and it was good! The room, while outdated, was clean and had everything needed. The hotel is close to public transportation ( about 3 blocks away from metrobus and you can take other buses on the corner outside of the hotel) The reception staff was nice but a bit unprofessional. They were laughing loudly and playing while we were trying to check in or talk to them. They weren't mean though. Would definitely stay here again for short stays.

Scam Hotel – Hidden Charges, Deceptive Practices, and Shady Environment
I booked this hotel through Expedia, and what I experienced was nothing short of a scam. The hotel advertises standard amenities — including air conditioning — as part of the room price. But once you arrive, they demand an extra 400 Mexican pesos per night just to use the AC. This charge was never disclosed during booking.
When I refused to pay, they gave me the worst possible room, clearly trying to pressure me into upgrading. If you push back or question their tactics, they call the police to intimidate you. In our case, the police were supportive and admitted that the hotel is known for scamming guests like this — it’s a recurring issue.
When I contacted Expedia, the hotel refused to refund the money, and since Expedia couldn't override that, I ended up losing the entire booking. I later realized this hotel uses multiple booking platforms to run the same scam on others.
Even more concerning: the hotel name is intentionally misleading, closely mimicking a reputable chain (Hotel Sevilla) to trick people into booking. And some wrong activity regarding girls was also running in hotel not at all for family

First night they gave me a small room with single full size bed. Which I booked for a double queen bed room. I talked to the receptionist which who was rude and did not want to accommodate me to what I originally booked for. I also complain how the bed was broken and the room on top of it smelled. She just told me I had to deal with it until the next morning. The next morning they switch my room after speaking to management. The room was a little better. Regardless it was too noisy, not heating or cooling, no safe box, floors werent moped full of stains, the towels were old, and no remote to tv unless you asked at the reception and they didnt work or had any. Hotel has no control over their rooms availability. They are knocking on the doors in the mornings to see if the rooms are occupied. I wont be returning to this hotel or recommend this hotel or be booking with expedia again. My week of vacation was a nightmare since day one at this hotel.

Centrally located and free parking. Building is old and could be cleaner. First floor was okay but above that the hallways needed attention. Needs a working elevator (sporadic service outs), reliable air conditioners (ours stopped working and needed to be replaced) and the WiFi is poor at best. The sink didn't drain well and the shower curtain was moldy. The bed sheets and curtains had a strong humid smell, like they haven't been washed ever since they were hung. The halls also smelled very humid. When we laid on the bed we started to feel all itchy. We didn't see any bed bugs but we didn't want to risk it so we decided to try to change rooms. They had nothing available so we had to leave and go to another hotel.

I had stayed there during COVID-19. Staff extremely friendly. They upgraded me to a large airy room. This time, paying a higher price, they put me in an awful small dark ground floor room that should be a storage room. When I said this was unacceptable, they put me in another barely acceptable room looking at an air shaft. Staff rarely greeted me. Left my sunglasses in the restaurant. A waiter found them. Another staffer stole them. Gym equipment broken and neglected and no instructions. Neighborhood fascinating and full of life and diverse activity and not gentrified.

Mi estancia fue mala, ya que habia grupos muy grandes. Habia mucho escandalo dia y noche, ingiriendo bebidas alcoholicas, fumando (se supone que ya no se puede en lugares cerrados. Una habitación armó el karaoke, pues los \"cantantes\" se escuchaban por todo el Hotel. No vi la presencia de seguridad en ninguna parte, supongo que los callaron hasta las 2am.
