Very central location, yet quiet enough not to be disturbed at night. Lovely clean room with very comfortable bed and soft sheets. Large fluffy towels was a touch of luxury. Amazing rain shower with good pressure and hot water (note the shower and toilet were in a frosted glass cubicle so not an entirely separate room in case you are traveling with someone - I was alone and quite liked this set up).

Downside is room was quite hot and I couldn't get the air conditioning to work (seemed to come out warm only, or turned on and off with a buzzing noise every 2 minutes which was annoying). Window let in some air though. Could do with a \"do not disturb\" card for the door to alert housekeeping that I was in the room

I have stayed here a few times since it opened. It’s a basic hotel as far as amenities go but the decor and bedding make it feel like a luxury property. Great location next to Plaza de Maria Magdalena. Wonderful staff!

This hotel is a SCAM!!!!!! The day we checked into the hotel, they were having a severe mildew problem and they told us they had no rooms that were safe for us to stay in. They said they have been working on getting the problem fixed, but in the meantime, we should cancel our stay and find a new hotel, and that they would approve our refund through hotels.com. They gave us their word! They then refused to answer hotels.com and never responded for 2+ weeks and so we never got our money back, and had to find a new hotel that day. We still have never heard from them. Terrible experience, terrible management, and I would not recommend this hotel experience to anybody. The hotel is affordable but not worth what we went through. If you are looking for reliability and a hotel that answers the phone or email, this hotel is NOT for you!!!!!!

I had an emergency situation at my other hotel and had to change rooms for my last two nights in Sevilla. Letoh Letoh was just down the street from my previous hotel and I should have stayed here from the very beginning. The hotel is very nice, clean, and customer service was excellent! The room is nice and stylish. The bathroom is semi-transparent, so probably not the best situation for friends or non-romantic partners, but everything else is excellent. Also the lobby is very spacious and doesn’t feel cramped like some other hotels in the city center. Five stars!!

Very clean, new property, comfy bed, wonderfully located in a pedestrian shopping area. Lots of food options very close by. A small double room, but the best designed I've seen at this price point. Centrally located within 15 minutes walk to almost every major sight (except Plaza Espanola, which was a 25 minute walk). I would definitely stay again!

We travelled from Canada and this was our first time in Seville. The hotel stay made it soo much more memorable and comfortable. You can leave your luggage prior to check in and explore the city on foot. If you are adventurous enough and take the city bus 32, it is a short walk to the hotel.

We also discovered the Mercado (market) about 15 mins walk from hotel and they have an Oyster bar with the freshest iberia ham sandwich!!!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel — the location truly couldn’t be better. It’s ideally situated with easy access to all the major high-end stores, making it a dream for anyone who enjoys luxury shopping. Just steps away from “the tree on a bridge” landmark, it’s also easily accessible by taxi, which made getting around effortless.

The surrounding area is full of great restaurants, offering everything from casual bites to upscale dining — all within walking distance. It was a pleasure to explore the neighborhood on foot.

One of the highlights for me was how close it is to key historical and cultural sites. Both the Cathedral and the Real Parroquia de Santa María Magdalena are just a short walk away, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient.

Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking to combine comfort, culture, and convenience. I’ll definitely be returning.

Regretfully my stay was spoiled by the emergency light going off in my room during the night. You could not turn it off. Had to go to lobby to have breaker switch reset. Happened again and again. Told hotel full and couldn't switch rooms. Two nights of this spoiled my days in Seville as I was tired and not happy. Staff didn't really know what to do. Asked for partial refund. No go. Hotel rooms/hallways are rather dark and gloomy. No bar fridge in rooms. Couldn't recommend this hotel (hostel-like as others have said).

After initial complaints about the lack of hangers in our room we settled into the hotel easily. Brilliant location, 5 to 10 mins from most of the major attractions.
We had a room with a disabled wetroom which i think was slightly larger than most.
All the staff were lovely and extremely helpful, would certainly stay here again.

Compared to US rooms, it was small. Bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent. Very limited space to put belongings. Had to request AC turned on each day, which they willingly did but we couldn’t control it from our room. Kinda noisy outside but the location is pretty excellent so that was solved with ear plugs. With our renewed expectations we would definitely stay there again.

I am travelling around Europe for 6 weeks and this was one of the nicer accomodations I paid for so I was really excited to come. It was not exactly what I expected, so I wanted to share some information from my experience.

PROS: location is fantastic and I liked the boutique style vibe of the hotel.

CONS: very, very poor sound proofing - can hear everything going on in the hotel, such as water running through pipes, doors opening and closing, other guests coming back late at night and checking out early. Low security - anyone can come in and access the room floors. For the price, the hotel offers very minimal amenities (less than the shared Airbnb I stayed in previously in Madrid) - no fridge, no tissue boxes, no smart TV and the body wash was the same colour as the hand wash (fluoro green 😭).

As a side note; some staff at the hotel do not speak English and did not appear to me to be very accomodating when I asked about the possibility of a quieter room and when I asked for a tissue box (I was provided with napkins).

Nice, modern hotel in a great location in Seville.
Walkable distance to all sight seeing spots but a quiet area which is nice.
Lots of shops nearby.
Seville overall is a beautiful city. It is a perfect weekend city break.
Only downside of hotel is the bathroom could be bigger (sink is in the main room) and there was no kettle but these aren’t major.

The room was very small, even by European standards. The bathroom is extremely small with the toilet only 2 steps from the shower door. The sink is located outside of the bathroom on the opposite side of the room. You can hear everything going on outside of your room, including doors opening and closing, neighbors flushing toilets, etc. The location is just fair. It was absolutely not worth the 300 Euros they charged.

NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ALONG STREET, making nice for walking but very inconvenient if you have luggage. Staff would NOT call a taxi because taxi could not come down the street, but also would not call a taxi to pick up at a nearby taxi stand because “taxi company does not like it”. Suggestion - form a relationship with one taxi company so you can call taxis for your guests checking out.

- Only provided with two tiny bottles of water, with no free replenishment each day (have to pay like 1.5e for each replacement, expensive for such a small bottle)

- Walls very thin: if air conditioning isn't on in your room you will hear every bang, bump and snore from your neighbours

- Air conditioning was a bit smelly: damp odour when it starts up

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location to get around on foot. All the main attractions are within a 10 minute walk and it’s situated right in the main shopping area so perfect for a bit of shopping!
The staff were all really friendly and kept our luggage for the day we checked out. The later check out is a big win.

Unfortunately the downsides outweighed the good on a lot of points. The hotel is very noisy, not from street noise but you can hear everyone moving around in their rooms and we were kept up by doors slamming all night.
The bed we had wasn’t fixed to the floor so scraped on the floor everytime we sat on it and moved during the night. As much as the sink in the bedroom maximises the space, it is noisy if you’re sharing a room.
Great for a budget traveller or someone on their own but be mindful of the noise.

I really want to give it a 5 star but cannot for one reason only the bathroom. The location was perfect in the centre from multiple points of interest.. lots of shopping and dining options around, the staff were great and the hotel was clean. Now about the bathroom first the sink is across the room so you have to leave to use it. The doors have no locks and the worst part is it has rippled glass walls that are completely see through so it was awkward using the shower or toilet. Also there’s no closet and little counter space. If I was traveling alone I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely place to stay in a fantastic location in central Seville. Staff were genuine, friendly and helpful. Decor and design was well thought out throughout. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus! One thing to note is the semi-poor soundproofing, there is minimal noise from the street but the walls between rooms are thin. Would also recommend adding a bin into the bedroom as we had nowhere to put our rubbish! Overall a really pleasant stay.

This hotel is nothing as stated. It is a no frills 2 star at best place in a busy street. We got no sleep for the road noise, the elevator was broken and we had to lug our luggage up flights of stairs. Bed is hard, room is mega small, not worth the money paid. After we complained about the noise and a mouse in our room they did move us. But small room again and you roll over to a cement pillar in your face. Taxis do not come tha far so you lug your bags down blocks of cobblestones. No near restaurants. Just not a good deal at all.

Thankful we only stayed one night here. The hotel has a modern, minimalistic design and when I saw photos and the price, I knew I had to book a room at this new boutique hotel. However, our experience did not meet expectations. There is no phone in the room and no fridge. At midnight, we got a loud knock on our door. We were at first perplexed as to why there'd be a knock this late in the night. The knock continued and finally we asked who it was and what they needed. The guy asked if everything is okay because the alarm in our room went off. Hmm, we didn't hear anything or any sort of alarm. Then an hour later, we showered and the drain clogged up so badly that the water flowed out of the bathroom and flooded into the hotel room, soaking our suitcase and everything on the floor! There is no phone, so my husband had to take the lift down to get towels. The receptionist was not alarmed when we told him about the flooding in our room and simply gave us only two towels which were not enough for the amount of water flooding. The next morning when we checked out, we told the other receptionist about the flooding and her response was a cold \"so?\" Not even an apology. Another big issue is that the walls are ultra ultra thin. We kept hearing slippers shuffling, and it alarmed my husband throughout the night as he thought someone was walking around in our room.

A plus is that the checkout time is at noon, which gave us time to sleep in before heading to the airport.

The hotel is in a pedestrianised shopping area. Most of the places of interest are in the Centro and Santa Cruz areas. The hotel is in Centro, a short walk from Metropol Parasol (the mushroom) and the Cathedral. It's easy enough to walk anywhere from the hotel, even if you wish to cross the river into the Triana district (which I did) - it's all walkable. So I would say that it's in a fab location.

I had a basic room, plenty big enough for a solo traveller like me, or a couple. It was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable. Free wifi.

It has a wonderful powerful shower, air conditioning, a safe, TV and hairdryer. Towels are provided. There is no kettle though. I understand there is a room in which to get coffee, but I didn't visit it.

Luggage was safely stored after checkout time and before I had to depart.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
