Tiny Room, Poorly Designed Shower Stall

Our was the smallest room I have ever seen.
There was no place to put a suitcase let alone 2. We booked this room for 2 people and upon arrival were told it's for 1 but we still took it since it had a double bed. It was clean and a good location and staff was friendly. My biggest complaint is the shower situation. There was a half door and the shower base was perfectly flat so the bathroom flooded every day during a shower.

This was a perfect place for a one night stay. While the hotel may be older with a small elevator, the shower, bed and products offered in the room more than made up for it. One of the 4 shower knobs came off. I jumped out of the shower because scalding water (not exaggerating about the temperature; it was unbearable) was spraying directly at me. Due to the large shower door opening, water was spraying onto the floor. We got the knob back on and the water turned off. By this time, the bathroom was flooded as well as some of the room. A few of our belongings that were on the floor were soaked. We cleaned up the best we could by mopping up with the towels and wringing them out. When we told them what happened, front desk staff offered another room but we had dinner reservations and no time to move. When we asked for some type of compensation (breakfast would have been great), we were told that the solution was that they offered another room. They were not sympathetic at all. Just not good customer service. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Very affordable stay in a very short distance to city monuments. The room was tiny but had all that is needed to make the stay pleasant. It had a good balcony and the bed was comfy. One particular thing was that there was a bar like just on the corner that was open very very late am, that allow you to get some additional drinks late in the night. A clean room in a great location

Our family's expectations were minimal -- to have an affordable clean room with an air conditioner and to be close to attractions and restaurants. The hotel met those expectations 100%. A wonderful location and wonderful service. Pedro was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He pointed out a couple of vegan restaurants in Sevilla and gave us good advice on traveling to Italica and Ronda, as well as around Sevilla. The room itself was sufficiently big for four adults, with a little table, two chairs, and a few places for clothes. At night, the noise from the street was noticeable, but we were tired after running around and it did not bother us much. Our only suggestion for the hotel would be to create more space for clothes, towels, toothbrushes, etc. in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is spacious enough, but there is hardly any space to hang and dry towels if you wanted to reuse them (thus, a lower environmental rating from us). Also, sadly, we did end up dropping a few hotel's traveler's kits into the toilet bowl by accident since the shelf they were on was right above the toilet and very narrow, becoming overcrowded with small items. There is also a weird vertical gap between the semi-transparent bathroom door and the wall right in front of the toilet, which resulted in a few awkward private moments, but we were able to solve that problem by plugging the gap with a towel. Not ideal, but it worked. ;) We'll be glad to stay again.

Great Front Desk Staff

I stayed at the hotel for two days towards the end of January for a family vacation. First, I really want to thank the front desk staff - especially Alaina- she was fantastic! She told us the best places to visit and eat and even helped us book train tickets. We asked her so many questions, and she was very nice, friendly, and patient and really made our stay feel special.

We were a family of four and booked the family room. There is a really nice coffee machine downstairs as well. The location of the hotel is also good; it is close to many mainstream shops and its only few minute taxi ride to the old town of Seville. The only negatives we found at the hotel was that the cleaning service could have been much better. For instance, our room hadn't been vacuumed. Additionally, they only provided two of everything, even though we were in a family room. So for example, we only got two towels, two coffees in the room - things like that- and so we had to ask for more.

Overall, we enjoyed our trip to Seville and our stay at this hotel. Again, they have a great and helpful front desk staff!

Room was very small, so be comfortable on whoever you are rooming with. But just used the hotel for sleeping spent the majority of the day exploring the city, made no difference on my end. Price of hotel was lower than most hotels in the area. Great Location, walking distance to everything. took advantage of the free bicycle rental which made exploring the city even faster.

Took the airport bus close to the hotel which was a 5-min walk. Close to a lot of bars, shops and restaurants with only a 5 min walk. Room was economical with bed pushed up against a wall which was fine. Nice large windows that opened up to the street with some orange trees. I booked a “cosy double”, with low expectations - but what a pleasant surprise! Yes the room was small, but it was clean, stylish, perfectly equipped, even with a mini bar and the ensuite was great - big shower and a host of toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the room, facing an inner courtyard, was lovely and quiet. The breakfast, which was included in the room price, was brilliant. Lots of healthy options like smoothies, fresh juices, yogurts, a selection of nuts, seeds, etc as well as the usual cold meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. The staff, especially the receptionist, were very cheerful and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. It is really close to the best sights of Seville, and you can get to most, if not all of them, in 5-15 minutes. Our room was also clean and modern, and had a very nice balcony.

The only negatives were that the walls were definitely thin (not anything they can do about that), and the rooms are on the smaller side. That wasn’t a problem for us though as we were mainly in our room just to sleep anyway! They are also very upfront about the room size when you book.

Staff was excellent and we would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Seville (hopefully)!

Great little hotel in a quiet area of Old Sevilla. Walking distance to everything. Check-in was painless and the staff was extra helpful. We had a nice bright room with ample sized bathroom. Comfy bed. Handy minibar to store our wine. The room was tiny, about 1/2 a meter between the bed and walls. Free bikes which we didn't use. Would definitely stay there again

The smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in, the bathroom too was tiny, nowhere to put anything. Uncomfortably small not at a small price! The bed & pillows were very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Just a few blocks from bus station and the river.

Great location and was able to navigate and walk around Seville with ease. Room is not overly large but was more than adequate when used primarily for sleeping.

Lovely Hotel very close to all the tourist sites

Myself and my Husband visited Seville with a couple of our friends to celebrate my 60th Birthday
We had a great time. So much history to see, loved the horse & carriage ride especially as it was getting dark, all the buildings and fountains were light up. The Cathedral is a must if you can manage to walk up the 34 floors to the top of the tower it is a fantastic view of Seville.

Short but comfortable stay

Comfortable stay in great location, my dog stayed free and was provided a complimentary bed and bowl as well. Bed was comfortable, room had two French doors to small balconies. Shower was modern and spa like but leAked too much water into the room as well. Will stay again. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
