The staff are all excellent, helpful and friendly. We were allocated a family room with bunk beds even though we were a couple however the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Water fountain where you can replenish your water bottles which are in the room on arrival. The hotel is well located within walking distance of most of the sights.
The only negative was the air conditioning in the room was regalated by the hotel and the room was far too hot. We had to open the windows just to cool it down and it made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a great selection. There were 5 different types of milk to have with coffee. I choose a simple room but it was fine for my needs comfortable king size bed, tv, safe and walk in shower. I had an outside window and needed ear plugs as the local bars are busy past midnight. But otherwise slept well. Comfortable public areas to sit.
It is situated in a great location. 100m from airport bus stop on arrival and only 8min walk to bus stop for departure(next to Hop on Hop off bus too). Turn left out of hotel and 200m to river for great walks. Turn right and a short walj to a lovely shopping area. A 10 min walk to the Cathedral and Palace. Lots or restaurants and bars in area.

Lo mejor del hotel, de ahí mi puntuación es dónde está ubicado. La habitación, y no pedí la sencilla, está antigua y la verdad es que no acaba de ser cómoda, esperaba algo más para un hotel que no es barato. No tengo claro que si volviera a Sevilla me volviera a hospedar en el mismo sitio. Eso si, el personal amable y atento.

Perfect location and perfect hotel.

A lovely little hotel smack in the middle of the best area. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, bus station and so many sites. The staff were lovely and kid, the room was small but comfortable for us, the lobby was huge in case you want to sit for a drink or browse your computer. The breakfast looked decilous and so plentiful though we opted not to pay for it. They did allow us get a cup of coffee and tea each morning at no cost even though I offered to pay. Lemon water and pastries were available throughout the day as well which was a nice touch. We are staying at their other hotel in Valencia and hope it’s just as great.

Renovated lobby is smokescreen for dated rooms

Super friendly staff in a very convenient location, but the Hotels.com rating and the actual experience of this hotel do not match up. The hotel has a recently renovated lobby so it appears from the curb to be a fresh and modern hotel, but the rooms are dated (bed frame had chipping paint) and our air conditioning didn’t work and the room was stifling hot (during the night, during the winter!).

Amazing stay in Seville

We stayed 3 separate nights in Petit Palace. They were happy to keep our luggage each time until our next stay.We always had a warm welcome and we were even given the best room of the hotel on our last night. Rooms were all spotless and so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Next time in Spain, we'll definitely look for a Petit Palace.Thanks to the ladies at the reception for being so helpful and friendly.

Sofia checked us in and helped us a few times during our stay. She was very helpful and super friendly.
The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also a good size and worked well. The location also worked well for us.

We loved this hotel. It has an old fashioned, quirky, look and wonderful customer service.

The hotel has a really nice old fashioned feel about it, with all modeen amenities. It is situated down town within easy walking distance of the bus station. We were also able to walk to the Cathedral, palace, river and everywhere else that we wanted to go.
The staff was very helpful and provided anything extra that we needed..e.g. kettle, myfi.

Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, we arrived way before our check-in time and the staff was able to accomodate us appropriately which was a significant relief for us after travelling all night. The hotel itself was well-decorated and the rooms were pretty. The location is close to everything and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Close to good restaurants and cafés, I highly recommend!

This boutique hotel is at the upper end of the mid-range - and is delightful if you are looking for a place in the heart of Sevilla’s tourist region. The rooms are very thoughtfully arranged & modern (small, by US standards - but not by European.) Breakfast is great. The staff was very friendly; we did not need much from them, but it seemed they were happy and & able to assist. I strongly recommend.

Splendid.

Top-notch hotel. Well-located in a nice and central area with excellent customer service. Particularly Ms. Arancha at front desk who is a great asset to hotel and to guests. A little glitch though with shower which is a bit clogged.

If visiting Sevilla, I will certainly check in at this hotel.

I must say that the room was quite comfortable and pretty! The bathroom door was not the most convenient, considering that the bathroom is tiny, and many a sliding door would work better, but overall I really enjoyed the place. Fresh juice and water downstairs is a definite plus! :)
