A modern hotel, walking distance to Seville's main attractions and lots of shopping. Staff were excellent and very helpful. David booked us a Flamencho show with a front row table. That was a treat. Breakfast has a lot of healthy and delicious options, with made-to-order menu along with the buffet. Room were clean and spacious.

This is NOT a 5* hotel - nearer a 4* in our view.

Room seemed well appointed although had to ask 3 times prior to arriving to have our room set up as a twin so we did not have to wait for this on arrival.

We stayed in Rm 203. The door to Rm 202 was immediately outside our room. The doors are obviously fire doors and adjusted to ensure they close/latch properly but this meant they slammed closed. Our selfish neighbours, even after we put a polite request under their door, continued to let their door slam closed behind them. This woke us several times as it shook the wall.

In first 2-3 hours of arriving we found a dirty coffee cup, a towel and a flannel with gaping holes/rips in, one of the twin hanging bedside ceiling lamps did not work. The makeup / magnifying mirror batteries were flat. This was probably because previous guests, as we did, had used this as a night light to reach the bathroom as there was no low level night light available.

When raising these issues at reception that evening, staff were unapologetic, and seemed shocked / surprised that we would want the ripped towel changing. The bedside light remained broken for the duration of our 5 night stay. The mirror batteries were replaced but only lasted 2 nights.

Irrespective of our note requesting towels not be changed during our 5 days stay unless we left them on the floor or in the bath, these were regularly changed, particularly over the weekend.

Laundry service was good and fast. Great shower.

We visited Seville as a Canadian couple, arriving easily by high-speed train from Barcelona. The city itself is vibrant, historic, and full of life — an amazing destination to explore on foot.

The Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla was an excellent choice. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions like the Cathedral, the Real Alcázar, and the winding streets of the old town. Even Triana, across the river with its traditional charm and lively tapas bars, was only a 10-minute walk away.

Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar provided a perfect spot to relax after sightseeing. Staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with directions and recommendations.

We skipped hotel breakfasts and instead enjoyed local cafés just steps from the hotel — a great way to start the day like locals do. Be prepared for the Spanish rhythm of life: afternoons slow down for siesta, dinners don’t usually start until late, and shopping hours follow the same pattern. Once you adapt, it becomes part of the magic of being here.

Seville is a city that blends history, culture, and style beautifully. With great shopping, lively plazas, and authentic neighborhoods to explore, three nights flew by. The Radisson Collection was the perfect base for our stay — we’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city.

It is located in a quiet area, the staff is kind, and I would recommend it. However, cleanliness was lacking, as the trash on the hallway was not collected during my three-day stay. It's disappointing that such small details were not attended to. Also, there are marks on the walls and hallway from where suitcases have scraped.

Nice cozy hotel in a great location in Seville. There was an unexpected power outage one day but the management did their best to make us comfortable and they refunded one day stay as a compensation

So there's lots to like about this hotel. But a few things that (for me) doesn't warrant the price sadly.

The staff were fantastic. Super friendly and helpful all the time. Couldn't do more for you.

Location is spot on. Close to all of the main sites.

Rooms were clean and spacious enough I guess. Great shower, and two sinks!

My biggest disappointments were the bars. The rooftop bar was closed the entire time we were there (only open at the weekend). Apparently you could get a drink downstairs and bring it up... Come on now! The bar downstairs wasn't much better. Never anyone behind the bar. Perhaps you have to ask?

It's a shame because we chose this place because of the pictures we saw of the rooftop views.

Bit noisy too. Not really their fault as the Fiesta was on, but the windows aren't the best at keeping the sound out.

So if money is not an issue and you want somewhere central (and don't care for a drink at any time there), you should consider it. Otherwise maybe have a look around.

5 nights in Feb. Great location in walkable distance for all main landmarks and tourist attractions. Rooms are good size and regularly cleaned. Good facilities, including coffee machine which was a treat for each morning. Gym is small but has high end machines and new equipment. Staff were lovely and friendly. Snacks in lobby and Nice bar area! Only downfall was design of the shower - which looked great but meant the bathroom floor got flooded each time it was used! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

HOTEL: Reception staff were very friendly and informative. The hotel is very safe - room cards needed for entrance and lifts etc. Our room was a very good size too!
LOCATION: 10min walk to Giralda, and Triana. There is a breakfast cafe just next door if you want authentic; the supermarket is across the square.
