Overall good value for money and enjoyed the stay.

Positives: Very modern, clean appartment with all amenities needed. Washing machine and dishwasher helpful(detergent provided for a couple of washes). Very good location in old town, close to everything.

Negatives: Woken early each day by noisy street (our appartment faced the road) and early morning building works from adjoining property. Appartment lnformation (eg how to use hob/ coffee machine etc) not provided or any information on fire exits.

Well located in the center. The apartment access was easy and the assistant was quick to respond. However, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, the washer/dryer did not dry at all and no instructions and the coffee machine was not working properly. There was no closet or drawers for your clothes and no space for personal care items. Overall not a bad stay, but I would probably stay at an actual hotel next time.

Smaller than it seems in the pictures. The sofa was not as confortable as it could be. Having a bidet would be great.
A TV in the main room would be great to have.
Some wardrobe for clothes would be great.
3 coffees shots for three people and three nights was not very generous.
It is expensive especially on weekends.
The password is too easy to hack. In fact we had scam attempts before our arrival.

Comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, plus sofa bed in the living room. The location is perfect for walking around everywhere. Check-in online was easy, property management was very responsive and replies via messaging system on Hotels.com very promptly . and they have front desk during business hours during the day. The place also has washing machine which makes travel and stay convenient. Totally worth it. Totally recommend!

When we arrived, we found that there were no vehicles allowed in the area. The taxi dropped us off where we had to walk a few blocks, dragging our suitcases along cobblestone sidewalks. After we found out he could have dropped us off closer, only a 1-1/2 block walk. There was no mention in the property description about the no vehicle zone area. We were given a room that had an iced up freezer that needed defrosting. After complaining we were given another room.The bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, but was in the living area. The shower door opened out so having the shower mat on the floor was no good. The shower door should have been a sliding door. The water pressure was good, however the water temperature was scalding hot, very unsafe.The kitchen chairs should have felt glides on the legs. this would take away the noise of chairs being dragged across the floor as the person above us seemed to enjoy. The ironing board was a tiny hang on a rack, and use on a counter top. very inconvenient. The 2 sharp kitchen knives had bent tips, doesn't anyone check this stuff. The person above us stomped around like a moose, disturbing our sleep. On the last night, as we had to check out early, we asked the girl at the front desk if she could ask the tenant to walk softer. If she actually did it was to no avail. No broom.Overall the apartment is in a great location, the bed was comfortable & the shower was good, barring the door issue. Aicha was very helpful & pleasant to deal with.

We had a lovely stay in a superior apartment. From the pre-arrival registration which was thorough to getting the online key it was well managed. This is a property without a physical reception however I emailed the online team several times with queries and they were so prompt and professional in responding. There was also the option to book lockers on departure - excellent option, cheap and really well managed all online. The property was excellent. Very clean, well equipped with iron, washing machine/powder, dishwasher/tablets, sparkling clean fridge and microwave. The bathrooms were excellent and clean. Aircon given heat was 43° was so good. The beds and pillows so comfy. Given we are in the centre of the historic and shopping area, so quiet and the location was super. No more than 6 mins walk to most attractions and all shopping and restaurants on our doorstep. The rooftop pool is small but nice but it was just too hot to spend too much time up there. The decor was nice inside the apartment and in the lobby areas. One bit of feedback is that the apartment could do with more hangers (only 4 between two rooms and 4 ladies!), better clothes storage would help, long length mirror would be good, wine glasses would help and more access to towels in apartment would be better but understand can ask staff cleaning. All in all we had a super enjoyable and relaxed stay in Slow Suites Salvador and when I come back to Seville, this will be the only accommodation I look to book.

So much to say. This is a collection of AirBnB’s masquerading as a hotel. Always hot in the building. It has no reception area to get cool or store bags—though there is a wonderful soulless “lobby” where rainwater pooled and was left for 2 days. There are no daily services. It is called slow suites because the lift moves at the speed of a snail, with no one in the building to help if you do get stuck. They left 1.5 rolls of toilet tissue for a 3 night stay (2 women). The space is small but has a kitchen which we used. No closets and meager place to store luggage in the apartment. The building had so much potential but the owners sadly eliminated it.

The room was fine for location and price. The mold in the room however was not nice. Our room had no towels upon arrival. When we asked for towels we were given bathmats. When we asked housekeeping for help they wouldn’t help us. Ridiculous when it came to getting towels. We also never received our check in code. This took us reaching out online, phone, and chat portal to finally get a code to check in. The pool hasn’t been scrubbed clean in ages. The washer/dryer in the room was confusing to use.

This property is very nice! There is electronic entry that was very easy and convenient. After booking with Expedia, you have to respond to the link from the property and fill out the registration with your passport details - don't forget this separate step. The property also has a washer which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this property!

Well presented apartment in a central location.

This suite was easy to find. There was building work going on but it didn't really interfere with our stay. Although the concierge is remote, I found I got prompt replies. The suite was on the second floor and the lift was extremely slow and felt like it had broken down so we used the stairs after our first experience.
The location is excellent - close to shops and eateries and only a short walk from a lot of the main attractions of Seville.

The excellent location is the primary strength. The apartment was good, clean,easy to access and well appointed. It will be better once the renovations on the ground floor are complete. The sleeper couch in the lounge area was uncomfortable as a sofa but otherwise everything was fine. It was mostly quiet but from 7a.m bin collection and deliveries in the street outside are noisy.

Cons first: The hotel was under construction, I think, in the courtyard. There was mold growing on the drywall due to the moisture that fell through the open roof line.
Inside of the room there was very little hot water for a shower with a family of 4. Hot water lasted less than 5 minutes in total. More towels would have been nice as well.

Pros: each room had control of temperature. The furnishings and decor were updated. Offered dishware, washer for clothes, and dishwasher. Additionally, it was in the heart of the city, walkable to everything.

We loved our stay! Such a fantastic location right in the heart of Seville. The apartment was spacious, well appointed with beautifully comfortable beds and easy electronic front door and apartment access.

There’s a small lap pool on the top level floor with sunbeds but you’ll probably spend more time out of the apartment as the location is so central to everything.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% stay again

The apartment is fine for a short stay. Space is tight if there are 4 people and with the sofa bed open, but if you're out all day doesn't really matter. Also, the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Kitchen needs a cutting board!

Internet was out for about half a day which was very inconvenient since even the smart TV wouldn't work. They assured us it was an external problem, so there was nothing we could do but wait.

This property is in an amazing location. It is well maintained with modern and minimal furnishings. All check ins etc are remote but the people we were in contact with via e-mail or in person (the maintenance and cleaning team) were extremely courteous and friendly.

However, there are a few things to improve on (and this would give this property 5 stars imo).They need more clarity in communicatuon e.g. we didn't know where we had to empty bins! We were there for 8 days, so it was inevitable we needed communal bins. We also didn't know that the building is in a pedestrianised zone, so it was a little difficult with luggage, a pram and two children. Just something families should be aware of. It's about a 200 metre walk from the main road.

Also our kitchen wasn't clean, but i'm sure this was an oversight as the rest of the apartment was spotless.

Overall a great self catering place to stay, especially with children and easy walking access once settled in.

We just checked out of this property. We had a superior room for 3 nights. We had a bit of a smell when we first arrived but after messaging them they sent someone upright away. Room is set up with everything you could need. Nice having the washing machine as well. They do need to lower the bathroom mirror. I’m 5’6 and barely had the bottom third of the mirror to see. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Nice property, still under construction but apartments are beautiful and super clean. The only thing was a little difficult was the check in, if for any reason one of the guest that was on the trip doesn’t come, the you’ll have a problem to check in because you don’t have the information of that person. You email them and you don have any answers. If they correct this, I’ll say is a five star property. One of the best in my 21 days trip in France, Spain and Portugal.

We would have given Slow Suites higher rating if only their AC and water heater work together during our stay. It’s a shame that we either lost AC if we wanted hot water or vice versa and had to be on with the staff numerous times to trouble shoot the issue. The staff was very accommodating and trying to help us resolve the issues and that made it better. The apt was really cute and functional, with in apartment laundry (washer) and even a pool on the roof. Easy access to restaurants and very walkable.

Very convenient location to get around Sevilla. Didn't experience any issues getting into the property or my room with the code that was sent to me prior to my arrival. The room itself was great and had plenty of space. It could use better lighting and a full length mirror. The pool was a great way to cool off after a full day of walking in the heat but it was a little dirty. Overall, I'd stay here again.

A localização eh perfeita , o tamanho dos quartos e toda a mobília e utensílios. A única coisa ruim eh que fizeram uma cama de casal com 2 camas de solteiros , o que ficou extremamente desconfortável! Inclusive durante uma das noites a cama de abriu e eu caí entre elas !
Ah ! Não ter serviço de quarto , sem custo adicional , também eh algo que deve ser levado em conta na escolha da hospedagem !
Não tem funcionários , então o atendimento checkin e checkout eh 100% digital .

Appartement ist nicht gut zu lüften, somit gibt es feuchte Ecken riecht feucht und schimmelig. Handtücher werden auch nicht trocken.
Ein Trockentuch für das Geschirr wäre auch nicht, sonst ist alles da was gebraucht wird.
Lage ist topp,man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Grand attrait c'est le positionnement dans le centre-ville. Tout se fait à pied et très pratique.
Petit bémol c'est les petites odeurs de canalisation dans les salles de bains, le manque de volet dans la chambre (côté cour) et le bruit des autres résidents fêtards dans la nuit.

Cela ne vient en rien impacter notre satisfaction et le séjour plaisant dans cette jolie ville qu'est SEVILLE.
