Beautifully renovated hotel. The staff is very kind, gave us a nice tour of the hotel too. We only needed to stay for one night, but would have definitely stayed longer. The rooftop is a nice plus, has great views of the sunset.

Our one night stay left us wishing we could extend our trip. The staff were wonderful and informative, the location exceptional, and the facilities were beautiful. We even got to enjoy an impromptu Flamenco performance in the square right from our balcony!
Only issue was the use of transportation to and from the hotel as the main road to the hotel site was currently being repaired. This, however, is only temporary.

If you want to stay in a great place and feel like the staff cares about you, I strongly suggest you give the Mercer Plaza Sevilla 5 GL a visit. The rooms are nice, the place is clean and what makes the real difference is how committed they feel to making your stay great.

The property is amazingly well located, walking distance from everywhere, the staff were incredible, super helpful and providing the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel in Europe and the rooms are lovely. We had a beautifully-designed suite (207) and would call particular attention to the lighting which was relaxing and well-balanced. The Japanese restaurant was, unexpectedly, one of our better meals in Spain. Staff was motivated, professional and cheerful. Center city location was perfect. Nobu ticked all the boxes.
