Room was perfectly clean, but be aware that for apartments at the rear of the property there are no external windows (they open into a large covered, glazed atrium. Limited decoration internally (ie few pictures on white painted walls and ceiling). Small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, best suited to hot and cold drinks, plus snacks rather than full meals. Hanging rail rather than wardrobe and no drawers. Self checkin worked just fine, but no staff seen on site other than room cleaners. Stairs and lift to upper floors. Comfortable bed. Good location, easy to get to by taxi and with easy walk to the main sights

The best thing about this property is its location. However the rooms were dark and depressing, the bathroom very basic, the floor had a panel which is a trip hazard and the stairs are without railings. The rate was very expensive due to the inclusion of a kitchen and a small dining table. We found much better and nicer hotels in the neighborhood for less…
When we decided to move out we had to pay a stiff fine in cash. I felt like we were ripped off.

I was surprised with how nice and big was the apartment we stayed. Raul , the front desk who helped us while we were there, is fantastic and he made sure we had accurate directions to get there and also to park out car on tjis parking garage which was very close by. The location is excellent and close to everything. We we able to walk everywhere day and night because we felt very safe. I definitely recommend and I would go there if I ever visit Sevilla again.

Our family's first time in Seville. GREAT location. Raul and the team were very friendly and accommodating. We walked everywhere and saw all the major sites. A ton of great restaurants nearby, from Sushi to Italian. My only two complaints:
1. Our apartment had two bedrooms and only one bath. Difficult to manage with four people!
2. Most of the shops in the area are closed at the most bizarre times. Every time you walked down an alley, you'd come across a really cute shop, CLOSED! They honestly don't act like they want tourists. See attached pics!

A few blocks from Plaza Nueva provides quiet but close walkable distance to the Sevilla Cathedral, Alcázar, and restaurants. There is a small grocery store a few doors down which we used to pickup a few basic essentials the small studio apartment need not provide such as paper towels (doubles as napkins) and toilet paper. (Room supplied with only one half used roll.) The kitchen dish soap dispenser was broken, but management provided a bottle of dish soap when we told them about it. The ground floor laundry room has one washer and one dryer. Typical European small load machines and the dryer actually dried. (A rarity on our six week, two country trip). Laundry room and adjacent toilet room very clean. Follow instructions on how to empty the dryer’s water catchment tub. European washers and dryers are very different from North American models. Good building security. Cleanliness and room down rated for dirty room floor and almost unusable “dining table”. The table is 75 x 75 cm wood slat patio table, four chairs, zero leg and foot room due to table leg configuration, and with lots of grime and mold growth between the slats.

A terrific apartment in the heart of Sevilla. Quiet, secure, and a short distance to sights. A grocery is across the street. The apartment is large with a comfortable bed and bedroom. Two bathrooms - one very large. The living area and kitchen offered everything we needed. Laundry was complimentary. With reception on site we were able to drop off bags before check in and leave them after check out for a couple hours until departure. The building has a central atrium letting in lots of light to the apartments. Wonderful stay!

This place has an excellent location. It is walking distance to the cathedral, near by multiple restaurants and one block from a mini market. Apartment was with 2 big bedrooms with insuite washrooms each. The unit was clean and well maintained. Probably a shelf inside the showers will be helpful to place shampoo and soap. Property management was really helpful and responsive and accommodated our travel time arrival and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. If you are coming from overseas it is recommended to have an eSIM card and to have whatsapp, to facilitate the communication with the property’s management Thanks Raul!

The area around is being renovated until November 2024. But Raoul was so helpful in helping us find our way. He gave us recommendations for places to go. Nice place but good luck finding it

Nearly impossible to find the place, especially if you are driving a rental car. The owner should have recognized this and sent instructions ahead of time to help us find it. The parking garage was quite a ways away, and it too was hard to get to. The place itself is very nice (once you get inside) and comfortable.

Four nights in Seville.

Seville is a fabulous city and this apartment is right in the centre of everything. The Cathedral is a few steps away, as is the river. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants and we would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Great location

Great location. Walking distance to almost everywhere. We walked to the Coliseum to catch a Seville FC match. Felt safe everywhere we went. Metro train is easy to get to and get wherever you need to go. For us, it was taking our kid to see her study abroad school University of Pablo D Olavide. The staff was very helpful in scheduling taxis as needed to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The apartment is close to the cathedral, palace, and a few other attractions. It has many restaurants and shops nearby but is a bit further away from the train station and España square.
We needed a short temporary parking and the staff arranged one for us.
The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. It was overall quiet when we were there.
They have an online check in process that you can follow days before arrival.

Parking is an issue. Convenient location.

Location is great for visiting the Royal Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. Wish there was better communication on where to park and parking prices. It is difficult to find parking. The two bedrooms apartment is good for family of four or group of four friends. Ended up parking at Plaza Nueva's carpark which is about 21 euros for overnight.

A great place to stay

A great little apartment near the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable & decor was simple. We had an internal balcony which was nice to sit out on to have breakfast. They had a shared laundry, which for long term travellers like us, was handy. Car parking was nearby & can be organised by the hotel. Raul at Reception was cheery & helpful.

Wonderful stay and staff!

Our stay at the Suites Seville exceeded expectations. Carlos, the manager, met us early in the day before check in and stored our bags. He was extremely kind and accommodating. Even brought our luggage to our room for us while we were out exploring. Prior to our stay we communicated with the Suites through hotels.com and responses were swift. During our stay we communicated via phone number and text which was great. Carlos provided us a list of recommended restaurants and things to do in the area, and none disappointed. The rooms were clean, simple but had what we needed. We had a very early flight and we’re nervous about calling a taxi at 4:30am. Carlos arranged it for us and it was there right on time

The apartment was very large and comfortable in a great location, just a 10 to 20 minute walk to all the major sites. It was very quiet at night even though we had a ground floor apartment. Laundry facilities were available near the lobby. We stayed for 3 days and the only improvements I would suggest is to have additional shampoo, toilet paper to last 3 days. These are all things that they would have given if asked but we weren’t in during the middle of the day and didn’t want to call someone off hours.

Beautiful modern apartment in the Seville historic center. Excellent location with a Carefour mini market a few meters away and next to all the wonderful restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Check-in procesures simple, fast and automated online. Fantastic communication and friendly service from Hotel management. 10 out 10! We will visit again for sure!

Spacious apartment in a nice location but with very basic amenities. There is a kitchenette but no supplies, not even tea or coffee saches. Also, the cleaning lady only made our rooms and did not do the dishes. There is no dishwasher. We requested a late checkout (by an hour as our bus was at 2 PM) but they denied our request. I hope they had a good reason for this because i don't think apartments were fully booked.

The rooftop terrace has a pretty good view of the Cathedral. It looks great when lit up at night. the surrounding area was very lively at night with several restaurant and bar options. If the local zest for life runs a bit late in the evening for your needs, you may want to request one of the suites toward the back of the hotel. the rooms were sparsely furnished, but comfy and clean. The kitchenette and dining area were small but efficient. Parking is underground a short distance from the hotel. Spaces were tight for an SUV and there was no legal way to park immediately in front of the hotel for check-in, so I just joined the lined of cars out front temporarily.

The hostess was very prompt in her communications before and during our stay, she helped us arrange for the transportation from airport, and with the arrangements for our plans/reservations. The property is very clean, beds are very comfortable. Excellent location, walking distance to all the historical sites. There is a washing machine, which was very helpful. Due to the location being in the historical part of the town, you can hear some noise from the neighboring bars, but that is the case in any house in historical part of towns. It was not a problem for us . Also the windows to the alley are double panels and that helped

The location was great and walkable to main attractions. A bit noisy at night despite the double windows as there is a bar right outside and it’s open until late hours. Comfortable beds and overall clean.

Needs improvement: Shower curtain is very dirty and needs replacement. Sofa bed sheets had holes in them.
