A decent 4star hotel in a wonderful old building. It is close to the major attractions and 'old town' with many restaurants (tapas), bars and shops nearby but it is nicely located in a very quiet one way, mainly residential street .
Buffet breakfast is as expected with a couple of minor issues - Ana and the staff discreet but available. The dining room is busy if the outside dining space is not available due to weather.
There is a lovely rooftop area with good views. We prefer to dine out when there is such a great choice in walking distance so did not use the restaurant.
Our room was fairly standard with good bedding, coffee machine and nice modern shower room, immaculately clean. Room 204 has a balcony with steps down to a huge terrace, with sun loungers, chairs and tables. Wonderful when the sun was on in it the middle of the day it but it is overlooked by many of the other rooms. We had an issue with our air conditioning on our last day that was not resolved before we left but overall we very much enjoyed our stay

Booked double room via Expedia and was given smallest room in hotel for 5 night stay which seemed mean. Good breakfast. Am gluten free and dining room lead offered GF bread, which I had to remind after 45 minutes and then an inedible brick arrived. Obviously microwaved twice!

Absolutely recommend this hotel for your comfort in Sevilla! The staff was friendly, service was above expectations and the cleanliness of the hotel and room were incredible. When asked for local recommendations of places to eat, they did not disappoint in pointing us in the right direction. They do have on site parking, so do yourself of a favor and park there! Disappointing stay
We booked a room last-minute for our first anniversary and, despite requesting a double room, were given a twin. The room was clean with a nice bathroom, but located on a noisy corridor. The first night, a very disruptive family was next door. Reception admitted they had multiple complaints about them, yet still put us there. Doors in the corridor slammed constantly, and security accidentally opened our door while I was showering. Water was not replenished in the room or lobby, and my messages through the app went unanswered. At checkout, the receptionist apologised but offered no gesture of goodwill - something simple, like a drink on the rooftop bar, would have made a difference. We stayed at the other Vincci nearby previously and had a much better experience - book that one instead!

We were happily surprised at this lovely little hotel. It was very pretty, and with staff uniformly, friendly and helpful. Having our granddaughter with us, we were in a junior suite that exceeded our expectations, including a bathroom that was the size of my bedroom as a kid. Location was excellent, and we walk too many different places. When we had signed up for a walking tour, the starting point was five minutes from the door of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, the only thing that we didn’t like, was the Rooftop bar being closed down at 10:45pm when it states that it’s closed down at midnight. Apart from that, beautiful views from the rooftop during the day and it’s in the heart of everything you need to do in Sevilla! Clubs and bars are walking distance.

From start to end this hotel was *chefs kiss.* room was spacious. Bathroom was beautiful. My room had a little patio which was lovely to have morning coffee in (tea and coffee provided in room). Clean and quiet. There was a moment one evening where I almost forgot I wasn’t in my own house with how comfortable and quiet it was. Ac worked great. Front desk was super helpful. I was particularly appreciative of the fact that check out was at noon and they held my luggage until later in the day. Will absolutely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The Hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Set in a colonial building. The hotel stays cool and the room’s AC was spectacular to keep you cool from Seville’s heat. Whilst we were there, the temperature was over 100. The location is also amazing, down the block from the cathedral and walkable to all major sights.

Btw: they have a very nice rooftop bar overlooking the cathedral. Very nice to go have dinner and/or drinks in the evening.

This is a centrally located hotel suitable for tourists. It is an old building with good maintenance. The staff is very friendly and decisive. Rooftop restaurant wouldn't say it's good

Very well maintained hotel with a very friendly, professional personnel. Location is very clise to many Seville's historical sights and museums. They offer breakfast to purchase and have a rooftop restaurant in the evening with a gorgeous view of the whole city. I felt that food was average and overpriced. We had a room with an external terrace, which is ok if not too hot. No pool but does have a nice roof top bar. Bed comfortable, bathroom good apart from the bidet in front of one of the sinks? Room a bit tired. Breakfast good though coffee was a bit of an issue. Concierge very helpful. Thought it was pricey for what it was.

Nice rooftop bar and restaurant, but too expensive. A negative for us was no English tv channels but they had Russian news which was baffling !!

This was my second time at this property. Overall, i think it is a great hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, and it is conveniently located, close to main attractions in Seville. The staff is courteous and professional.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I do not recommend the food service as the food was pretty bland. I didnt try eating at the restaurant itself. Shower leaked a lot onto the bathroom floor and the stairs inside the junior suite were very slippery so i had to hang on for dear life going up and down to the bed. Good points are that the staff was friendly, our room was private, and the AC worked very well in both rooms. The bathtub was amazing!! Clean rooms with fresh linens daily and a very friendly houskeeper. The hotel is pretty centrally located so it was easy to walk most places. Overall a very affordable very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

The location was ten to twenty minutes from anything important like the cathedral. I wold recommend this hotel to anyone who likes walking and likes eating great tapas.
