We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and efficient, the whole place was very clean, breakfast was enjoyable and the view over the river from the roof terrace was lovely.
Nice touches included the free water/juice in the rooms and the snacks in the coffee corner.
I would happily recommend the hotel Kivir to friends and family.

The Kivir Hotel is as previously described by other guests is an excellent contemporary 4 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is kept very clean and the beds large annd comfortable, the free coffee and soft drinks in reception and in the room fridges are an added bonus. The breakfast served on the terrace is very fresh and good quality. The pool area is at best a plunge pool with uncomfortable deck chairs, nobody used it during our 7 day stay. The geographical proximity to the historical sites also makes it a good choice, with Triana just over the bridge. If I had to add a criticism it would be although the hotel is on the bank of the river, there is a 6/7 lane main road between the hotel and the river, with traffic 24/7. It makes it impossible to open the bedroom windows because the traffic noise is unbearable, even when the windows are shut. The hotel informed us they are upgrading the window soundproofing. There are also 2 clubs in close proximity which add to the noise nuisance until 2.00am every day. If you can live with these 2 issues, the rest is absolutely perfect.

The hotel was excellent in every way. Location perfect - close to the market and the old town, shopping restaurant and bars.

It was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality of food and breakfast particularly was outstanding. €19 for an endless breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, with as much coffee and cava as you can drink, and as much fruit and pastries as you can eat. There’s a refreshment area all day long which is a lovely touch. The hotel Kivir really is a place to savour.

A little modern haven - smells divine. We were in balcony room 403, which in September was in full sun and not usable, but beautiful view over the River - also reflected in mirrored closet door. Every amenity, double sinks, rain shower and handheld shower. Only one chair, no desk, little fridge. The front desk was kind and public areas well appointed and bicycles to borrow. Tiny pool but terrace on 4th floor for breakfast and evening drinks was very comfortable. King bed was true king (not two twins with middle “seam,” good bedding and towels. 100% pleased

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Great air con. Water bottles refreshed daily. Despite being in the centre of things the room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and we had a lovely terrace with automatic sunshade. The Skyline bar/restaurant was superb and bar staff (particularly Thierry) were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served on the skyline terrace. Most things were easily accessible within a 15 minute walk. Snacks and drinks were available in the lounge downstairs every afternoon which was a lovely addition.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and could find nothing at all to fault.

The hotel was fantastic from the moment we walked in. Everything was polished and clean. Teresa on the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. She gave plenty of good information regarding the area and was a fantastic host. We - by chance - ended up having our stay towards the end of the Vela de Santa Ana festival, our room looked out onto the river so we watched the fireworks from our bed. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were all lovely including the cleaners.

It was a little away from the heart of the stuff we wanted to do but on the other hand, it is right across the bridge from Triana which we just crossed to go to restaurants in that area. Loved everything about this hotel! Fantastic location right in the middle of everything, lovely room with huge balcony, and an amazing rooftop! There were even bikes that we were able to borrow for the day, which were included!

Breakfast was good but if I was being picky, the hot menu could be a bit more exciting.

We had an amazing time at Hotel Kivir even if it was just over 24 hours for a weekend getaway. We arrived at 1am the first day and they have accomodated us very well and replied to us that we didnt have to worry about check in time. Service very good, huge modern and air conditioned rooms perfect to beat the heat, complimentary mini bar drinks and also had complimentary cocktails. Breakfast was good quality. Highly recommend

Best hotel we’ve stayed at! As soon as you step in the lobby, the fragrant scent & the cold water drink welcomes you. The hotel staff are very attentive & responsive especial Sergio, Sebas & Rey at the terrace for breakfast and for Jesus at front desk.
The rooms are very clean & well maintained.
The hotel staff are courteous & friendly.
It feels like home because we are well rested after a good night sleep -the bed & pillows are the best!

Greeted with a glass of cava, an offer to help wig anything we needed and help with our luggage to the elevator. Room was lovely with everything we needed including a safe, complimentary mini bar, pillow menu, some nuts and a welcome gift including a sleep kit to help with the street noise below. Nice view of the river and wonderful terrace on the 4th floor serving a great breakfast spread and drinks later on. Nice coffee area downstairs including all day snacks on the house. Loved it all!

The hotel was exactly as advertised and the staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were serviced fully everyday and no detail was overlooked. Property is clean and newly renovated with a minimal design. Location is the best thing about this hotel.
What is being advertised as a \"pool\" is not really a pool, it's more like a big tub (max capacity is 4 people!), so id say kind of false advertisement to say the hotel has a rooftop pool. We were greatly disappointed.
Breakfast options are very limited compared to other 4 star hotels i stayed at in Spain; I would not choose the breakfast package if I were to stay here again. The hotel prides itself in being environment friendly, so expect to lose some level of comfort and services. We needed a replacement of robes after our first day, and we never got clean ones later. Also, only one key card is provided for each room, regardless of number of occupants.
My stay at Kivir cost me the same amount of money for the same duration of stay at a five star hotel in Malaga, but the service and amenities were not even comparable. If I were to come back at all, I would only come back for the sake of location and cleanliness.

From check-in to check-out the whole experience was great. Friendly staff, beautiful room with terrace with daily cleaning, complementary water, juices, coffee and pastries, with local snack/biscuits on arrival. Pool was as advertised, very small and not heated, but a welcome dip after a hot day exploring the city. Rooftop bar was great, and same location for breakfast. Very convenient location for short walk to main tourist area for cathedral, Real Alcazar etc, but also convenient to cross the river to Triana area. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were here two nights and enjoyed being close the river as well to the cathedral and all the landmark that seville has to offer. We like the swimming pool although it was a small one. It definitely needed in hot August. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean.

We had a wonderful time here. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool although small was perfect to dip in and out of in the very hot July weather. It's very clean and the rooms have everything your need, with great space, really comfortable beds and full of all the things you might forget, like toothpaste. The hotel sits on the river with a supermarket minutes away which is great for getting a few nibbles and some afternoon drinks if that's your thing. The terrace bar is nice but not manned between 4pm and 8pm so you can't get a drink in the afternoon which is quite poor for a hotel I think and has no small plates. They had a couple of complementary drinks but when busy they were all gone before you got a look in. There was an amazing barman I think called Renee from Cuba, he was awesome, really chatty and made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. That man needs a pay rise! The other barmen were pretty clueless and so attached to their mobile phones you felt like you were imposing to ask for something. Lastly the breakfast, really good variety of meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries and a small selection of cooked food. They also have an eggs menu with a great variety of egg based dishes which sounded lovely however the main issues were in 5 days we didn't get one egg properly cooked. Either egg so under you could pour it into your plate or so over the yolk had turned to powder. I love the idea please work on execution.

This is a beautiful luxurious hotel.
Hotel Kivir is right by the river in the center of Seville and an easy walk to sites such as Real Alcazar, cathedral, Setas de Seville and shops and restaurants.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Organized taxis and tours for us.
We booked a junior suite. The room was enormous and luxuriously appointed with robes, complimentary mini bar and snacks. Even a pillow menu!
The breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the river which is in the shade in the morning.
The hotel is listed as 4 stars. It really should be 5.

Perfect hotel, we will stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Beautiful location on the banks of the river. Perfectly located for walking to all major attractions. Supermarket about 100 meters away. Professional hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel very clean and well maintained. Room well appointed. We had a Premium room with River View. The Bed was enormous and Large Shower and bathroom. Safe in the room. Plenty of storage space. Kettle and Coffee maker. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful and so relaxing. Good variety of food, egg menu cooked to order, some bacon, beans, tomatoes and sausage. Ham, cold meats, cheeses, yougarts, cereal, fresh fruit and pastries. Something for everyone. The real bonus was throughout the day and evening there was a reception room with cold drinks, tea and coffee and a few pastry nibbles. The mini bar of soft drinks in the room was also free. The hotel is located only about 200 meters from the Bull Ring. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

The hotel is well maintained and spotless. The bedroom very well equipped and attractive with the biggest most comfortable bed we've slept in. The staff throughout are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. We whole heartedly Hotel Kivir.

Location is a plus! we just cross the street and walk along the river. A lot of dinning options just around the corner. Close to the most touristic places. Staff super friendly. Awesome breakfast. Super comfy beds. Clean baths. Yes a little bit noise since is on the Main Street, but it didn't bother so much. Only downs for me: no restaurant in the hotel (they are building one), and no parking ( but 2 garage buildings very close. We will go back here on our next trip to Sevilla.

I was not impressed with breakfast, but hotel was clean, my room was facing river and it was above bar/restaurant and noise was too much but I feel unfair to say that is hotel problem . the problem was bar/restaurant

As soon as you enter through the doors, you are welcomed by extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself is new and extremely well located with excellent facilities - each room comes with a mini bar that includes free bottles juices and water, an array of toiletries and even a pillow menu to fit your every need! The breakfast although not included with the room price is also excellent - with a chef at hand to make you your eggs however you want and fresh fruit smoothies, to accompany an array of pastries, cheeses, cold meats, jams, cereals and fruits. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you can book a room on the 4th floor, where you can benefit from a private balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers facing the river.

Nice deco and clean. Spacious room with nice view of the river however it is quite noisy as there are bars right downstairs. On wed night, it was ok not much noise but on Thurs night, you can hear people talking until like 2am. Can’t imagine how the noise would be like on Fri and Sat nights.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much we returned for another few days later on in our travels.

We checked in after midnight after a 28 hour flight, so were weary. The lady on reception was friendly, spoke English and offered us a complimentary local liqueur and sweet, a lovely touch.

Our room was quiet and on a higher floor as requested, overlooking the river. We enjoyed watching a Christmas lightshow from the window on several nights of our stay.

Our room was very well designed. Lots of drawers for storage, double sinks, bench space and a shelf in the bathroom fpr toiletries, USB charger, double glazed window that could be opened for fresh air. Coffee maker and kettle.

Housekeeping was to a very high standard. Our minibar was replenished daily with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks. Our floor was also mopped daily.

If i was being picky, i think breakfast could be improved for the price. After staying a week it became repetitive and other hotels I stayed in offered more variety. But there is a lovely view from the terrace and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar, even watching the Three Kings parade one night. I'd definitely return (and have!)

Hotel Kivir is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great amenities. The rooms have beautiful modern decor and they are very clean. The hotel is very generous in offering free drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Also, the rooftop bar has amazing views. Finally, it is close to the city centre and to many wonderful tapas restaurants. Higly recommended

Great location, friendly staff with an added personal touch. It was great to be welcomed with vouchers for the cocktail bar on the roof and to be shown the area where free drinks and snacks are available during the afternoon. Evening turn down with chocolates and sweets was nearly always managed after we had left the room. It's the little things that matter!

The staff are very attentive , pleasant and genuine. They know what true hospitality is all about. I enjoyed the location being right across the scenic Bridge that leads into Triana neighborhood. Although the view from the rooms are partially covered by the tree foliage in front of the hotel. At night the area turns into Club central with all the wild and loud happy noises that comes with all the parties going on. The noise from the rowdiness is noticeable from the rooms even though they do have doble paneling windows. You can hear the steady murmur of revelry going on outside. The rooms and facilities are very good although the pillow selection is di erse( you are given a pillow menu to choose foryouself the most agrreable with your comfort) not one of them pillows was the right fit for me. They simply were all a bit to thin to get thegive me the proper support . I’m 1.90mts tall aprox 6’4” . Generally speaking i did like the hotel but I could have liked a less noisy room and a fuller pillow to lay my head on.
