Checking in was quick, our two rooms were ready before the official check in time. We had parked our car nearby in a garage hotel told us and paid a discounted rate at the hotel, good for the end of our checkout day. Hotel room was compact but very clean. Despite the busy and central location of the hotel, our rooms were extremely quiet. Very comfortable and new beds.
Breakfast area was small and when we went up to the 5th floor in the day before, we were expecting a continental breakfast, but they had a very nice selection buffet breakfast with excellent selection for anyone!

We chose this hotel mainly because it’s located close to the Naturanda Tourism Office—about a 13-minute walk—making it very convenient if you book excursions.

It’s also close to restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need.

The staff, including the breakfast team, were extremely welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The rooms were clean, a good size, and equipped with blackout curtains that genuinely block out the light.

I would recommend booking the breakfast buffet; there’s a great variety of options, and the coffee is excellent.

My only small suggestion would be to include tea and coffee facilities in the room, as it would have been nice to make a hot drink after a long excursion.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to this wonderful city.

Descent size room, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet is spacy with ample storage space. About 800m to the heart of old town and shopping. Eateries are about 200m from hotel. Quiet and safe neighbourhood but all of Seville felt very safe. Breakfast was very good with good variety including fruits. Will definitely recommend this place.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, but very small and warm in summer. Property is eco friendly, but that means the AC is not on when you aren't in the room and it takes some time to cool. Our room had an all glass door to a rooftop patio (way too hot to use in summer) and it felt a bit unsafe for a solo traveler or women travelers. There are no peep holes or deadbolts on doors in hotels in Spain either. Property was noisy from nightlife throughout the night. Decent location for walking to tourist spots, but you'll need a taxi to the train station.

When I check out, the staff said the second water was not free of charge. I dont understand why they charge it becoz i stay 2 days and should have 2 complimentary water. This hotel is so mean!

Check in was a breeze. The room was large and clean. We appreciated the two free boxes of water in the room. The shower was great and the room had large windows. It was quiet and the AC worked well once we figured it out. Jose who checked us in was GREAT…so nice. We found two downsides….the women at reception were super rude and said they didn’t speak English..which was unhelpful and we lay found out to be not true. I also tried to message them several times about our late arrival but got no response. Overall, good location and clean.

We arrived by bus in Seville late so needed a hotel near the bus station for one night. We chose well! The hotel is nice, new, clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! We had breakfast there for a fee but it was well worth it. Breakfast had a variety of fresh food and beverages. Excellent!

Nice hotel. A bit of a walk from the areas we most wanted to visit - but the room was clean, large enough and had nice products. Seemed newer. It took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Also, reading previous reviews we requested a room that was not facing the street to limit noise and the hotel accomdated us with an interior room.

A perfect hotel in the city centre

I cannot think of a negative aspect of the hotel. The hotel is in the city centre around 10 minutes to Duque and opposite estacion de Armas. Every single member of staff were very helpful and cheery. My room was the superior room, which was of a good size and the bathroom was roomy as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room and hotel were very clean.

It's very well located. Close to the historic centre (15 minutes walk). The apartments are nice and clean (modern look). The bathroom has the best shower that I've ever had. The staff is very kind and helpful.
I would stay there again next time in Seville (what a great city!)

Excellent location for short stay!

Location is absolutely excellent - bus station and tourist hop-on/off within 1 minute. Room was clean and fresh. Every utility was clearly labelled (towel, shower cap) so no hidden surprise. Was a bit small but actually it was enough for one person and still comfortable. Good for short stay.

The hotel is 10 mins by car and 20 mins walk from the busy area. 5 mins walk from a supermarket. Hotel is clean. Staff is very helpful and cheerful. Lots of local restaurants within 10 mins walk. We will definitely come back next time.

I would stay again

Check in was easy. People were welcoming. The hotel was in a good location j would say. If you are ok with walkibg maybe about 20+ minutes to the main attractions. We didnt need to take the bus as we walked everywhere. Quiet area but close to bus station and eateries. I would say the room was slightly smaller than the pictures but we didnt mind as we werent in the room much. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel would be ideal if you came into town by bus. The station is across the street. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral/Alcazar and a 35 minute walk to the April fair. A few blocks uo from the bull ring. Parking was difficult when we arrived (free bull fight and opening night of the fair).

Modern hotel - good value for Seville

A modern new hotel diagonally opposite the Plaza des Armas bus station where the airport bus comes/goes from. Everywhere pretty much within walking distance and the river itself is very close and lovely to walk along. Rooms are simple and stylish - there's no coffee making facilities but we were only there for 1 night so didn't bother us. Breakfast wasn't as great as the website photos so we skipped it. Staff were excellent throughout

Perfect location, just opposite to the bus station and not far from the center. I did almost all the attractions by foot.
The hotel is pretty new and spotless clean. Staff is nice and welcoming. The room tend to be not very spacious but good enough for myself.

Would highly recommend!

Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were lovely and upbeat. Location was amazing, a short walk to everything and across the street from a large bus station. We had the breakfast only one morning, there was a large selection of fresh fruit, cheese and meats. Would highly recommend!

Happy Feeling!

Our stay was very enjoyable. All staff was friendly and helpful, especially José Luis. He was so enthusiastic to help and give directions and suggestions upon request. His enjoyment for his work was such a happy feeling for us to stay at Petit Palace Vargas.
The Hop-on Hop off bus stop just across the street was also a plus for us staying at Petit Palace Vargas.

Fantastic Staff Running A Fantastic Hotel!

First of all - please give a raise to a receptionist Javier! We did not check in until 1 am and he was the friendliest, most helpful and welcoming hotel staff member we ever had, anywhere. He kindly and effortlessly checked us in, welcomed us to Spain (first timers), whipped out Seville map and wrote a lot of pointers / personal recommendations! We felt very welcomed and appreciated as customers right off the bat.

The room was fantastic: spotless clean, very well air conditioned (40 degrees in Spain at the time of visit), comfortable bed, huge rainfall style shower, beautifully and tastefully decorated. The only thing we missed was maybe having a kettle and some coffee in the room but I understand it it’s not in hotel’s policy to provide it.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location, right outside the main bus station in Seville, there is restaurants like McDonald’s across the street and a big supermarket. City centre is walkable distance, with main tourist objects being as close as 15 min stroll. It’s also right next to the river / bridge if you want to cross and visit a more residential area of Seville, such as Triana.

We would also would love to wholeheartedly say thank you to staff members Ainhoa and Jose. Our flight was late at night, so we asked if we would be able to leave our bags to explore more Seville! Ainhoa was very helpful and friendly and took our backpacks without any fuss. We then collected them from Jose, who also was incredibly cheerful!

Free bikes, super-helpful staff, good location near the river and nice rooms. a little off the beaten path; it's fairly close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar, but of course it takes longer if you get lost as much as I did.

A calm serene oasis in the bustle and heat of Seville. Best air conditioning ever which was almost silent and very effective at cooling the room. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Shower fantastic. Can't comment on breakfast as l did not require breakfast. Highly recommend the hotel.

Catty corner from the bus station and walking distances to the cool Triana district and the major attractions. Reception was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Room super clean and functional, and the heavy-duty rain shower was truly excellent.

Great value hotel

We know the city very well. This hotel is close to main bus station where the airport bus terminates... (€4, pay by card on the bus)... the hotel is in a good central location for sightseeing, bars, etc.

Staff were friendly, helpful and we made use of the baggage storage on the day we left.

The hotel itself was clean, the room was very adequate. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great stay from start to finish. Hotel is directly across from main bus station that you can use an airport transfer to arrive to. Check in was fast, Jose was great! Room was perfect for our family of three and AC worked well. Disney channel for kid was a plus. Breakfast was really good and always maintained stocked. A little walk to main areas but the hop on hop off bus stop is across the street and walking around is very easy. Housekeeper did a great job daily. Would recommend this hotel !
