The air conditioner in the room has two motion sensors. If I do not move around, it turns off automatically. I have never seen air conditioners like that. To keep the air conditioner run, I have to move around under the sensor.

Excellent location close to bus terminal, riverside walk and the main attractions of Seville. As active people we used this as a base to walk everywhere. The receptionist was very helpful at check in with suggestions of places to eat and where to buy tickets for attractions to avoid the long queues.

Downsides: Work going on next door so was woken every morning with banging and drilling, just unlucky but another room might have been better. Also, stayed 4 nights and had no cleaner or towel change at all.

Quiet street, easy walking distance from the main bus station, shops and attractions. Staff friendly and helpful, quick to sort out problems. The apartment is supplied with bed linen, towels, soap & shower gel. Adequate crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. There is no room cleaning included, some cleaning equipment and washing-up items were supplied. Not much to see from the room but there is a fine sun terrace on the roof with good views across the city. Good air-con, plenty of hot water, good wifi. TV with Spanish channels.

A peaceful stay near central Seville
Having previously stayed in a posh hotel in the centre of town on a business trip, Apartamentos Metropolis initially seemed a little plain and out of the way. However, we really appreciated the tranquility and in fact it's only a short walk from the wonderful Fine Arts Museums with the bustling Triana market just over the bridge. Our apartment was very well equipped. The windows aren't very big but that's traditional in a hot climate though perhaps another lamp in the living room might be nice.

They also have a really nice terrace on the roof. The internet connexion was good. My only negative point is their rule not to leave any trash in the apartment, so when leaving you have to take them out to a trash can located on another street next to apartment...

Better for groups on a budget
The apartments offer some good features (kitchenette, roof top sub deck, free filtered drinking water, friendly and helpful staff). Probably better suited for larger groups (4+) or longer stays, but not the best option for couples. Reasonably close to everything (within 20 min ) but not really close to anything. Fine if you want to stay like a local, but you can definitely do better if you want to be in the middle of things.

The apartment was extremely well located being only a short walk from all of the main attractions. Nicoletta & Miguel, the reception staff, were great and very helpful and spoke good English. Whilst it is advertised as sleeping up to 4 people you would need to be very friendly with the other 2 people due to the layout and the fact it is a sofa bed but ideal for a young family. It was equipped with basic kitchen equipment but we didn't use it. There are no English channels on the TV but we didn't go there to watch TV anyway so it wasn't aproblem for us. There is a supermarket in the mall just 5 mins away.
If you are driving it can be hard to find. However, if you head for the main bus station it is very close (just opposite behind the petrol station). The streets are narrow and so there is a complex one way system around the old city. Free parking is available but hard to find so many people use the expensive car parks. As a general rule if there is yellow on the kerbs/roads don't park - blue means there are restrictions and there is a sign with an arrow pointing in the directions(s) of the restrictions. No markings mean that it is free parking.

Excellent location clean apartment
The apartments are in an ideal location to walk into all the old parts of Seville. The cathedral is 15 minutes walk. The apartment is located down a quiet cobbled street is away from the noise of the city. Reception team are very welcoming and helpful.Some kitchen equipment was missing although reception quickly provided what we required. The apartment needs a kettle. We would recommend the apartment for a city break.

We found the apartments well located for Seville. We could walk in to the town easily. There was easy access to the supermarket. We liked the character of the apartment and the street it was in.

Very clean apartment situated in a nice location, close to the centre of Sevile. Comfy beds, air conditioning working really well, we only stayed for one night, but wished we'd stayed for longer... Will come back.

Great hotel for students travelers
This apartment is more for students and young people traveling in group. The rooms were very clean but small with very comfortable beds.The bathroom was too big and the living room way to small. No where to put your suitcase and still move a little around. We had the first floor apt by the entrance so we heard every time someone entered the building and very little natural light coming into the room so it was dark and gave a sad feeling especially that it rained while we were there. The apartment was located on a very small neighborhood street ( safe no problem) close to a main bus station (excellent for travelers by bus from Malaga or other cities) also very close to Sevilla bus station for C4 (I think )that brings you into the city by the Cathedral and all. We could walk and in 3 min we were in the Pza in front of the art museum. To get to the cathedral 15/20 min easy walk on pleasant safe streets. Parking at the end of street Palau des Arms parking they give you a discount to park there. 18 euro/ day We wanted to park on the street but signs and colors were confusing and we saw the police p,acing 2 tickets for 200 euro each so we decided to go w the garage parking. The apt was a little hard to find if you ask for directions the end of the street has another name.It is by the Palau des Arms across from the Station des Autobus. 7 min from the Bull fighting arena.

Location is great, maximum 20 minutes for all the sights in Sevilla! Apartment was more spacious than I thought it would be, however it lacked a few utensils and a kettle! Also, lighting in Apartment was very dim because of energy saving bulbs and only having one window facing the courtyard. Otherwise, excellent Apartments with great roof terrace.

Very nice location on a beautiful street that must be at least four centuries old. It is a few blocks away from the nearest bus stop and from there you can reach the main attractions, such as the Alcázar and the Cathedral, in under 15 minutes. The rooms need a new paint job because some guests have passed their bags against the walls too many times, but appart from that, the place is nice, the people are nice too and the neighborhood is superb. Very recommended.

Good for families, just an OK stay
This is a good place for families to stay or those who are staying in Seville for more than a few days and would like to save some money by cooking themselves. We has just an okay stay. Nothing was wrong, it just didn't wow us. We had an interior courtyard facing room and it was pretty dark in there. The limited front desk hours were challenging.

Llamé para avisar que llegabamos unos minutos antes de que cerraran la recepcción para que me esperaban y en vez de esperarme (habría llegado a tiempo) me pidieron que fuese al hotel para hacer el checkin. Como el recepcionista aún estaba en los apartamentos al llegar al hotel, tuvimos que esperarle. ¿No debería ser al revés? Cuando llegó, ni nos miró a la cara (había acabado su turno!), la chica del hotel nos atendió y tuvimos que caminar con las maletas hasta los apartamentos, que más bien son habitaciones con cocina ya que es un solo espacio y además la ventana da a un patio interior mediocre. Poco profesionales. No ha sido un sitio al que te apetece llegar después de visitar la ciudad todo el día.
