Room was nice and spacious but could do with some work like the flooring, A/C system and some more amenities considering 4 star rating. Breakfast for €32 is not worth it when you have soo many brunch places around for better value.
Location is excellent and the staff were very nice.
Hotel is clean and they hold luggage.
I believe very small changes can make this hotel one of the best but overall a lovely place to stay in Seville.

The room is nice and clean, very comfortable. Right on the central and all landmarks within the distance. My only issue is poor sound insulation! I can hear the next room talking all night long and the heavy doors slamming the wall every time people in and out. Pity because of those issues I will not recommended.

This is a very nice hotel, clean, and comfortable. The location is right in the center, close to shopping, restaurants and about 5 minutes walk to Metropol Parasol. The staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is fine except for limited choice of vegetables. The problem we had is very warm room, and when asked, hotel staff told us AC is not working in the entire hotel and advised we open the window to get cool air in. But it’s a bit noisy with open windows, of course. Otherwise, all is good and we would recommend it highly.

The good things were - Good location. Reception and the room which had a lovely view from the top floor and was clean, quiet and comfortable with a comfy bed and lovely bathroom.

This hotel is located right across the street from El Corte Inglés department store. Walking distance to Real Alcázar and Cathedral. We got a room on 6th floor which turns out to be very hot. The air conditioner seems not functioning well. We have to open the window to let cool air in. But in the evening it will be a bit noisy from the street downstairs

The floor in the bathroom was broken, the mirror broke and almost fell on my toddler daughter the ac stopped working in the middle of the night - we had to change the room at 3:00 am. We also extended one additional night here cause the weather in Malanga where we planned to stay was not the best. There is no complimentary water so heads up. Biggest advantage is the location. Staff is generally courteous but mostly appeared helpless to do anything, cannot fix the bathroom or hot water or ac cause maintenance person is not there - the night receptionist was empathetic and offered to change the room.

Hotel was nice the best part was the locality to the area we wanted to explore, reception was great very friendly and swiftly booked in and out. Room was nice, bathroom bit tired but the bed was huge and we slept so well, very comfortable and very clean, used the safe which was easy to operate, aircon was good . The breakfast was ok, some hot food and some cheese, meats and fruit and then pastries, coffee machine wasn't great but lots of teas, fresh juices and fresh bread available and replesnished frequently .
We did ask for our room to be freshened the third day mainly for some more toilet rolls, but we didn't get those and also some chocolate we had brought over with us from Gatwick was taken from the mini fridge, now not a big thing it was just leftover from our journey but it's a trust thing, didn't make a fuss about it but just a bit sad about that really, I had made sure everything was cleared away in the wardrobe from the bathroom before we asked for the room to be cleaned as I had read a previous review about someone having some perfume stolen, so this was a bit annoying as have nothing else to complain about. Reception and breakfast staff we lovely and friendly and welcoming.

This is a very good option to be close to the city center and shopping and restaurants. Very walkable area. At night it can get a bit loud, because of the shops. Hotel cleanliness can improve, but it’s not bad. Service was good. They sell tickets for Flamenco shows and recommended us a great one. Overall, our stay was really good and we really appreciated being so close to the heart of the city! We could walk easily to every attraction and shop.

fantastic position, very clean and with a very good breakfast. There is also free parking about a 10 minute walk away as an option if needed .
Staff are very pleasant and inclusive and are always available at reception.
There is a fridge and kettle in the room which is a great addition.
