Great location, room true to photos. Host was easily contactable by WhatsApp which was excellent as we were able to quickly ask if our room was ready pre-check in time and it was. The bed had three different types of pillows which I was impressed with. Cot for our baby was clean and ample linen provided. Would recommend.

This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a \"hotel\" that has no one onsite. While very close to a park and commercial corner, it is a residential, local area. We found some neighborhood bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We had no issues with noise from outside or from within the building itself (other guests were respectful/quiet). Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I would stay here again unless I wanted a different location, although we did enjoy several aspects of this neighborhood. Our only glitch was they booked a taxi for our 6:00 departure to the airport and sent the taxi to an incorrect location. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with the driver to clarify where we were. Overall it was a good experience and a good stay.

This was a beautiful property and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was immaculately clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower head. The location was in a very walkable neighborhood that was close to restaurants and shopping. If you didn't mind the 20 or so minute walk to the Cathedral and La Giralda, you could easily catch a taxi outside of El Corte Ingles that was just a five minute walk from the apartment. We highly recommend staying at this property and would stay here again the next time we are back in Sevilla!

The Aparthotel (room) was too small to accommodate a family of four. There was no space to re-group, as such, as the living area would be taken up as a 'second' bedroom - unlike a hotel where one could re-group / chat in the bar area, say.
Also, 'housekeeping' was a listed service. Only towels were changed. There was no hoovering or cleaning of bathroom etc.

The place was in a great location, close to plaza del Duke. Tourists transportation will come out from there. All communication was done easily through WhatsApp, and the team was very responsive. There’s no reception since it’s an apartment-style building, but check-in was simple and done online. You get a code to enter the building, which made things very convenient. They also offered free towel changes and made the bed during my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely—cozy and supportive—and the kitchen area and bathroom were both modern and well-maintained, making our stay convenient and pleasant in many ways.
Communication with the staff was excellent throughout. They were helpful, responsive, and clearly cared about guest satisfaction. When we mentioned some concerns about our first (internal) room, the owner kindly moved us to a larger room with a window facing the street, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue we faced was the noise. There appears to be no soundproofing in the rooms, and we had difficulty sleeping for three consecutive nights. The internal room was noisy enough, but the street-facing room they moved us to turned out to be even louder, with constant sounds from traffic and nightlife. In the end, we had to go out and purchase earplugs just to get some rest.
Overall, while the hotel has many positive attributes and is managed by thoughtful staff, the noise levels significantly impacted our ability to enjoy our stay. If sound insulation is ever improved, this would be a fantastic place to stay.

The location was excellent. We were easily able to walk to the Catedral de Sevilla, Plaza de Espana, Setas de Seville and everywhere else we had planned to visit. We were sent the codes to check in well in advance and had no issues. We were on the ground floor and had a small patio area. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated the sweet note left for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our honeymoon stay at this property. It is not a typical hotel with a front desk - but the owner communicates with you to explain how to access the property and suite. He even offered information about where to go, things to see, places to eat. We stayed on the very top floor and it was quiet, a short walk to all the main attractions and near to many grocery stores. The suite was spacious and there was a kitchenette for use. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Overall, the hotel's location was convenient, but our experience was marred by the presence of ants in the room. We purchased groceries with the intention of having breakfast in our room, only to find that our food was attacked by ants. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention and requested some form of accommodation or discount, the response was disappointing. Unfortunately, we had to dispose of our food and incur additional costs for breakfast. It would have been appreciated if more concern and action were taken to address the situation.

We stayed at Casa Sevilla for two nights and really enjoyed the layout of the space. You’re basically getting your own apartment for the time you stay. So if you enjoy flexibility, having a kitchenette, dining table area separate from the bedroom, it’s a nice spot. So many great options for shopping around here as well, I’m having trouble getting my wife to leave. Wish me luck.. 😅

I had to rate this low as we left after only 2 nights (of 5) because it was impossible for our daughter to sleep in the second bedroom of the ground floor apartment. It's an internal room next to the lift and has a window onto the hallway which had been a courtyard at some point so is now a 3 storey lightwell which amplifies all sound: heavy front door is incredibly loud and the lights come on automatically so when people come in at all hours, you get woken up. Especially when other guests play music at 1am while waiting for the lift.

Amazing service at the apartment! Check in online was easy and it was also easy to enter the apartment. Everything is self service but we always had someone at hand via whatsapp to help us with all our needs. We got locked out the apartment 1 night however the staff were responsive and were able to help us resolve the issue remotely and its was fixed the next morning! They also allowed us to store our luggage for the rest of the day on check out and booked us a taxi to the airport with ease!
The apartment itself is clean, modern, has a kitchen and a nice place to sit and eat or watch tv if youre having some down time. Daily housekeeping was also really nice to have as we stayed 5 nights! Highly recommend as it was also easy to get around from there!

Mariel and her staff were wonderful. From communication before arrival to arranging for storing our luggage at checkout, everything was perfect. Our stay was perfection, the suite was exceptionally appointed with every amenity you could think of and thoughtfully decorated to be a peaceful oasis at the end of a hot and vibrant day in Seville. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone who is considering a visit to Seville. Very close to the hop on hop off bus and many local eateries of all budget considerations. Laundry close by, waterfront, so walkable. We did not want to leave!! We will definitely come again and recommend to friends and family who travel. Thank you for a lovely experience!!
