However, the bed was uncomfortable and the room was at the street level so it was very noisy at night until around 2:30 am. Good location overall.

A really comfortable stay in a great location, within walking distance of all the tourist sights, history and architecture. The hotel is modern, with great amenities and really good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. All the hotel staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They also provided some helpful tips on great restaurants and were flexible on check-out.

I went with my girlfriend and stayed at One Shot Palacio for 3 nights. Our room was always clean, staff was very nice and welcoming, location is great (only about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral). The area around the hotel is great, I found it to be safe and with plenty of dining options/bars.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly. Our room was nice and the bathroom was lovely - great shower. However, the property is a little tired and not kept to a high standard. Their courtyard outside our room was dirty, with bird droppings covering the floor outside our room. The communal areas are nice looking but needed cleaning. Our room, at ground level, was right next to the road and the cars on the cobbles were very loud. There are better options than this hotel in Seville.

Absolutely wonderful. I would stay again. Great service, spacious room. Only complaint is that there were no usb charging points which I am now used to being a standard in hotels but otherwise the room was well equipped and I could buy a charging plug from a nearby shop. I’d stay here again if I were in Seville.

I love this hotel. The location is perfect and very close to restaurants, bars, the city centre and the Alameda Square, but still on a side street which makes it very quiet. I stayed in one of the Suites, and it was a beautiful and very spacious room with high ceilings. This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back. The staff is helpful and very nice.

The hotel was in a good location. It was a 20 minute walk to cathedral. The staff were very friendly. Our room size was fine but it had a leaky shower and the room could do with a coat of paint. Downstairs was very clean and all staff very helpful.The swimming pool is very small so dont expect to swim in it.

The staff were excellent and helpful. We had a terrace room much was nice, but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to use it! Rained all four days. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly and there were a few minor issues that needed attention. Things such as a dripping sound from behind the toilet, cracks around the shower, room needed hoovering and the lift wasn’t working, but these were minor in the scheme of things. Just small improvements would improve the whole look of the hotel. Excellent location and communal area/dining area was really lovely. Would stay again.

Fantastic 3 night stay here, cant fault anything, starting with the friendly welcome from Eva on reception, followed by easy check-in, spotlessly clean room, great bed, great shower, very quiet at night. Little touches like stocked fridge, free toothbrush, all toiletries, sliders and bath robes, this is hotel that knows customer relationships.

I had the economy room and the size was good, fantastic bed and pillows, nice balcony to a picturesque street, and bathroom with all the amenities. Now, the WiFi was terrible/not working and I had to buy extra data for three days.

Parking available, but you need a small car as it’s very tight snd the car has to go underground in a lift!! Friendly helpful staff, a great stay. The ceiling in our room was stunning! The pool was lovely after a day of sightseeing

A real mixed review. Stayed at the hotel previously and was disappointed with return visit. Trying to give a balanced review.

1. €20 deposit for a pool towel - at a 4* hotel!! Mine went missing when I left the pool for a few minutes. The hotel have refused to return deposit / provide another pool towel. Do not expect this service paying for a suite for 5 nights.
2. The hotel staff are friendly but seem to not have authority to make any decision to put the issue right. The chain has about 10 hotels and appear to not give the friendly staff the ability to make any decisions outside of their set rules.
3. Bar area is cluttered with lots of screens and not often open
4. Difficult to get sun lounger at certain times of day.
5. Limited breakfast selection.
6. No coffee machine in room.

This hotel is located in a stunning building, offering gorgeously styled accommodation in a historic Palacio. Rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean, staff are really pleasant and helpful.
Some very minor negatives but nothing to compromise a lovely stay. Rooms lack a coffee machine or wine glasses, the restaurant in the lobby operates lunch and dinner so no access to refreshments during the day. Air con appeared to have limited impact in our large room overnight.

Known for their comfortable beds. The renovation is immaculate and just as the photos represent. Located steps from best taps and local gay bars. A tip for breakfast is that you can just pay for what you want instead of the whole buffet. Coffee and croissant without the full ticket price.
Only note is that most 4 star hotels include bottled water, coffee and kettle in the room. Also, the hotel should clearly update all travel sites with the closure dates of the pool.

We were very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. The bedroom was extremely small. We paid for onsite parking which would be fine if you were driving a smart car. I would not recommend parking here as it was a nightmare trying to enter and exit the garage. It is also extremely hard to find if you are driving as a lot of the streets are one way or for taxis only. The internet service was also terrible.Will not be staying here again.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. It is literally impossible to sleep with the noise from the street, and their handling of covid is comedy. They removed all the chairs from the pool but they allow huge maskless events all day long in their receiving area. I reserved for two nights and left after one. Huge hassle to get the second night refunded too. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel misrepresented themselves to us we booked because it had rooftop pool nothing on the advirtiment about no sun beds we could have booked thousands of hotels there but this had a rooftop pool

We arrived in Seville and drove to the Hotel, please note to use google maps instead of car navigation as it is more accurate. The road are tight as historical old roads and lots of one ways.
The hotel is hidden away in a nice clean road which is one way.
We had booked a economy room, which when we got in after being kindly assisted by the reception in charge, also coming back to parking - the hotel parking is €25 per night but if you want to save money then you can park at the the saba concordia car park, which is about 8 mins walk away.
The Economy rooms are clean but on the small size, so I highly recommend getting the standard or premium room, which are much better and will make the stay enjoyable.
We had some issue in our economy room, so we were upgraded to a standard room at no extra charge.
Staff are very polite, friendly & pleasant. The hotel has a modern feel and also embraces the spanish cultural look as well. We though the decor was excellent of the Hotel.
We didn’t try the in house restaurant food, but could tell it was popular as full every-night and the dishes being cooked were definitely gourmet.
We highly recommend the hotel for comfort and for location, as city centre is about 15 mins away and you can walk to most tourist and shopping sites with ease.
Also the night life is busy around the hotel - we also recommend a gem of a Cafe round the corner from the hotel called Mr. Cake. We have never tasted cakes as we did there.

I have stayed in Sevilla MANY times and in MANY hotels and this one was by far the best in terms of condition, cleanliness, and value for the cost. It is also in a stellar location- great for eating, drinking, and nightlife, in addition to being an easy walk to the center of the city. The bed and pillows were comfortable, great shower, GREAT light (not always the case in a hotel room!), lot of space for storage, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby and outdoor seating areas beautifully designed and maintained... can't say enough good things about the hotel. Only slight issue was the bathroom could have been swept a bit better between the previous guests leaving and my arriving. Would highly recommend (and will most likely stay there again myself!).

I asked for a wine opener and the reception guy says they have only one wine opener so that he should bring it back after I use.(I don’t know how come 4 star hotel has only one wine opener..)
