This hotel was one of the most beautify and characteristic places I’ve ever been! We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff that was very helpful and customer focused. The double room was of a good size and the bathroom was also of good size.The room had everything you needed.
The hotel is inside a colourful courtyard with so many amazing plants! When the roof is open, the whole place lights up! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Great location, excellent staff

Location was super - walkable to all and near great cafes, bars, restaurants in vibrant part of city. Service and front desk staff were excellent. The hotel is different as it surrounds a cool outdoor exposed courtyard. Our room was plenty large enough, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. The room had obviously had smoking guests recently as even with AC and window opened, the smell continued. Not too bad, but it might help to do some cleaning aimed at smoke smell.

Lovely traditional property, great sized room and bathroom. Was noisy though and unfortunately the terrace was not in use won an evening when we were there due to the Seville fair being on which was a shame, as we would have used this. The immediate area outside the hotel we felt was a bit run down but some better bars/ restaurants at the bottom end of the square on the right as you walked down from the hotel, easy to get to all the sites though and felt very safe and would stay here again.

Nice hotel in Sevilla

This is a small beautiful hotel at the periphery of the historic town center. It was in easy reach of public transport and in walking distance of the cathedral and Alcázar. The room was comfortable and the breakfast adequate.

A lovely hotel at the top of a vibrant square not far from the centre of Seville with plenty of excellent restaraunts available. The staff were excellent - for instance we had an early start for a day trip to Ronda which meant we had to leave the hotel at the same time as breakfast started. We asked the night receptionist if we could pop into the breakfast bar early to get a take away breakfast. Instead he did it for us so that we ended up with two huge excellent breakfasts. The room and bed was very comfortable even though it did not look out onto the street. Our only minor criticism is that the space for the self serve breakfast was a bit tight.
All in all though an excellent hotel and one we would highly recommend for a stay in Seville

The hotel faces onto Plaza Alameda de Hercules which is very buzzy with many cafes, bars and tapas restaurants. Vehicle access is not straightforward although being on a motorbike this did not present any problems. However, in this busy area of city, we were grateful for the secure underground car park. It is easy to explore old Seville on foot from here.

The hotel is made up from a number of older buildings that have been brought together. What were, I assume, outside courtyards are now inside and provide lovely areas in which to sit and relax.

We had a modern, spacious well-equipped room, that still retained its old charm. It had everything you could reasonably want and the shower was excellent. There is also a bar terrace at the top of the hotel where we enjoyed two very large Spanish brandies, which were as good as they were cheap.

The English speaking staff on reception were extremely helpful and we were glad that we followed the recommendation we were given for the best tapas bar on the square.

Our stay was fab. Hotel was lovely, quaint & quirky. Amost felt like i was in a Moroccan riad! Lovely court yard areas around room areas. staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights where is it was very convenient to walk to all the pretty places around the city. Highly recommend this little hotel. 👌

My only complaint would be the noise of other people staying in the property between the hours of 00:00-05:00 outside our door - one night we even had someone for around 15mins try and get into our room trying their card and our door handle unsucessfully at around 03:30 in the morning.

Position very close to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately area although bustling a bit run down and there’s a lot of graffiti. A popular dog walking area where some do not clean up after there pooches, so need to be careful where you walk. About a 20 minute walk to Monument area of Seville.
Hotel air con very good, courtyard areas are cool, although a bit on the dark side, but this is why it’s cool. Room okay, internet was excellent. Quiet no noise from the outside bars and restaurants.

Didn't like the parking set-up. Getting in and out of parking garage within narrow passage ways from street into and out of the parking garage and space to maneuver the car into the parking space is difficult, due to lack of space in parking garage. What I liked was the sitting areas throughout the inside of the hotel, especially the decor of hanging plants and flowers throughout and within the sitting areas. Very well-maintained and clean hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Great customer service.

This is a ‘quirky’ hotel, with apparently most rooms facing into a courtyard which is open to the sky, but no outside windows. That said, we enjoyed our stay and one of the advantages of this arrangement is that the rooms stay relatively cool, on what we’re very hot days during our stay. They are also quiet, which was handy because our stay coincided with the final of the Copa Del Ray football tournament, so the area and city generally, was heaving with football fans!

What a fantastic stay in a fabulous hotel. The staff were impeccable- especially the front desk staff. Was an oasis to come back to after a day sightseeing.

Rooms are based around internal courtyards with tables and chairs to relax. Shutters high up keep the hot sun at bay but are pulled back once the sun has passed beaming down - so lovely. At night all the lights come on and it is just fabulous. I stayed in room 10. Lovely big room, great aircon, comfortable bed and pillows - exceptionally clean with a fridge to keep your own things in. Bathroom was lovely and modern with fantastic shower pressure. Just a beautiful place to wake up in and come back to. Rooftop bar with great views.

Sightseeing tour bus stop 2 mins away. Walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar - a lovely straightforward stroll in 10-15mins. Setas de Sevilla a short 5 mins away - fantastic location. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel. Great feel and vibe.

This was a real find. If I return to Seville, which I plan to, I will stay here again and cannot rate the hotel highly enough.

Quiet oasis in lively neighborhood

Although the hotel is located right next to buzzing Alameda de Hércules, the room we had in the 2nd court yard, 2nd floor was so quiet. No street noise thanks to noise cancelling windows and also few neighbors during the time of our visit. The room was much more spacious than what we expected (may have been a complementary upgrade). Also friendly staff at all times.

The property is clean, good condition, nicely decorated, and in good location. However, I had a very bad experience. I left a travel waist pouch in my my room and when I came back it's not there. Only the cleaner lady entered the room at that time. We lost our vaccination cards and other papers but not much cash. We reported it to the front desk.

This property just made me smile as soon as I arrived. The colours and the plants everywhere just made me feel so happy. The room was beautiful and I felt very well looked after.
I love the eco friendly option of not changing your towels every day. It was a magical experience. Unfortunately I never managed to get to the roof terrace because my only free night was the night of the Fair in April so it was closed but that didn't matter.
There are plenty of lovely restaurants around the area.
I adored every second.

Ok stay for a short stay.

I only stayed there for 1 day so there is not much to say. apt was very clean and confortable. My reservation had street view and breakfast and I didn't get neither the view or the breakfast since Hotels.com and the hotel had a glitch but instead of honoring the reservation it became a he said she said argument so I got none. Besides that the hotel is in a good location and it is confortable if you keep your windows closed since all the rooms are facing each other or if you have the windows open people walk right in front of your room / bathroom and can see you.

Nice styled and really well located for young people, however got a tiny parking, so I had to park on the avenue, and it was more than 10min walk away from the hotel. With luggage it was not easy. Overall good stay.

Room spacious, clean and comfortable with modern bathroom. Check in/check out efficient with lovely staff. Great location. Only slight negative was breakfast, enough choice of meat, cheese, pastries, cereal, fruit & bread but nothing hot, bacon was left out cold & greasy on a plate! You are seemingly expected to clear your own table which is fine unless the previous occupants haven’t bothered so you will need to clear their mess too. In the evening the breakfast room/terrace becomes a nice roof bar but unfortunately we could not get in as it was very popular with locals. Overall we are happy with our stay and I wouldn’t let the minor issues put you off staying here as it is a nice hotel, it’s just something to bear in mind.

It was a very pleasant stay for 3 nights in Sevilla. The hotel itself is very beautiful and provides a peaceful feeling. The actual yard looks even better than the picture! The location of the hotel is decent, good walk distance and convenient to the visiting places in Sevilla. A little comment is that voice isolation of the room needs improvement, sometimes the talking from the neighbour could be heard. However, it does not interrupt the comfortable feeling of the stay at all. I would definitely like to visit the hotel again, recommend it!

Nice hotel, location is not the best (20mins walking from main attractions), staff not attentive (asked twice to take care of heather not working and no shower gel in the shower but no one gave a F* and told us that we were not able to make it function)... definitely not coming again, probably we were just unlucky.

The hotel is wonderful from the decor to the layout around a couple of beautiful atriums. The spacious Rooms had been upgraded with very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Of course our arrival was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating Anthony. The hotel is on the edge of a lovely and extensive plaza which has lots of bars and restaurants. It was just being decorated for Xmas during our arrival

The situation of the hotel is ideal, in the centre of bars, restaurants and local shops. With the maps from the hotel, we found our way to the local sights. Seville is a beaitiful ctiy. We will be back.

Pros: This was a beautiful property. The staff is soooooo friendly and went above and beyond for us all the time! We loved how clean our room was every time we arrived back from a long day of exploring. It’s also in a lively area with sooooo many restaurants and bars and lots of taxis if you want to go into town


Cons. You need to pay about 2 euros a day for the safe. the hallways are basically outdoors, there’s no roof so when it rains or it’s really cold it makes the room temperature really cold! Also we were on the first floor and could hear people talking as if they were in our rooms in the morning. I’m not sure if it was the staff or other guests but it was like they were right in front of our door every single morning and we could never sleep in . Also we tried to go to the rooftop lounge everyday we were there but there was no one there to serve us. The last day we finally got a server but it was so busy and only one server she was very overwhelmed. I wanted snacks but she told me that when it’s busy like that there are no snacks available so the rooftop was a fail

Overall I would stay here again , especially bc it’s so beautiful and our rooms were always left so clean

The people at the front desk were very nice. But the room itself was not that great. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible, super lumpy and hard. The shower was the worst part the temperature was impossible to control, it will be warm one sec then go to freezing cold and 2 seconds later burning hot.

Lovely Hotel situated about 25 mins easy walk to all historical sites. Hotel is beautifully presented around a central courtyard. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety and great coffee, the lady serving at breakfast was very pleasant. Only observation I would make is the lack of tea/coffee making items in your room but there is a mini bar which is quite reasonably priced. Rooms are cleaned every day.Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. All members of staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. I would definitely return and recommend this property.
