Hotel Sacristía de Santa Ana was a find. The apartment was perfect for our large group. The hotel was in a good spot that was close to dining and shopping options. It was also walkable to a lot of the city.

The hotel could’ve provided more services to clean or provide fresh towels on a regular basis.

The hotel is in an old building and has kept much of its charm. It definitely was an experience to be in such an antique styled room too. We had a chance to experience both the standard room and a jr suite. Needless to say the suite was much larger and more beautiful. The standard room is far too cramped, but if you put your luggage in the large wardrobe you can make more space. The suite was over looking the main square, and improved our vibe. The area immediately around the hotel was vibrant without being loud, and about 10 minutes on foot from all the real action. So it was a perfect refuge after each day of exploring. The team was very pleasant, especially Sandra who helped organize our room move following our upgrade. She also gave us a recommendation to a good tapas place which we did enjoy. This was a very nice experience if you want something less unique.

Had a great short stay at Sacristia de Santa Anna. Front desk staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The courtyard of the hotel was very beautiful. My room was comfortable and spacious, all the amenities were as described and the room was spotless. Location is great, loads of bars and restaurants right by the hotel but with the rooms set back from the road they were still quiet and relaxing even with the lively nightlife. Short walk to Setas de Seville and the heart of the old town. Would definitely recommend to others.

Easy walk to all attractions but a little out of town so you didn't feel hemmed in. The area immediately around hotel had excellent restaurants and felt very safe.

I loved this hotel, so much character and a good location. Plenty of bars & restaurants around. Easy to walk to other areas like the Cathedral etc.
The area can get a little noisy on the weekends, but that's what you get for being located right by where things are going on.
My room was lovely and so great to stay somewhere that had some real charm. The staff were so helpful too.

Very nice traditional decor throughout. Reception staff very helpful.
Great area. About 15 mins walk to the main part of Seville but surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants.
We booked the least expensive room but would suggest paying slightly more and getting a better one as we didn’t have a window and room was very warm.
Overall though a definite recommend. 👍

Lidia is very knowledgeable about the area and is considerate of her guests. She has a pleasant personality and is eager to assist. The hotel is in an old building that has been beautifully restored. This property is privately owned so it felt like staying at someone's house. Its NOT a corporate named hotel so its very quaint and charming. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating and the cafeteria within the hotel has impeccable service. There is a young waitress who called on me and was extremely patient in translating the menu.

Wow. What a fantastic, well priced hotel. We originally booked a room for 2 travellers, but after contacting our hotel to request seperate beds, they kindly upgraded us to a full apartment, with a great roof terrace. Centrally located, easy walking distace to attractions and surrounded by some excellent tapas, bars and a supermarket, this hotel had everything we could have asked for.

This is a lovely little hotel. The staff are helpful; the rooms and hotel are clean; and the breakfast bar has hot food, cereals and pastries! The beds were lovely and comfortable and we slept well. I used the ironing service which was meant to be a 25 hour turn around and had it back the same day. Would happily stay there again.

We liked that this is a 'traditional' property and the location was very good. Although it is in the northern part of the old town, it was a reasonable walk to the river, cathedral and palace, while giving us the opportunity to see the Macarena district. There were a good variety of restaurants on the doorstep.
We were disappointed that we did not have an external window/view in our room which was not indicated at the time of booking. Otherwise the room was comfortable, clean and quiet.

This was actually not part of the hotel but right next to the hotel they had an apartment which was given to us it can easily fit more than 6 to 8 people we were a family of four this was a four level apartment building the only problem is all the bedrooms are on the second and the third level and is very hard to take the suitcases up to those levels there is no elevator in the apartment itself. Again if you are driving and I have a car Parking is going to be a huge problem for this specific or two properties so we would suggest not to bring the car with you and the staff was very friendly and helped us along the way put our luggage in the safety area in a locked environment for several hours while we were checked out and exploring the city location is really nice all the restaurants and all dad started going places are within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance overall a wonderful stay

Perfect location in a beautiful building for 2 days in sunny Seville. 10 minute walk to the Cathedral area with plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.
We did have the unpleasant surprise of a few cockroaches in our room on the first day. We did let reception know but the hotel was full so we couldn't be moved. The room was very clean so I don't think it was a cleanliness problem, more just the fact that it was an old building on a street with lots of bars/restaurants putting out their rubbish at night. Rooms were comfy and spacious and breakfast had something for everyone.

It was located in the interior of the hotel & therefore didn’t have any natural light but we were aware of this when we booked. Bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. A good nights sleep

For us, a hotel is not the main attraction for a visit, if we can get a good nights sleep and be sent on our way with a reasonable breakfast thier job is done. Sacristia Santa Ana more than exceeded our hopes in all areas. The room could be considered on the small side, but plenty big enough for us and the bed was probably one of the best hotel beds we have slept in. Breakfast was varied and good quality and did set us up for a touring and sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Some may suggest that the location is not ideal, but we are happy walking and exploring so we were very happy with its location and there are some good restaurants nearby.
If we were to go back to Seville I would look to book the Sacristia Santa Ana again just because I know the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good.

We stay here every time we come to Seville. Our only complaint is that the bath tub does not have a shower curtain or glass door. Water goes all over floor and sink counter. Otherwise it is a wonderful beautiful small hotel.

Location is FABULOUS and room was fine. Surprisingly quiet even though we were on 2nd floor facing the street. But we were not there on weekend.
Breakfast very disappointing compared to others in Spain (Madrid, Granada, Cordoba). Scrambled eggs overdone and inedible (even when we were there 1st thing at 7:30 am). No fruit other than bowl of sad looking oranges, apples etc.

Room was clean, but very small. Knew it before hand, so no surprises. Lady at desk was verysurly, think she hated being there and very limited poor English, not helpful. Afternoon guy was much better. Driving to hotel was a nightmare, even with GPS. Parking very difficult to find. Hotel should have a designated map for parking. Though parking lot was 12 minutes from hotel, took us over 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. That said location was great in old historic town. Can be noisy outside, but again expected after reading reviews. A funky, boutique hotel with character. I did think it was ridiculous that you could not buy a cup of coffee without paying for entire buffet breakfast, given no coffee in room, but then again could have surly hate my job attendant.

IN ESSENCE THIS IS A LOVELY HOTEL BUT YOU MUST BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BE MISLED BY THE PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS. THE HOTEL HAS A LARGE INNER COURTYARD IN THE ANDALUZ STYLE AND WITH A FOUNTAIN. MANY ROOMS ARE OFF THIS COURT YARD FROM BALCONIES RUNNING AROUND THE INNER COURT YARD. OUR ROOM WAS DESCRIBED AS \"PATIO\" WITH INNER WINDOW. ONE WOULD ASSUME IT WAS ONE OF THE ROOMS LOOKING OUT ONTO THE INNER COURT YARD. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A SMALL DARK ROOM WITH A WINDOW ON TO A VENTILATION SHAFT DESCRIBED BY THE HOTEL AS A \"PATIO\". IF YOU DO NOT WANT SUCH A ROOM THEN YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE KIND OF ROOM YOU ACTUALLY WANT.

Nice Hotel 15min from Cathedral and Alcazar

Nice hotel, laid out around a small internal courtyard, facing out onto the busy plaza formed by Alameda de Hercules. So, if you would like to end the day in a local bar/tapas place, absorbing the Spanish family atmosphere after a day sightseeing in the centre then there are some marvellous places in the streets around this hotel.

Good breakfast and staff could not have been friendlier.

Our first stay - room felt a little claustrophobic as the shuttered window opened onto the covered internal courtyard -but everything was great the next time we stayed - different room with window to outdoor. Overall disappointing

Was looking forward to staying here after reading reviews but it was a disappointment. Room was dark, without fresh air and full of mosquitoes. Travelling solo but had difficulty fitting myself and my luggage into the very small room. No uniform room standards, there are some good rooms and some terrible rooms... I got the latter.

Great location and good service. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially at Reception. My only quip was that in early morning sound carried from the Reception area to the ground floor bedrooms (209 and 210). A suggestion would be to install a door to separate the reception area from the passage leading to these rooms. That said, I would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate boutique hotel

This hotel is located a 10 min walk from the tourist area around the cathedral but is still placed in the middle of a very pretty pedestrianised square that is surrounded by bars (no music played during the week we were there) and restaurants. The room was large for the price paid and everything worked without fault. The receptionist was extremely helpful and pointed out areas of interest on a free map without us even asking. A fantastic boutique hotel that is not over run by tourists.

Run down neighborhood and run down hotel

Although there we a few highlights to Almeda de Hercules (Naima jazz café and a few restaurants), overall we were disappointed with this hotel and area. On the first night the internet went out and the front desk employee did not seem to care much about fixing it; her response was that the hotel often has problems connecting with Apple products. The next morning we went down for breakfast only to find that it had been closed and the food cleared away over an hour earlier than advertised. The room was fine but in need of some repairs. The promenade was dirty, graffitied, and deserted in a way that felt unsafe. If we ever go back to Seville, we'll stay closer to the cathedral.

Breakfast adequate, but disappointing in relation to other hotels we stayed at on this visit to Spain (including another in Seville) so only moderate on value for money. Only the bedroom, or street cafe to sit in between sightseeing so glad we had a 'superior room'. Thoughtful to provide free 'help yourself coffee' for guests.

Area a bit 'grungy' e.g. scrap collectors wheeling their trolleys past you at breakfast in the street cafe, but picks up in the evening with some good vfm local restaurants and becomes pleasingly vibrant.

This hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It's surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants and is across the street from a park. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel interior has an interesting spanish flair. A very disappointing experience

Grossly overpriced for what it offers. Upon entry, we found our room suffused with the acrid odor of a cheap cleansing agent. When I complained about its affect (I had trouble breathing in the room), the clerk told me I did not indicate that I had \"allergies\" so it couldn't be their fault. For the record, and not that it matters, I do not have allergies. In any event, the acrid odor was undoubtedly intensified by a window that looked out upon a sealed courtyard. No fresh air. At night, the sharp pang of the internal ventillation system starting and stopping made sleep well-nigh impossible. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we fled as soon as our legs could carry us. The hotel is situated in a rather seedy square whose rehabilitation remains incomplete. The high rating of this establishment remains a mystery. Proceed at your own risk.

Hotel is on the outskirts of the touristy old town; a bit of a walk to the main points of the city. Sightseeing tour buses stop very close to the hotel. We received the smallest room in the establishment with a \"window\" to the lobby, so there was no natural light. Place is immaculate with well appointed furnishings; good use of space in a small room. Hotel staff is accommodating with all requests.

Front desk people are really nice, giving us maps and information on bike rental companies. The hotel is located right next to a nice plaza surrounded by restaurants and close to public transportation. The hotel has a computer with internet access for customers to use, which makes finding transportation and maps around the area really easy.

Luxury feel at reasonable price

We stayed at Casa Sacristia Santa Ana for our honeymoon in Seville and we very pleased with our choice. The hotel has been very nicely and thoughtfully designed and the staff were very polite and helpful. Our top floor room was a good size and it had a small enclosed terrace (it was mostly too hot to sit out here but it would be great in the cooler months) The room was clean and light and had some very nice touches, well designed lighting and aircon! All the sheets and towels were monogrammed - they are obviously very proud of their hotel. The bed (2 singles put together) was very comfortable - only problem being that there was a towelling matress protector that we could have done without in August! The area (Alameda. About 10 mins walk from the cathedral) is described in our guide book as being a bit \"down at heel\" but we found it to be quite safe and mainly full of local families out socialising and a welcome break from the much more touristy areas such as Santa Cruz and Centro. There seem to be quite a few homeless folks and beggars in Seville but they weren't pushy like I've experienced in other cities. All in all a great stay in a lovely hotel.

4 days in the charming and pleasent hotel

Very pleasent hotel close to the town center. Staff was responsive and professional. The only thing that annoyed a bit - a very bad sound isolation in the building. You are literally getting \"ear-witness\" of anybody using shower in a nearby room or chatting at reception.
The bathroom furniture needs to be fixed - leaking shower cubicle slightly spoiled impression of the hotel.

We stayed two nights in the Sacrista Santa Anna and very much enjoyed the hotel. Location is very good, with only a ten min walk into the centre and good bars/resaurants near-bye.

The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is actually very attractive inside. Only complaint i squeaky doors, which did wake us up a couple of times. But frankly well worth it, especially given the price.

Lovely hotel on Ave Alemeda, the hippest part of town & close to loads of great tapas bars with just a 15 minute walk to the main centre. Our room faced the inner courtyard & it was so peaceful. We were there to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary & the hotel sent up a bottle of bubbly, a really lovely touch! Would definitely go back! :o)

Lovely room with unusual furnishing, good bathroom.
Very helpful receptionists.
Only downside is no parking anywhere near & then very expensive.
Only fifteen minute walk to Cathedral, Alcazar etc. so perfect for seeing the sights.

Amazing!

This boutique hotel is one of the most charming places I've stayed in. We travel a lot but this hotel is special- the building, interior and design are beautiful. If you are not into the big hotels where all the rooms look the same this is the hotel for you- all the rooms are different and have their own charm. Our room was spacious with a cute balcony overlooking the street, sun drenched and smelling amazing. Perfect hotel for a romantic get away. Staff is super friendly and helpful. 15min walk to center of the town. There are many restaurants and cafes right next door. We can't wait to go back there again!

Good option in Seville, lots of character

Located 7 minutes walk from the city centre shopping area and 15 minutes from main tourist sights, but in an attractive setting and surrounded by plenty of good tapas bars. Inside rooms open on to small courtyard, and provide quieter option than those facing the street.

Very nice little boutique hotel

Very nice little boutique hotel close to everything. We had such a lovely time with my fiancee and we will be back again for sure. The thing I have noticed was that they thought about the small details in the room. Room was small but clean and decorated with taste and all you need was there.Thank you very much Lucia for your help.Aurora was also very helpful and we had very quick check in.Thank you Sacristia de Santa Ana Hotel Seville for the good time we had with you.

kamers zeer netjes en proper.
zeer goede bedden.
Geen lawaai van de straat of van andere gasten in andere kamers.

Fantastico. Hotel muy chulo, limpio con instalaciones muy cuidadas. La ubicación es ideal para moverte por el centro... Incluso tiene la parada del bus turistico al lado. Muu recomendable. En mi caso, habitacion con ventanas a patio interior, lo que te garantiza un buen descanso con ningún ruido

Breakfast serving time was not for us as we had various early times to cling to. All of these were before 8 pm when the dining room(bar) opened.
Why not offer these kind of guests a breakfast bag if requested.

中心地から少し離れていますが、周辺にレストランがたくさんあり食事には困りません。また、中心地から離れているためリーズナブルな価格で食事ができます。ホテルのホスピタリティはとてもよいですが、窓が通路側についている部屋のため、シャワーの湿気が部屋に充満してしまい、設備に問題があります。歴史的な建物なので仕方ありませんが、もう少し快適だとよかったです。
