Beautiful property and bus station for other cities is very close. The security is good and perfect. No extra charge for keeping luggage late after dismissal. The entire building has an instagram spifit! You will have a great pictures for your instagram. Enjoy your staying

Really sweet hotel, made excellent by the kind and extra attentive staff. Room and facilities are simple but perfect. Nice extras like coffee and tea during the day, bicycles for the city, and happy hour in the afternoon. Arrived to Sevilla during the Vela de Santa Ana week (July 21-26) and happened upon a wild festival/party in the streets right over the bridge in Triana. So fun. What a delightful place. Recommend.

The location is good. The property is dated. Our first night, the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom floor. We were given a different room for the next 4 nights but not given anything for our inconvenience. There is one key per room that needs to be left at the front desk every time you leave the premises. While the desk is manned 24h, the front desk person was not always present and would require us to wait or look for the person, at most 1-2min but still an inconvenience. We had a jr suite with an old sofa bed, which was uncomfortable. Overall, ok for the location but inconvenient place to stay.

The entire staff were friendly and extremely helpful! The location was great for walking about. The room was small (probably to us because we are American), but very clean. They loaned us their pocket Wi-Fi, which was incredibly helpful. The only thing we would add would be laundry service.

Great location and absolutely fantastic service by Inma! I wish all front desk personnel were as friendly, knowledgeable and as helpful as she was. She made our stay in the this most beautiful city even better with her guidance and just wonderful demeanor. It didn’t hurt that she also spoke perfect English.

I would most definitely return to this hotel close to all the major facilities.

Great service, loads of added extras if you want to use them (bikes etc). Only issue was we couldn’t get the temperature right, it was 38 degrees outside but we were freezing with the air con on! Maybe the thermostat was dodgy? Good roof terrace if you want to use it

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and the lady who checked us in gave us places to visit and recommendations. Our room was nice and clean and a comfy bed. The location was great, walkable to all the main attractions and plenty of places around to eat/drink. Also across the road from the bus station which is good if you are getting the bus to/from the airport. Overall a great stay.

This was very roomy! Comfy bed, staff was very kind and accommodating! We were able to leave our bags in storage all day until our flight left at 9:00! The only issue was the shower was awkward, but not a big deal at all! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

A wonderful small hotel that is only a 10- to 15-minute walk to the central area of Seville. It is only a block or so away from the bus station - which is very convenient to catching the bus to and from the airport. The rooms are well equipped and modern, although housed in an older, though renovated, historic building. There are two terrific breakfasts spots only a couple of blocks from the hotel if you choose to not opt for the hotel’s breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. English spoken by all at the reception desk. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a room upstairs facing the road, but when you close the windows there was no noise and the shutters removed any light entering the room. We overslept!

Included breakfast was good. There was some street noise from people walking by all hours of the night. It could be a problem for light sleepers. Everything else was good. It worked out well for our early bus ride from Bus Station Plaza de Armas. Over I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is well located for visits into the city and evening strolls along the river. Our room had a couple of issues and Alicia and the team were fantastic, quickly resolving them and ensuring the rest of our stay was all as expected. Room was delightful, very stylish, super-comfortable bed, and with a balcony with views over the city.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff at check-in was very welcoming and I enjoyed our conversations. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the connection to Wi-Fi, it was impossible to connect. I also struggled to get cell reception but other then this the hotel was very great and I recommend.

This hotel has an issue with flies at the entrance lobby that shocked my wife from the first minute. The room is super hot, you have to wait 30 minutes until it start to cool down. Toilet seat broken. I chose the hotel based on this site review, not sure why is rated fabulous.

A great hotel and stay in Sevilla. Everything worked as it should (internet, water pressure, etc). Beautiful minimalist decor throughout. Rocio and David were very kind and helpful. I booked a second stay for my final night in Spain in two weeks. The hotel is within easily walkable distance to the monument area without all the noise and activity of that area. It is also two blocks from the bus station. Very handy.

I loved my stay and I also loved Sevilla completely!
Everything about La Parada was great (especially having arrived by bus from Granada)- but the staff are super, the place is immaculate, the beds are a joy, the sheets are fresh, white and pressed..... the location is close to Triana across the river for flamenco, great restaurants just a block away, and a short walk to the old \"core\" of Sevilla with all of the architectural, and historical buildings- cathedral, Alcazar, Archives of the Indies, Golden tower, old Jewish quarters... Just tooany to enumerate.

The entire experience of staying in hotel was a \" home from home\" convinience .Location close to the bus station that brought us from the airport, walk to old centre of Seville through back , local roads , walk to Triana district over the bridge within 5 min .The security of supervised entrance 24 h , smiling faces of the team working at the reception and ladies lookng after our comfort in hotel all were very helpful and friendly !Whether you need an iron or help with arrangements for covid test - nothing was a trouble ! Stayed in Parada twice recently on arrival and departure from Seville as had travelled further along the coast .Will do so again when visiting the city again as planning to do it frequently,therefore Parada de Marques will be my choice !! Thank you everyone .

Great location close to Triana, bus station and main tourism sites. On a busy road, yet little noise from outside. You do hear a bit of noise from other guests returning from being out. It was hard to get total darkness in our room. Nice toiletries and bathroom.Good value for money.

This really was a nice place to stay! I cannot really understand why it is designated as a 2* Hostal becuase it really isnt like a hostal and I have stayed in some of those! The location is very good is you arrive from the airport bus as it terminates in the Estacion Plaza de Armas which is only a 5 minute walk from this Hotel. The reception staff are friendly and speak English, although I was keen to improve my Spanish! The room we had was classified as a standard room; it was on the third floor so nice and quiet and had the most enormous, and supremely comfortable bed. The shower and bathroom was great, walk in shower and a decent size. We didnt have breakfast there as we preferred to sample the local cafes. There are a number of good restaurants in the local area and it is only a 15 minute walk at most to the centre and cathedral. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a small hotel with friendly service. The room looks older in person compared to the photos. The worst part of the stay for us was the strong room spray and plug-ins that they used throughout the hotel and in the room. The scents were so strong it gave us severe headaches whenever we were there... had to sleep with the window opened! Would NOT recommend for anyone with allergies or sensitivity to strong or chemical scents.

A steal of a hotel, worth every penny!

Very impressed with the quality of this hotel, for the low price. The rooms are on the small side, but not really a concern as this is the city hotel in such an amazing city you shouldn’t be spending too much time there. Perfect for a weekend getaway to Seville. Friendly helpful staff. A great location, only a few minutes to the main attractions and lots of local cafes and bars, if you are travelling through thou that Spain it’s a 2 minute walk to the Bus Station, which is very handy and around 20 minute walk to the train station. Also - don’t be put off by the star rating, The star rating in Spain really doesn’t seem to have a baring on quality - rather focusing on freebies and room size.

Wij verbleven hier met onze familie (ouders en twee zussen) verdeeld over drie kamers en hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad. Het hotel was schoon, niet perfect, maar voor ons absoluut schoon genoeg. De mogelijkheid om de ramen open te zetten vonden wij erg prettig.

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel zelf is klassiek en mooi, met hoge plafonds die veel sfeer geven. Het ontbijt was voor ons ruim voldoende, gevarieerd en lekker. Het aanbod was vrijwel elke dag hetzelfde, maar dat vonden wij juist prettig.

Een klein aandachtspunt: één van mijn zussen vond het bed wat ingezakt en kreeg hierdoor last van haar onderrug. Desondanks kijken wij terug op een zeer prettig verblijf en zouden wij dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.
