Hotel staff were pleasant and polite.
Breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful.
Slow clearing of used breakfast plates was the only negative point.

Pros: On a beautiful relatively quiet plaza. Staff is excellent. Restaurant on site had great food with excellent service. In a great central location. Nicely furnished apartment suites with terrace.
Cons: There was an odor in building 3- smelled like pipes/sewer. We were moved to building 2; the hotel upgraded us to a larger apartment- No odor there. But you can smell at times it throughout the old city.
Overall: Very nice stay. Would recommend.

What an amazing place to stay! This was a first time for me to visit Seville and this hotel definitely made the vacation worth it. It was clean, quiet, spacious with many top notch amenities. The only one downside is that the pool closes at 8pm and it is not heated. Nevertheless, if I visit Seville again, I will definitely stay here.

The suite was lovely and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Roof top pool was fab, a little cold, but with the Seville sunshine it was fine. And the bar staff on the roof top bar were very accommodating. The location was perfect, quiet and away from the busy streets, but near enough to the sights. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The place was awesome. The place we found out is very new, but still it was very clean. Everyone on the staff there was very professional and very helpful. The place had an great breakfast. If you couldn't find what you wanted for breakfast they would make it for you. The place was in a great location for us, as our daughter was finishing up her study aboard and we were close to her and all the places she went to while she was there. The area is very quite but close to alot of great restaurants, shopping and vistor sites. I would definitely stay there again. We had arranged for an uber to take us from the hotel to the train station but the uber driver never showed up and the front desk not only called us a taxi, who was there in 1 minute, but the guy stayed with us to make sure the taxi driver knew we were in a rush now to catch our train to Barcelona. I highly recommend this place

The pictures dont do justice. We stayed in the 2 bedroom place that had 2 levels and a huge terrace. The suite/ apt was very spacious, modern and full of amenities (e.g. in unit washer)
The property itself is very upscale, modern and charming and the staff are hands on, eager to do anything to make your stay comfortable. Overall, a fabulous place to stay for a family.

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upper terrace apartment was beautiful. Clean apartment, Comfortable beds (a plus), quiet plaza, and beautiful terrace, which we didn’t use much due to rainy weather during much of our stay. Minutes from the cathedral and Real Alcazar, as well as from Barrio Santa Cruz and multiple restaurants, one better than the other.
One single issue: upper bathroom tended to get a bad smell, almost sewage like; not sure why and from where. Hopefully they can figure out why and fix that if possible.

This hotel was very nice with a nice pool area during ‘siesta’. The staff were very accommodating! Issue we had was the room was not ready until 4:30pm. Also they put us in a ‘handicapped designed’ room which caused minor issues (mostly around shower design and water on floor)..but I would stay here again and recommend it!

One of the best apartment hotels I have ever stayed in. The apartment is spacious, clean and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare your own food. Having a washing machine in the apartment was such a bonus. You have access to room service from the hotel side too. The hotel is in a quiet area and there is a supermarket nearby. With 10 minute walk you will get to the main attractions, restaurants and cafes.

Lovely stylish apartment with plenty of space. We were 3 and had two bedroom areas with 2 separate bathrooms, a well stocked kitchenette and a pretty roof terrace. It’s in a great location for walking to all the big sights around the Seville. And there’s a supermarket around the corner! The pool and the roof top bar were an added bonus for a dip and a cocktail.
All the staff were helpful and friendly. And the hotel smells divine!

The apartment was very new and clean and the staff had reassured us after our booking that the room was accessible for one of our party who uses a walker. The staff were kind and attentive and knowledgeable about the hotel and city. They were able to order taxis for us and made reservations for a flamenco show in Triana. They also have us great recommendations for local restaurants.

We upgraded to the junior duplex suite and couldn't find anything wrong it was so close to perfect. The size of the floors blew us away on arrival.
If i was being picky, on occasion we got a whiff of atinky water but wasnt over powering so didnt complain.
Staff were welcoming and helpful, the whole hotel was very clean.
Location within 5 minutes of the centre and an abundance of restaurants and bars.
Bags were able to be left on checkout too which was great as our flight was a late one. Called us a taxi to return us.
