Lovely hotel newly refurbished with a nice bar, restaurant and rooftop pool. They were very kind to give us a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary! Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Our only criticism is that the air freshener or cleaning products had a very strong scent, which gave us a bit of a headache every time the room was cleaned or even when you’re in the lobby. Overall a lovely stay thank you!

Hotel is in the perfect spot for local feel but close enough to walk into the centre of Séville.

Would definitely recommend for all ages and and travel purposes.

Very much average and not to the level you would expect of 4 star as advertised.
Rooms nice and staff friendly and a good breakfast. But, in room coffee and tea was rarely replenished, we asked for a king on booking but were given 2 twin beds with separate bedding, hotel bar food and drink was not value for $, and the hotel gym was unusable unless you wanted a hot yoga experience. The temp in the gym was 30c+ and was never fixed after I asked 3 times at the front desk. Their solution was to jam the gym door wide open. Overall would not stay again.

The hotel is very modern and I assume recently renovated.
Check was simple , no dramas.
Beautiful room with all mod cons needed.
Good selection of quality toiletries provided.

We only had breakfast, but what a breakfast.
Lots of choices and amazing view over the river.
The staff were attentive and even gave us chocolates made by the staff.

Surrounding area has a local feel and some good restaurants within 10 minute walk.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and well presented. The hotel is only about 20 mins walk from the Cathedral and 5 mins to the shopping centre which has some good restaurants. The staff were helpful and polite. The bedroom was spotless with a huge bed, mini bar, room temperature control. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and eggs cooked to order, best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. My favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop bar. A great view across Seville at night. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Upon entering the room, we found that it was not clean to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber. The floor and corners were infested with small ants. We were then moved to a room on the fourth floor, which had a nice terrace, but the cleanliness was still unsatisfactory. Behind the table, I found a small gecko, which I had to remove myself before calling room service to clean the area.
Really they have nice facilities and nice hotel, but they have to take care about cleaning better, much better

It would be nice to have some halal options at breakfast to cater for the Muslim guests that stay. But that would just be a bonus. Everything was great nonetheless!

Very bad parking situation. It is expensive and there are very few spaces. The spaces are extremely hard to get in and out of. It is really dangerous to take the required turn on the ramp.

The room was nice, the rooftop bar was also a great space. Location was okay too , about 20 min walk to tourist sights. The flooring in the hotel was not glued down properly and lifting in corridors potential trip hazard. The room had coffee and tea but despite us being a couple they routinely only put one sachet of each drink even after being asked to provide two sachets of coffee. Seemed a bit too stingy. Otherwise reasonable hotel for the money given how expensive central Seville hotels are.

Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and spacious.
Lovely surprise when we came into the room and there was a bottle of Cava as we were celebrating a birthday!
We had an evening meal in the restaurant during our stay and Mario was impeccable! Made us feel comfortable, and was able to explain everything on the menu in great detail as well as sharing his career aspirations which was lovely to hear.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, other than the staff being 5 stars, the hotel is only a short walk into the centre and the Mercado de Triana is just around the corner too. The reception staff can also organise a taxi to the airport if you need which is around the same price but more reliable than Uber.

The hotel is in a good location - 20 minute walk from the main centre of the city and it’s a lovely walk along the river. You can also take an electric bike from outside the hotel and get there even faster, which we did too.

The local area of the hotel has lots of bars, restaurants and we went for breakfast every day nearby.

The hotel itself is in excellent condition as it’s been recently refurbished. Room was lovely and quiet and also big enough. The bathroom is beautiful.

Only thing I’d really request is free bottles of water in the room each day. Given it’s a 4 star hotel and the price of the room, I think some free mineral water in the room would be a given! Really small bottles of water in the mini fridge were over 3 euros, which is a bit silly.

Everything else was fab. Rooftop pool is nice.

Lovely hotel in a great area of Seville. Our lovely room had a terrace overlooking the city and Torresevilla.

The room was very new and clean and the staff in the hotel were helpful with any queries. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the old town and has lovely cocktails.

Breakfast in the hotel had lots of options, fresh orange juice and a fresh egg station.

Definitely recommend the hotel and the area of Triana which has lots of restaurants and things to see.

The hotel was in a prime location. The bar on the 5th level offered some of the best sights both day and night and the cost of beer was reasonable. The pool was a perfect size to just sit and relax from the hot sun

I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville and I will most certainly plan a visit back myself again.

Amazing hotel. Staff from reception to cleaning stuff were all great, everyone said hello. Always came in to a made bed. Pool up top is great for the heat. AC worked perfectly. Washroom was always clean. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Sevilla :)

Nicely renovated hotel, but would have been nice to know what services were / weren’t available, at time of booking, and also at check in. Was supposed to receive a bottle of wine as part of the booking but never received it. Was in an accessible room despite not booking one. There was no option to include breakfast at time of booking but then if booked later, this was available but not offered. Wine was exceptionally cheap!

What a fabulous hotel much better than our first hotel in Seville which was closer to the city centre but no where near as nice. This was around €30 per night cheaper but much nicer in all respects. It is worth paying the extra for a room with a river view. The bathroom was superb with by far the best shower of our four different hotels we stayed in on this trip around Spain. The roof bar was lovely with great views!

Helpful staff, bright bathroom, convenient location.
Two adults, each with a suitcase, only one place in the room to open a suitcase without using the floor or piece of furniture. Two folding stands please in every room.
Hotel is near transportation, a market, grocery stores and restaurants.
Watch out for people whizzing by on bikes and scooters in green bike lanes. Green lane right in front of hotel entrance.

We only stayed one night and ultimately chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus station for an early morning bus to Granada. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was newly remodeled and the shower was large. We did visit the rooftop bar for a night cap and enjoyed the beautiful views.

A very nice hotel in a good location. We found the room a bit stark and the beds were extremely hard which were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise good and friendly staff. Car parking was a little expensive given we paid a good rate for the accommodation. We thought car parking for booked guests rather than visiting guests should be free.

We stayed on the uppermost floor of this hotel ... the room was spacious and well appointed but one of its best features was a resort-sized balcony with a view of the hotel's surroundings. My wife and I enjoy walking and we selected this hotel because it was on the opposite side of the more crowded old town area. The downside was the size of the 'swimming pool' (not much bigger than a puddle) and a tiny, poorly equipped exercise room which has to be booked in person at the main desk.

Fabulous location a short walk across the bridge from the bus station (airport bus stop) and historic centre of Seville. The hotel is in the lovely Triana area of Seville, with plenty of bars, tapas tavernas, churches, cobbled streets, cafes and shops on it’s doorstep.

On arrival we were upgraded unexpectedly to a room with a river view, which we really appreciated. The bed room was spacious with plenty of complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, safe, fridge and was serviced daily.

We did not dine at the hotel but visited the bar on the roof terrace to enjoy the evening views of the river and city.

Highly recommend this hotel and would return again without hesitation.

Excellent customer service. Great rooms. Good location near enough to the busy areas but without hearing the noise. Across the road from a shopping centre for all your needs.
The pool is fantastic to just have a quick dip as Seville can get hot. Too many tables though. I’d have more loungers instead. The tables were never busy whilst people were struggling to find space for towels. Other than that, all great.

We only stayed 2 nights but it was really nice. We had the river view and widows could be opened. Room was spacious enough. We didn't try the breakfast or the terrace bar but we did go to the pool. It was small but with a very nice view. Triana is a nice area, there was a market and plenty of places to eat and drink. It's a nice and beautiful walk to the old town.

As we were staying for 6 nights we asked for a nice room but were told we’d have to pay more, but as we’d paid top rates for Feria week, we declined.
We missed having tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Every hotel in the UK has this. The machine coffee was shocking! Other thing I missed was wash cloths in the bathroom. The room was comfortable but in need of redecorating as there were lots of scuff marks on the walls.
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the bus station and an easy walk into town.

I do not recommend this place which is far away from the centre close to a speed road.
Insonorization of the room with the road is very poor.
And the building is really aging not attracting at all

In a location with a very nice river view; conveniently within walking distance of the city attractions, surrounding bars and restaurants, and the airport bus, within the bus station which is at the opposite end of the bridge from the hotel...... just an easy 10 minute walk away.
The breakfasts in the buffet and meals at the restaurant were good quality. This is the only hotel we have ever stayed at where, incredibly, all hot foods are served on cold plates.

We liked the unusual window design which allowed maximum enjoyment of fresh air. The hotel is ideally located beside the Guadalquivir River and near a bridge which gave easy access to activities on both sides of the river. Views from the rooftop terrace we're spectacular. Parking was easy and inexpensive.

Very good hotel in terms of the rooms, location, amenities and comfort. There is one big problem the rooms overlooking the main road are far too noisy until they fix that problem we will not return. The one other minor quibble is that the rooms are nice decorated but they need a bit of TLC.

Overall this is a great hotel to stay at. We upgraded to the room with its own balcony/patio which is well worth the extra money if you want to lease in the sun as the roof top terrace has only 3 sun beds and the pool is tiny.
Good location for getting in to the city and the sites.

A very well appointed hotel right on the river. Very handy for the bus station where the airport service (EA line 4€ single) comes in to. Room was large and clean with a huge, comfortable, bed.
Breakfast was a large spread of everything you would expect.
The panoramic bar area on the 5th floor offered great views of the city and tasty cocktails. A compact pool is up there as well to cool off as it was upper 30’s when we were there in August.
