Staff and room were excellent. Unfortunately pool (closed for season) and rooftop terrace were not open during the day. It was an exceptionally hot week so disappointed these were not an option. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is an easy, beautiful walk over the bridge, across the river to all the must see spots and just around the corner from a really delicious Empanada shop! Beautiful hotel

Great location in Triana, easy to access the city. Rooms clean and functional. Main areas of the hotel have a much more upscale feel. Staff although helpful, were at times abrupt. (Pool area and reception.) A smile goes a long way!
Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is a lovely, an excellent facility to have. Overall a great stay.

Lovely hotel, very close to the main tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. Large and comfortable rooms, great blackout blinds. Lovely lighting and you can connect your music to a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling.

Only issue is the size of the pool and the maximum capacity of 12 people! Additionally, pool opening hours of 12:30-20:30 seems ridiculous; particularly this time of year in 40°+. Shame we couldn’t use it in the morning.

This hotel had comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms and offered a convenient parking garage on site. The rooftop patio and pool area is large and had lots of seating and shade - the most shade of any hotel we stayed at on our trip, which was critical with nearly 40 degree temperatures! Staff were friendly, helpfully working to resolve our room key issues. The location is walkable to central Sevilla, although in the high heat of summer it felt very long (about 20 minutes each way along streets with little shade). You can also access lovely restaurants and views along the waterfront in Triana in about 10 minutes of walking.

Lovely hotel in Triana

I chose this hotel as I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool.

The location is great, you can take a bus from the bus station (Prado de San Sebastian), or to Plaza de Armas (for the airport). Under 10 minutes walk to the Triana market, lots of bars/restaurants, supermarkets, and flamenco theatres.
The hotel is clean, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, nice rooftop bar and the swimming pool.
Would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms are compact but great and have everything you need.
The hotel is within walking distance from all major landmarks and areas but it is in a residential spot, possibly by a school.
Staff were ok, it does say multilingual on the hotel but only one staff member spoke a little English the others didn’t seem too interested in helping us. The restaurant staff were great.

We all thought the Zenit apartment was delightful but unfortunately there was a problem with the door of our room Apartment 2B and we spent a lot of our stay waiting for staff to let us into our room . We had to go to reception on 4 separate occasions, so it did put pressure on our time as had to keep waiting outside . The staff were only too happy to assist , it was a beautiful hotel

The hotel was in a great location and the room was well laid out with everything you needed,expecially lovel the toiletries from dental kit to shoe horn everything was supplied.
The plug layout in the room as well as the bluetooth speaker system was also an added bonus.The location was very good within easy walking distance from the centre. The icing on the cake was the roof top /solarium, pool and bar where we enjoyed a great tasting cocktail while taking in the veiws

This was an excellent choice for our family holiday. The family room was the best we’ve ever had (two whole rooms with a connecting hallway that can be closed off from the public corridor). The restaurant was excellent for dinner at a good price. The roof bar and pool were a plus. The area is buzzing with plenty of eating options, and most attractions are within a 15 min walk or a €5 uber. Excellent.

Stay was OK, but definitely not a 4* hotel.

Stayed here during a major sporting event for 2 nights in Mid May 2022 after switching from another Seville hotel where I had stayed for 3 nights. For 240 EUR a night it was a mediocre experience. At this rate, it didn't even include breakfast which was an issue as their restaurant then doesn't open until 2pm every day. The hotel restaurant is trying to be a restaurant in it's own right rather than focusing on what would be it's core clientele, there are about 5 different menus and is lacking simple wholesome meals. It is the same case with the rooftop pool, which doesn't open until 2pm. Owing to the size of the pool you get chased off your sun loungers every hour until the point where 5 of us were sharing one small table to store our belongings whilst other customers seemed to be left completely alone. The bar / restaurant manager on duty on the night of 18/05 was incredibly rude, refused to even sell us water and refused to answer us when we asked if anywhere near the hotel was open. If you return to the hotel late you are restricted to a small tin of cocktail nuts and a Wispa bar. You seem to need a mechanical engineering degree to work out how to work the air-conditioning which is then given sparingly. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are great, with a fantastic shower. Overall experience OK, but there are far better value options with friendlier staff elsewhere in Seville. Gets reduced marks on the basis of staff friendliness, food service / availability AC.

The hotel is nice but staff is not service minded or intelligent enough to understand the needs nor interests of their clients.
First of all at check in I was never informed about 20 euro/night parking. Which I should had.

As well the staff in the restaurant did not allow me to take away coffe due to not having a Corona vaccination passport. Regardless if I showed a two day negative PCR test. When trying to order my coffee to my room it took 45 minutes and three attempts to make that happen.

IMHO it’s just ridiculous and not even getting a apology for that is low level of service spirit.

Sorry but you had once chance and you blow it. There is many more similar hotels in Sevilla that understand the aspect of taking care of their clients.

Хороший, красивый отель, но второй раз я бы не остановился, лежаки у бассейна доступны только на 1 час, такое я увидел первый раз, причем сам бассейн работает с 12 часов. Коктейли днем у бассейна лучше не брать, номер красивый и большой, но окно выходит во внутренний двор. Удобный паркинг прям под отелем.

Nice modern room, pool and terrace. Good location for quick access into town over the bridge. Lots of tapas bars in walking distance. No english channels on tv or hair conditioner. Electric scooter parking spot by bridge which is handy.

Good hotel located just off the main street in Triana - Sevilla.
Plenty of shops and bars nearby etc.
Although the hotel car parking was full there was a nearby car park near the market which was open 24 hours.. slightly more expensive though.
otherwise all was good.
like the showers in the non disabled rooms better.

The worst customer service in 20 years

This hotel was booked on a non/refundable basis through hotels.com prior to the current pandemic. Although the borders were open in July, our flights to Seville were cancelled and there were no others available for those dates. The level of customer service in this situation has been absolutely appalling, here you can see the official and only response given from the hotel

\"Dear Guest, We inform you that the Spanish Government has reached an agreement with the rest of the countries in the Schengen area to open their borders from June 22nd. Therefore the borders will be open from that date and we can not cancel or change your reservation without penalty. We are very sorry but we can't do nothing else. K.rgds The Zenit Sevilla Hotel Team\"

Of course they could do something else, they could have offered a refund or at least a credit note which we requested and would have settled for. Instead we were steadfastly ignored by the hotel despite several further emails and also had zero response from mails sent to the Zenit group head office. With all other companies trying to help people in these difficult times for all of us, this attitude has been disgusting and unethical, basically the Hotel has profited by taking full payment for no service or any alternative offer due to their clients being unable to come due to the Covid crisis....I hope this deters you from booking either this hotel or any other that is part of the Zenit group

Property is located centrally in the tourist area; however, when we came out of the hotel and walked on the streets around, we could smell the foul smell of garbage coming out of the garbage bins. That was the only downside of the area where the property is located.

Location wasn’t ideal and most rooms face a wall and or outside metal shade is drawn so rooms get no natural light. Even tho it’s interior is new(we) and a modern hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again in this location. The restaurant was mediocre as far as menu outings and quality and taste.

The room was much smaller than the one you show in your photo which is a junior suite. The swimming pool was tiny and not heated. The breakfast was ok but not great.
I felt it was expensive for what it was and even so paid extra to upgrade our room.

Lovely, stylish and modern, with welcoming staff and the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen in Europe. Location is excellent with pubs, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Rooms have amenities and good clothing storage. The rooftop bar is great! Without the excellent staff, none of this would matter. As it is, we will stay there again.

Great hotel in a good location for visiting Seville with lovely staff. The rooms are stunning and incredibly clean. We were on the fourth floor underneath the pool which was great and quiet the vast majority of the time.

Only complaint was that on our last night the bar staff at the pool above proceeded to rearrange and drag the sun loungers and bar stools around at 1am which wasn’t great when we had to get up early for our flight. Also could benefit from more sun loungers, however we always went up when the pool opened (11am) and never had a problem. Anytime in the afternoon though and you could struggle!
