The breakfast was a very special treat each morning delivered right on time. Casa Triana is an oasis in Seville. We splurge on the panoramic apartment, and it looked exactly on the pictures on the website, beautifully decorated with modern moorish details, impeccably clean, and comfortable.

The room was in good condition although it had a strong smell of damp/humidity - so strong we immediately had to open a window but the smell remained. It became apparent later that the drain on the upstairs shower was insufficient for that the water escapes and finds its way downstairs. As for the check-in experience, the booking confirmation email said that check in time was at 16:00. And having advised our arrival for that time, there was nobody in reception, all we had was a QR code that the door bell at the entrance could not read. We had to phone the hotel’s main line an d a very helpful lady provided the code.

Such a luxurious apartment, fantastic location, on the banks of the river, only a 10 minute walk into the centre, but so quiet and peaceful inside. The beds are supremely comfortable with gorgeous bed linen, huge shower with all the luxury toiletries you need. The breakfast was delicious: cereal, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh pastries and cold meats and cheeses. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault this and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Great apartment. We had number 7, which had the entire front of the floor the property with a terrace and views of the river and the main sites in Seville. Nice neighborhood, more residential feel than right across the river. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby along the river right outside the front door. When you enter the property you come into an enclosed courtyard. Charming entry, courtyard, etc. Modern and clean with a kitchen and living area in an open loft configuration. Plenty of windows and great ceiling height. Two full baths was a unique plus, so never waiting for a turn. Great staff brought breakfast everyday and then cleaned the apartment while we were out. Only quibble we had was sofa was a bit too soft so couldn’t sit there for long, which we didn’t do because we were so close to so many of the things we wanted to do and see during our stay. Washing machine and dryer available on the roof was a nice to have too!

Bath rooms were adequately equipped and amenities were of high quality. They deliver breakfast to the units which we loved. Fresh orange juice was a huge hit with us in breakfast and they were able to customize the breakfast a bit due to dietary restrictions. Staff is super nice and the location is excellent. Check-in and out was super smooth. If we are ever in Seville again, we’ll definitely be returning.

The property was beautifully presented and clean. It was the oerfect location for us just needed to cross the bridge to get to all the hot spots and to see all the landmaeks and the Alcazer and Cathedral etc. We went witb a 12month old and the space was amazing for him to play and run around in.

Great place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. They include all amenities except no dish soap and no paper towels (cheap enough to buy at local supermarket which is close by). Location is excellent, just across the bridge from everything. Staff is very friendly, allowed us to drop off our bags early before check in. We left early for tours so they were not able to deliver us breakfast so instead, they gave us pastries, fruit, and snacks wrapped up for us to enjoy the next morning.

It’s also Very safe there’s an access code you use instead of keys and you need to enter it to gain access to the property plus the inside door and your actual unit door. The front desk staff ( Ana ) was amazing and spoke English too, arranged our taxi for us and provided our delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay here again it was beautiful inside and sparkling clean. Short walk to all of the shops and historical sites too. This property is really a hidden gem, worth every penny!!

One of the most incredible places we’ve stayed. Incredible location in Triana, walkable to all the main sites without being in the packed tourist areas. The room and amenities were exceptional and so much space! Continental breakfast each day was offered a variety of options - great for a family. The location was on Betis, an ideal location on the water (river) and so many restaurants to choose from. Even for being on a popular street, it was perfectly quiet in our room/the hotel - nice after a day of fun in Sevilla. Our only glitch was the gate/door code sent was incorrect, we called the property mgmt team & we’re all set.

The apartment was fantastic with the one exception. One of the other guests was pounding loudly on their door for 45 minutes between 1 am and 1:45 am. I guess they came back, and were locked out and they were trying to wake up their partner. But they didn't. They woke up our entire family. I messaged the apartment host but never received any kind of response (even the following day).

Apartment is lovely in great location. There was nobody at the hoteldoor so we could not get in, there was no contact information anywhere. After waiting for about 1/2 hour luckily there was a guest leaving who told us we should have received an access code, that we never received. A Rough Start to a Great Stay
I initially submitted a negative review about the check in experience. I later realized it had NOTHING to do with the staff on site, but rather the communication coming from the main HQ. If only we had received better instructions from them the initial dismay would have been avoided. The reception desk at the hotel is staffed from 9:00-3:00, but check in is at 4:00, so there was no one to brief us about room resources such as trash, cleaning supplies, setting the thermostat, placing a time for breakfast delivery or parking lots. Street parking is basically unavailable, and the Plaza de Cuba lot is very expensive. There is a lot 3 blocks away on Avenida Argentina that is reasonable. All this being said, when Anna arrived the next morning our experience changed 180°. She briefed us and addressed all our concerns. We could finally relax and enjoy all that Casa Triana has to offer. It’s a great boutique hotel in a wonderful area, away from the tourist bustle but very convenient to all the sights of the historic center of Sevilla. She went above and beyond for us. My wife is wheelchair bound. The hotel is the equivalent of ADA compliant, with wheelchair lift, grab bars and handrails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sevilla is a beautiful, cosmopolitan city. We would love to return.

From the moment we entered our suite, you are struck by the sense of calm that is created by the beautiful decor and the lovely courtyard. The staff also help to create that feeling of calm. When my husband and I entered Casa de Triana Luxury Suites, we were greeted by Ana who made us feel right at home. Her professional manner, pleasant personality, and helpful suggestions were appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated with attention to detail which made for a relaxing environment. Another plus is the wonderful breakfast that was delivered to our suite each day, We also enjoyed dining at Hiyoki a Japanese restaurant on Calle Betis. This restaurant is only minutes from Casa de Triana Luxury Suites. The food and service are fantastic, You will enjoy your stay at Casa de Triana Luxury Suites.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely casa de Triana. The space was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for my family, and the breakfast was delicious. The riad style entry was my favorite! It was very accessible too, taxis were always available right on the block and there were many bus/train stations near the cute bridge - great restaurants around as well. A special thanks to Ms. Ana Mendoza who was so kind and sweet, really the epitome of Spanish hospitality! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we'd love to stay here again soon!

What an INCREDIBLE place to stay in Seville! We would give this 10 stars if it went that high. The entire apartment was beautiful and so comfortable. Gorgeous, quiet property within walking distance of great restaurants within a 19 minute walk and 15 minutes across the bridge to major attractions. Loved the privacy, the communication and friendliness at front desk during the day, the incredible full breakfast delivered to our door every morning and the beautiful view from our terrace. Great place for a visit to Seville - you are just a tiny bit off the main tourist tracks which is great as it is just a short walk into the old town and all the attractions - the area is kind of a hidden gem as it has nice restaurants - a covered very authentic market just around the corner and nice little shops.
