Fantastic central location. Bit of an odd process before arriving, having to enter passports and details days beforehand, but required by Government apparently. Access details to building is sent by email before 3pm on day of arrival. Lovely modern spacious apartment, with all you could need. Lots shops and restaurants around, aswell as the sights. Definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in the middle of town, you can walk everywhere, we actually waled 15 min to alcazar which was a beautiful Andalusian castle. Buy your groceries from Dia supermarket, it's cheaper than anywhere else

Ensuite shower head is wobbling doesn't stay fixed at its position and so not suitable whilst having shower. The water doesn't come out smoothly due to shower head partly blocked and poor water pressure out.
We knew this apartment was noisy, so this is acceptable in some way.

There are flies everywhere in the accommodation. There was an overwhelming smell that we could not get rid of, which caused all of us to cough through our first night. The cookware was unclean, the floor was too dirty to step on without shoes, and the bedsheets had unsanitary spots/blemishes/dirt on them. There was a broken light bulb that was flashing during our stay, until it finally broke later in the night. There was no staff after 5pm to request for help on these issues. On top of that, the accommodation's door could not lock from the inside, so whenever staff was in fact present, we couldn't be sure that they wouldn't enter our accommodation unannounced. We had to abandon our booking and find another stay on the fly, to properly tend to various health and security needs.
If you want an actual clean and welcoming space, there are numerous hotels down the road at Setas de Sevilla that provide 20x better quality rooms and service.

Our apartment was great and could use a bit of maintenance over the winter: the Ikea-style bar stools were missing screws, the grout in the bathroom needs a reset. A few hooks on the entrance wall for jackets, maybe?The price was right and we would stay there again.

Check in was pretty bad. They were late getting me the correct information and they got my name wrong. The room numbers and floors are confusing. Other things that were not impressive: they had no hand towel in the kitchen, the bathroom shower flooded because of poor design (I had much better showers in Granada and Valencia) and they had no clothes shelves, hooks, closets, or hangers. Weird that they call it an apartment.... other than that, it was fine. The staff were responsive and eventually got me what I needed, and the place was large and clean.

Great 2 bedroom apartment, air conditioner worked very well as we experienced hot weather. Very central location for entertainment, restaurants, major attractions, shopping, we walked to everything. It was terrific having a concierge on site who spoke English and was very helpful with our questions. Roof top access was a terrific bonus for appreciating the sunsets and view, plus a great spot for meeting friends.

Pros: Property is loacated in a great central location, with lots of restaurants and historic sites around.

Cons: it is dirty, and there is the option to have it cleaned for 25 euro, but it should be clean when you arrive, not as an option to be paid as extra.

Besides the general cleanliness issue, the apartment smelt like sewer gas - nauseating to say the least and the 'solution' was for the to spray air freshener, which helps for an hour until it dissipates

Washer-dryer did not work properly, it could wash but not dry. We chose this specific apartment because we could wash our clothes at the mid way point of our travels, so it was disappointing that it didn't work properly.

At first glance, the room looks very new in the photos, but once you start staying, it’s a different story. The fridge door is damaged, the dishwasher has issues, and the air conditioner sometimes doesn’t cool but only blows air. The photos seem to have been taken when the building was newly finished, but in reality, about two years have passed since then, which is not clearly mentioned.

I felt safe once inside. The homeless men in the park outside made it feel a little unsafe. The parking was a very difficult situation.

There was not hot water in my shower and bugs on the floor of my master bathroom that lived in the gaps of the shower sealant on the floor at the entry of the shower.

Other than that it’s a great appartment to sleep in!!

We really liked our stay at slow suites Setas. The property is very clean., in a walkable distance to some of the attractions in Seville. There’s a fruit shop and pizzeria just under the property. These apartments have elevators which we find it very convenient as we were travelling with some
Luggage. The kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer are a bonus. We were able to cook some food one day. The grocery is also near by. They also provided some cookware.

It was an enjoyable experience overall, but we asked for an extra towel and they said it would be 25 euros!! Craziness. There were other reviews about the reticence on towels - it seems like an easy thing to fix for guest satisfaction, not sure why they’re so stingy about this!

Lockers were great (though, wished they were included with the price), and I also loved the automated way to unlock the front door, room, and lockers via an app.
The cleanliness of the property left a bit to be desired.

We extended our stay in Seville and found this diamond of a property. Two bedrooms/2 baths full kitchen and a combo washer and dryer next to a park, church and in the heart of Seville. It was so convenient. And reasonable priced. We paid somewhere else for 3 days prior to this place and paid significantly less for two nights here. Honestly, it was a great value, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.

A few like 4 would have been nice for our 4 days. The 2nd story apartment faced the street which had pro & cons. Nice views and people watching but noisy street traffic and ringing church bells throughout the morning. Bathroom was dark but made due with natural sunlight in living area. One bad thing was a terrible sewer smell in kitchen and common reception area. We noticed after using our washer in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all.

Very difficult to register online with all passport photos etc..the site is not user friendly and very slow and archaic. Took me several attempts over two days then sent a email confirmation to see if done right and received. No response. I also called several times and the person that answered wasn’t helpful. Would not release code to enter building until check in time of 3 pm even though we arrived in Sevilla at 1:30. Didn’t get code until 4pm as they said still cleaning. Not very organized. Would NOT stay here again

We had a great private terrance, however it was simply too hot to enjoy it. Sevilla had extremely hot weather dueing our short stay.

Bed was very comfortable and the personnel was very quick to come repair a broken kitchen cabinet door.

The building houses five one and two-bedroom apartments, accessible by lift. Guests can enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry/dry cleaning services, luggage storage, and car and bicycle rentals.

Each apartment features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, internet access, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities, an ironing set, air conditioning, central heating, and a private balcony or terrace. One pet under 15 kg is permitted per apartment for a €50 fee, payable upon arrival.

Check-in and key collection are at Calle San Vicente, 10, between 4 PM and 9 PM. Arrivals after midnight incur a €12/hour late fee.

For self-check-in at Calle Alberto lista, 4, please call +34 658 318 107 at least 5 days in advance. A €150 damage deposit is required upon arrival via credit card and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, pending an inspection of the apartment.
