Lovely, boutique style with a littel balcony. Large rooms, decent breakfast.
Close to centre, easy waliking.
Only downside was that parking is very tight for larger vehicles. Manageable and secure though.
Would recommend as this was very good value.

The hotel is very nice and grand looking. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s easy to get around. There is one thing that I wished I’d known before booking. The number of stairs to get to the room. It was very hard with heavy suitcases to lug them up the front two steps, then another two steps right outside the lift to the corridor and another seven steps before finding the room.

One of our 3 rooms was very smelly, some sort of pipes problem. Otherwise big nice rooms and bathrooms. Center of town but parking on premises very limited, we had to find a private parking several blocks of narrow streets away, not an easy task!

We found this to be a gem of a hotel. It was fairly easy to find which was great and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable: really good beds and a lovely bathroom. The hotel looked as if it has been fairly recently refurbished and the standard of decor and furniture was excellent. There wasn't a room safe but that wasn't an issue. Although I hadn't booked a car space in advance we were lucky to get one. Self service breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was very good, close to the Plaza Arenal.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very nice and comfortable
and very clean. There is no bar at this hotel even though though hotels.com says there is but there definitely isn't, there is a bar next to the hotel named dona blanca but it doesn't belong to hotel, it's just in the area called dona blanca. Loads of bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Alcazar and cathedral are only 5 minutes walk from hotel. The clock museum is 19 minutes walk away. The royal andalucian equestrian school was 19 minutes walk away, we did have to use google maps for clock museum and equestrian school but well worth a visit. Alcazar and cathedral well worth a visit. Train station 10 minutes away, went cadiz on train, less than 9 euros return, great value. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Taxi cost 21 euros from airport to hotel.

Very central to the town. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. The hotel is lovely. It met all of our needs. Unfortunately upon arriving to the hotel I pulled a muscle and injured my knee. I ended up being picked up in an ambulance and taken to the emergency roomThankfully they took amazing care of me but I did have to spend a few days in the room getting rest. The staff at the hotel was very nice, caring and attentive. They helped us make sure I got the attention needed.

The room was okay. Not very convenient to get in and out of. Had to ask the front desk every time to send the elevator down to the parking garage as there is no button for it in the elevator. Nice that they have an attached garage though because parking is very difficult in the city. Good location for visiting sherry bodegas. AC not super strong in the room and shuts off every time you leave the room. Takes a long time to cool back down in the heat.

This was a wonderful hotel in every way, and our stay was very pleasant. The parking presented the only challenging situation, since the hotel garage (charge is 11 euros per night) was extremely small and getting a car in and out without scraping was a major accomplishment. The breakfast was nice (extra charge of 7E per day). Elevator available.

The hotel is located really close to the centre of the city. Within a easy walk to the railway station aswell. The hotel is kept clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Are room 204 was a good size with a balcony and a very good aircon system. The bathroom was a good size aswell.Has it's own underground parking (chargeable)also a large supermarket very close. Nice cafe attached to it which is popular with the locals . Cannot fault this hotel .

Paid €7 each for optional breakfast & very pleased with their ability to provide gluten free bread & lacto free milk.
Room was medium sized but perfectly spacious for our needs. Air Con was effective & quiet! No bath but powerful shower.

A lovely modern hotel and thanks to our upgrade we had a fabulous outdoor and very private terrace - perfect to relax after exploring Jerez It was ideally situated within easy walking distance of restaurants,bars and some lovely shops. From checking in to checking out - all done with politeness and courtesy and breakfast was a delight . A small breakfast room but we found the staff highly efficient and very pleasant with the food always replenished and a great variety to suit all tastes . The room was contemporary in design and lovely fluffy towels. It was perfect for us and I would highly recommend.
Try to take in authentic flamenco at La Parjeta - singing dancing and great guitar - it’s only small so if you want a seat you have to book beforehand. So good we went twice - cheap prices and a huge range of sherries to sample. We enjoyed Jerez and chose the right hotel !

Very clean and comfortable room, decent enough breakfast, centrally located. Having said that, I stay on room 101 and it is right next to a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, even with ear plugs the noise is just too much early on and also for a late afternoon siesta. My advice, make sure not to stay in the first floor, other than that it’s a lovely place to stay.

The room was clean enough but attention to detail was needed as there were a number of issues with hairs I need the bathroom and wardrobe areas. The fixtures and fittings were dated but functional. Hotel in great location and good value for money

Didn't get the room with terrace we booked on arrival but moved to it on our second day. Great value for money. Good breakfast. Staff eager to sort out any little problems. Great location in the centre of Jerez. Handy to Bus & Train stations. The only downside was the shower which nearly flooded the bathroom as the seal on the screen didn't seem to fit properly.

Great area - close to all main attractions and good restaurants/night-life. Large room, however walls were very thin and you can hear your neighbours. Also not enough of the little touches, such as more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, etc, kettle in room would have made stay more comfortable.

Convenient parking, but no words by receptionist about it cost money.
At 3am a water pipe broke under the sink. It was very loud and boiling hot water was spraying out. I tried with 3 towels (to protect my hand) to turn off the water, and finally managed. The bathroom floor was flooded, but I managed to keep it from running into the room's wooden floor. I did not inform the hotel staff till next morning, as I was too tired (20 hours travel) for a big show in the middle of the night.
Hotel staff brought fresh towels and wipes the floor in the morning upon request. Receptionist said he would had moved us to another room in the middle of the night if we had informed immediately. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. My wife managed to bargain the parking for free.

Great location with parking

You won't find a better central city location with parking. It's a typical small 3* city hotel with typically small but reasonably-equipped rooms. Shower was very hot and strong, Free wi-fi very strong. Mini-bar worked, Delightfully charming and helpful staff keen to help. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Nothing hot, and muesli with half the flavour of cardboard. Plenty of yogurts, fresh fruit, nice bread, croissants etc, sliced cheese and deli meats. Coffee came from a Nescafé machine ! Yes, we'd stay here again, because of the location right in the centre, and just a few minutes from restaurants, bodegas, shops and the City Sightseeing Bus stop etc.

Great location, but little else to recommend it

We chose this hotel for the central location, but that turned out to be its one high point. Despite calling the hotel and confirming free parking before we booked, we were informed upon arrival that parking would be 11 Euros per day. The walls and doors of the hotel are paper-thin, which meant that we were woken early each morning by the housekeeping staff yelling down the halls to each other. The water temperature in the shower was hit-and-miss, scalding one morning and freezing cold the next. We will choose another hotel for our next visit.

Great place for a great price

This was a fantastic value. Located near the pedestrian area but also an easy walk from the bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby even in the hotel. Our room was huge with a small sofa and desk and plenty of space left over. Staff was friendly. We had everything tub, tv, fridge, ac, we were super happy.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.Location was great! Our room was a good size.There were a couple of niggles. Hotels.com website for this hotel says there are safes in the rooms.Some rooms have safes. We did not have one.Please correct the misinformation. The pillows in the room were too hard and caused neck problems.There was a bad smell along the corridor and in our room, coming from the drains I think.

Reasonable priced hotel with a few dissapointments

We booked this as a city centre hotel not too far from the race track. The room was comfortable and clean. However, we had a problem sleeping as the walls were not very soundproof and we were kept awake most of the night by the people in the adjoining room. We let them know they were noisy and they toned it down but we could hear every word. We realise this was not the fault of the hotel but it was a problem for us. The breakfast was dissapointing and the room was drab and uninviting.

Great location in the heart of Old Jerez, arrived late at night and were given a great welcome. Room was comfortable and clean and great heating for the cold of December nights,
Close to Plaza de Arenal, lots of bars, tapas and in December a Christmas market, so lads to do.
Did not partake of breakfast because a good coffee shop next door and loads of churros con chocolate bars close by,

We arrived very late at night, having waited a long time for a taxi at Jerez airport. Access wasn't a problem and all was fine with the room. We had asked for a double bed but it was a twin bedded room - bit disappointing. Not checking out until 12.00 was good - meant we could go out for breakfast and a look around before checking out.

Good, clean hotel, centrally positioned with very clean bedroom and excellent bathroom, obviouslt fairly newly renovated. Good wifi in rooms.

Unfortunately the walls are rather thin and drunk residents returning in the early hours were a nuisance, but not the hotel's fault.

Also being in town one has to be prepared for street noise, dustmen, taxis etc. throughout the night.

good location, good service, lovely rooms. Bathroom and overall room was clean with basic yet lovely decor, mattress too soft for my habits, bed sheets ok but felt a bit worn out. Ask for a room that does not face the internal lightwell as little light / air comes in and, if you keep the window open, you get the noise from aircon units coming in.

One Night in the Dona Blanca

I stayed one night with my wife. Basic but cheap. It has garage parking at Euros 11 per night but very small and crowded garage.

Since we arrived a little late and in the peak of the season,August 14,our room did not have a good view mainly because the balcony space,which is rather small, was taken by air conditioner equipment.The room was large, a bit dark but very clean.The bathroom was immaculate.Parking can be found either in the hotel or nearby.It is very centrally located,near shops,restaurants, bodegas...overall a good experience and would certainly recommend .

Decent hotel, pretty central

I imagine most people come to Jerez to visit the bodegas. Unfortunately, they're spread out all over town, so prepare to walk a while to visit. The hotel was adequate, supplied free wifi and the basics. It's a little worn and torn, but decent and overall clean. It is pretty close to city center and very close to the best tabanco in town - it's a don't miss!

Nice hotel at a decent price. Well located on a quiet street in the center and relatively easy to find. A/C worked great! The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The room didn't have much light but we were generally only there at night anyway.

The stay was a good one - although the hotel was hard to find when first looking for it. The staff was very helpful and made arrangements for us to see a Flamenco performance that was outstanding - good food too. Most of the sites to see are within a short walk of the hotel although that is not apparent upon arrival. Would recommend this hotel.

Ok place to rest your head

The hotel location was outstanding and the rooms very clean. However, the rooms were very noisy and you got a 50/50 chance of the hotel staff being friendly and helpful. Had thought that it was free parking until checkout when we were told it was €11/night. If we had not had the car, would have enjoyed the value for money more.

While the room was very large for European standards, it was very dated. The furniture & decor looked like it was from the 50's. The approach to the hotel is through a small back street, so you feel it is not what you were planning on but it is a block off the main square & convenient to everything.

Hotel room a bit scruffy at the corners: one mattress definitely newer than the other; bathroom needing a re-fit. But clean, tidy and with excellent air conditioning, which is absolutely essential in the Jerez summer. Would return without any doubt at all. Excellent central location and friendly staff.

Jerez Dog Show (IFECA)

Booked this Hotel through Expedia to stay in with our two White Swiss Shepherd dogs - well pleased with hotel - large comfortable double room with smart decor, fixtures and fittings. Nice surroundings in town with cobbled streets and nice bars and restaurants for people who want to eat out. Convenient for the dog show venue (IFECA) the next day. Only one downfall for us was the lack of hot water late at night for a bath although plenty was available in the morning.

This hotel is all one needs from a hotel, a comfortable, clean room ( I only gave a 4 rating as the cleaner missed some crumbs we dropped on the floor) with efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was generous with fruit, cereals, meats and cheese plus bread and rolls for toasting, croissants, tea or coffeeand fruit juices = all 6,50 euros. Reception staff spoke English and were very pleasant and helpfull. It is located in the centre of the town just far enough away from the noise of the Plaza Arenal, but within easy walking distance of the shops,cafes, Cathedral as well as the Plaza Arenal.

This 3 star hotel was much more comfortable than 4 star hotels where other members of my party stayed.
Jerez is a city of great charm and if I manage to return I will certainly stay in the same hotel

Difficult to find by car. The room was clean, adequate. Two grocery stores near by allowed us to have drinks and snacks, although a small refrigerator was in the room with a few items. We walked to the Andalucia equestrian show and asked to leave the car in the hotel parking below the building and permission was given. However, on our return the lady behind the check-in desk was very annoyed that we needed access to the garage to get the car. Maybe she was having a bad day. Overall the hotel did what we needed, no more no less.

Estivemos hospedados por 6 noites. Apartamento e banheiro bem espaçosos. Chuveiro muito bom. A localização é excelente.
Tem estacionamento no Hotel por 15 Euros a diária.

Todos funcionários são bem atenciosos, em especial ao Senhor que atende na parte da manhã que nos deu várias dica de lugares e a funcionária a noite que nos disponibilizou taças, saca-rolhas e prato para tomarmos um vinho e comermos um petisco enquanto jogávamos cartas. Sehr zentral gelegen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber unser Zimmer / mit Dachterasse, Sitzgelegenheiten, Sonnenliegen und Außendusche, alles eigentlich auch nicht einsehbar, perfekt für einen Städtetrip im Sommer.
Super auch die Tiefgarage, alle Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich.

Colazione assolutamente insufficiente. Eccessivo il costo del parcheggio (15,60€ a notte). Letti scomodi, arredi del bagno cadenti. Va bene solo per una notte, non di più.

Hotel muy céntrico, acogedor y bien de precio.
Desayuno bufet chiquito pero con variedad.

Eso si el baño solo tenía un dispensador con jabon al lado eel lavabo y dificil para usar en la ducha . Y xhampu no habia ni otros artículos típicos que se ponen en los baños de los hoteles.
Parking cómodo y a buen precio
