I loved the clean modern design of the hotel rooms. They used a series of clear and transparent colored glass panels to separated living spaces, which allowed natural light in. Room was well laid out. II liked the wall panels that had hidden closet, and coffee and refrigerator station. I was a really comfortable room to be in.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient, walking distance to many tourist attractions. Also the hotel isn't located on main street and so rooms are quiet. The only comment is they don't have a kettle in the room. Overall this is a nice hotel to stay.

We loved using the rooftop pool at the end of the scorching day. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but everything else was absolutely great.

Expensive and below average hotel

The location of the hotel is average. I had to walk at least 15 minutes or more to get to the major attraction points.
The rooms were clean and fine for a single traveler.
The Hotel shut down the air conditioning, the reception told me they cannot do anything because they do not provide air conditioning during Dec and I can open the window to control the temperature. It was noisy to open the window. I could not sleep properly for the 5 nights i booked a room in this hotel. I will not stay there again. I have filed a complaint at Hotels .com. They have not provided a resolution yet.

Very nice modern and clean rooms. Parking is possible at the hotel but the fees are a bit expensive due to the location in the city centre. The pool area is nice but more shade spots would be better and it is a bit crowded due to the size of the pool. Overall great experience and would come back.

Spacious, clean room, just the air conditioner alwasy keeps ar 23.5'C which we consider a bit hot. Other than that this hotel is perfect and all staffs are very friendly and helpful tho. As they try to call someone come to help break yhe lugguage lock as we loss the key. The pool atthe roof top is nice but better go during afternoon time and the water will be hot enough.

Overall thus hotel is in a perfect location which close to the train station and all tourist destinations just within 15 mins walk which is prwtty reasonable. Carrerfour express just right atyhe corner also another bigger local supermarket too.

Definitely will stay again and this time i travel with my boy age 5 my mom 71, myself and my husband. Everyone have a great memories.

Oh lobby hss 2 big Apple computer for kids have fun.

A convenient hotel for walking to city, attractions and train station. Is on side road so relatively quiet. Convenient for many local cafes, bars and restaurants all very reasonably priced. In room fridge is useful but empty it and buy your own water, beers etc as the in room prices are 3x the price if not more. The lifts are very slow but reception is even slower!

Not worth the price paid. Same priced hotels provide much better services more spacious rooms and have better room amenities than this hotel.
On top we were given room without working minibar , and working sockets. I ansked to change rooms but reception said NO cause they don’t have any. Only after engineer told reception he can’t fix it and room has many problems they offered as different room which unlike previous had balcony and the called it upgrade. The room had minibar however all items are paid. Not even free bottle of water. Basic hotels offer free coffee , tea and have kettle and two cups in room. I was able to get kettle from reception thought to at least boil water.
On night I tried to put air condition on. Despite setting it to cool and to 21 degrees, it started to blow hot room and heat it to 30 . First I thought I put heating instead cooling but no. Thermostat had clearly snowflake so I had to open balcony to get cool air in instead. On last two days also one of the lifts went out of service and hotel had only one working. Overall the poorest hotel I stayed in during my 2 years of travelling . I can’t recommend it and won’t stay again for sure.

The hotel is ok. Nice decoration, good Internet, comfortable beds. But my stay wasn't perfect, parking lot was full so needed to park 10min away in a public space, the fan in the toilet wasn't working giving a mold smell in the room, no coffee machine in the room and no coffee \"lady\" at reception to make a coffee, air conditioning was not working well needed to keep windows open but woke up at 3am with a noisy neighbour, and finally they had a good iron and iron board, but I needed to pick up downstairs and deliver downstairs which made my checkout with luggage and backback quite an acrobacy. Overall wouldn't stay again.

No perks

Not free water at rooms and no perks for late check out. We arrive at 7 pm at the check in for one night stay ask for a late check out and they say that late check out will be with a charge. We will stay less than 14 hours in the room. We book this hotel because it says that they have parking available and when we arrive at the property there is no parking available we had to leave the car sleeping in the street.

Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. Room was modern but lacked sufficient space for a suitcase (we only had one 24\" which did not fit well on the space provided at the foot of the bed). Closet space was limited as well. Small pool, which may be ok for kids. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the center, which was fine for us. It was convenient for the train station, however we did take a taxi to the bus station. Breakfast was good! We would stay here again.

Very, very, very noisy. Walls are paper thin and you could hear every door slam and every person speak as if it was next door; unable to get a good night sleep. The A/C was running only in the lobby and rooms; the hallways and elevators were so hot and uncomfortable. Additionally, we had to go to the front desk every day of our stay to get our key card to work again. Last but not least, BEWARE we had our backpack stolen in the lobby by two guys, we are sure they must hang out there just waiting for an opportunity.

My room I stayed 13th night was ok . Complicated climate control remote controller in room 322 . Was no available english language tv channels . No smart tv , where you can watch your netflix or YouTube. Hotel design it is cool and unique 😎. Overall I was satisfied with my stay . Very central sevilla and you can almost see all city just walk around .

Refurbished hotel with no soul or staff to welcome guests or help with the guests luggages.
The area around was a bit running down.
The receptionist started to welcome us a bit indifferent, but impruved after we needed to change our rooms for four times in two hours, based in different issues.

Shower waste problems causing flooding to whole room

The shower waste was overflowing into bedroom and then corridor outside room. Didnt get settled into alternative room till midnight. Not happy. Took too long to resolve. Why doesnt this hotel have coffee in the morning in the room? No kettle no machine in the bedroom.

Staff always attentive, we were welcomed by Noja, she and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was the air conditioner setting up at 23 degrees, we tried to decrease the temperature but it looks like it was settled to be like that. We reported to the front desk, they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. It happened to me, and two more people in different floors.
In general this is a clean property with excellent staff!

Nice new hotel. Stayed 6 days. Large room and bathroom. Good breakfast options. The neighbourhood feels very local but only 10 minutes walk to city centre. Many local restaurants in the area. The only downsides are the grocery market are far away from this hotel. The other downside is large tour groups of tourists stay in this hotel as well. Otherwise good experience overall.

Overall a pleasant stay. We had to change rooms very late on the first night because the air conditioning wasn’t working. The breakfast buffet is large but doesn’t have options for everyone. Location is very close to the main train station and cab rides to/from various places of interest are reasonably priced. I wish the refrigerator for the minibar was a little larger to accommodate drinks purchased elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. The cab they called for us came very quickly.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are all wonderful, unbelievably helpful. My room was very clean and very modern. Only one problem - the noise. At one side of the hotel, the rooms look on to a terrace where guests eat breakfast (early) and dinner (late) and the sound echos around the building. On the other side, there is a square and it is often filled with noisy schoolchildren. I have to say that none of that really bothered me but what did annoy me was the piped music which played all through the hotel. I even heard it in my room. It was the worst Muzak I have ever heard and it went on for hours. Such a shame because I did really enjoy my stay there.

As a VIP customer of your website, I only enjoyed a 187ml bottle of wine, and the hotel does not provide a kettle or coffee machineRequests for early check-in and late check-out were not approved. There was also a non-tidying incident, which resulted in us wasting an hour in the lobby without any apology.

Initial impressions were good and continued throughout. The hotel and rooms both modern and clean.

Parking was fine €21.

Breakfast was plentiful with good choice.

The only negative was the shower, in the respect that due to a low lip the water ingress into toilet area.

Would stop here again, great location within walking distances of many sites.

The property is modern and well appointed with a good breakfast offer and friendly staff. It would be nice to have some free bits in the room rather than everything being chargable. Housekeeping came in our room twice despite the Do Not Disturb sign! Good choice at breakfast and nice to eat on the patio. Pool is very small and busy but roof is nice for sunbathing. Free bottle of wine from Expedia was just a tiny bottle - better than nothing though!

A good base for Seville

The hotel was clean and our room left clean and tidy every day by the cleaners, thank you to them. It is a 20 minute walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral, Metropol etc where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. Also a 20 minute walk to to the central shopping. A 15 minute walk to the Seville train station. The immediate vicinity around the hotel is quiet so not much going on. There is a supermarket across the road.
The rooftop pool was great to dip into at the end of a hot day of walking. The beds were very comfortable. The glass doors to the bathroom are garish but you get used to them. Santiago, thank you for helping with our request for a late check out so that my daughter could sit her online exam.

Excellent hotel, clean, central, modern and stylish. Staff were great and friendly. Only downside was no VIP room upgrade and the coffee machine in the restaurant wasn’t working properly, so no cappuccino, latte etc were available, but otherwise the breakfast was lovely.
