We had a ground floor room which was spacious, but with 3 large windows street noise was loud at times. And the door to the bathroom was a swing door, which doesn't close properly.
The location of the hotel is great, walkable to all the main sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

From check in we were made to feel so welcome. Amina was lovely and even suggested a couple of local places for a light meal prior to visiting the Cathedral. The room was lovely. Spacious and quiet. Good to have a kettle for a morning cuppa and the provision of free coffee and water in the restaurant all afternoon and evening as well as flavoured water and pastries in the afternoon were great extra touches. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Right in the heart of the old city.

A Fantastic Stay – Warm Welcome and Stylish Comfort

I stayed here for just one night, but it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm and genuinely friendly welcome by Rubén at the reception — such a great first impression! The room was spotless, very functional, and tastefully designed with a modern, stylish touch. I especially appreciated the hotel's attention to ecology, which added to the overall positive feeling of the stay.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast in the morning was simply delightful. There was a good variety of fresh options, and the dining room manager was just as friendly and attentive as the rest of the staff.

The only minor downside for me was the surrounding neighborhood, which felt a bit less inviting in the evening compared to other parts of Seville. That said, it could have just been a personal impression, and it didn't take away from the quality of the stay.

Overall, this hotel really impressed me, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and thoughtful details during their time in Seville.

This property was lovely and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small issue we had was that the bathroom door was a swing style door that did not latch and had a gap even when closed. We would have liked a bit more privacy!!

Enjoyable Stay

The hotel is pretty close to everything but also quiet enough to have good sleep. It takes about 5 minutes or so to Alcazar and the Cathedral. It’s going to be around 15 minutes walk to Plaza de Espana. The room is clean, and breakfast is also good!

Excellent value in a perfect location in the centre of the beautiful old town. Rooms, although quite simply furnished, had everything required with very comfortable beds. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was a good breakfast and the benefit of a 12 o’clock check out. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would very much recommend.

This hotel was great for our two-nights stay in Seville. It's walking distance to the main sights and shopping streets (like Sierpes St), and it's far enough that it's away from the crowds = quiet!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back to stay at this hotel in the future.

Location is great… 20 second walk to a church across the street (if you want to attend mass), 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and great dining options. Convenient access to a small “supermarket” for water and snacks, and very close to a laundromat (if you’re traveling for weeks like us and need to clean your our clothes).

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of recommendations where to eat and visit. Hotel was clean, but the open-air area could have used a broom and mop (though not knocking a star off since it’s exposed to the elements).

Overall a very nice hotel, with no complaints.

We ask for a queen side bed instead we got a 2 single bed one was taller than the other one so we kept falling through the middle at night also the mattress was a bit smelly like humidity everything else was good i ask if there was any chance to change room but there was not flexibility to do so.

Due to Easter, it was full of people in the streets and could not get to Hotel for 2 hours. They told us a place to park but roads were blocked so could not be there This should all have been explained to us before we arrived

Helpful staff, great food/local, painful sleep.

The staff here was exceptional bar none! I’ve been all over Europe and this team has them all beat! The breakfast was good and the service great there as well. We were upgraded to a very large room and loved that but the beds there were extremely uncomfortable where you could hear the springs with every move. I had no hot water the last night of my stay but even with these challenges I’d definitely stay here again. Good location walkable to pretty much everywhere with 5 star service.

Little gem

Perfect location very close to the center but in a quiet area so perfect for a good night sleep. The hotel itself is beautiful inside with very clean rooms and really comfortable beds. Good choice of breakfast buffet with different hot drinks and juices. Staff where also very friendly and helpful.

The staff and location here was excellent (although I think desk staff should be dressed better than a white t-shirt). However, when we arrived, we were told all rooms with a double bed which we’d paid for, were gone, so to get a double bed we’d have to upgrade our room and pay £$15 more per night for our 3 nights. We checked in at 4 pm, so wasn’t sure how or why this would be the case, but also how this was my issue to resolve as it seemed to me like a hotel/booking issue. My husband is 6’ 3” so a twin bed is too short for him so I reluctantly agreed to pay the extra. Then when we get to the room we realized that while the room was big, there was no function to it. There were no luggage racks, no dresser, no hooks, no counter space at the sink, no towel bars. There was a wardrobe to unpack your luggage into (from bed or floor) but it ran parallel to the bed and was about 18” away from it, so if you wanted to get to your stuff, you had to disturb your partner. This was the worst designed hotel room I’ve ever been in. There was one narrow table the kettle and cups were on but it had little ants crawling on it. On closer inspection, they were also on the bed and wall. Tried to turn on heat and just got cool air. The staff were understanding and agreed to cancel the next two nights (pre-paid for on Expedia) but we had to stay and pay for the first night.

This hotel is a true gem. After 2 weeks of travelling, my family and I had the best stay in this hotel. The staff are amazing and so welcoming/pleasant. The hotel is very clean. Beds are so comfy. Location is amazing and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel offers bikes, which are so useful in hot days for transportation:-). Absolutely recommend this hotel.
