This property is a great value for the money. It is a little farther from the historic district that some others, but certainly within walking distance and well worth it for the price. The parking is not onsite, but at one of two nearby Parking Garages. I recommend using the Jose Laguillo lot as it is easier to get in and out of, but the signs are a bit tricky, so GPS it. The property had everything we needed and was very convenient, clean and the attendant who met us was very accommodating and friendly. There is not a front desk, as it is a true Air Bnb style apartment. However, we knew this and that was fine. She made sure she communicated with us and knew when we were coming so that she could meet us to let us in, and we had no problems. She was on time and even wanted to assist us with our luggage. It was very clean and had cleaning service daily, although we did not need it. I recommend this property. Be well!

The property let’s you get the feel of Sevilla with the luxury of a fully remodeled home. The decor is tasteful and true to the property’s era, with preserved Spanish tile inlaid throughout. Gloria, the owner, was remarkably attentive and available for dining and other suggestions. She even went as far as making a couple of reservations for us and was kind enough to give us a clay pot for cooking a traditional dish that we told her we enjoyed. We also got a quick look at one of the other beautiful apartments in her building, with three bedrooms and a rooftop terrace, and we’ll probably stay there on our return to Sevilla.

Gloria met us at the apartment and we walked into impeccably clean and spacious rooms. Two great sized bedrooms and two lovely modern bathrooms. The living area and kitchen had high ceilings, decorated in a very modern style holding all its character.

The hotel is very convenient. We could find food and walk to all the interesting sights. It is a safe area. We returned to our hotel at 12 mid night after vivisting the Plaza En Espana, which is very beautiful in the evening. Supermarket is nearby.

Just back from a two night stay at the Postana Pilatos. It is a lovely apartment in the heart of Seville within walking distance of all the main attractions.
