Nice hotel. Our issue was that the swimming pool was being refurbished . We were not informed before we arrived or on check in. No signage on reception to let you know. Twice our safe failed to close . We had no English news or channel.

Reception staff were all very accommodating and helpful at all times.
The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen also changed daily.
However replenishing of the sundries such as cotton wool pads, toilet rolls etc. were hit & miss.
The hotel is situated outside the city centre but a short taxi ride approx €8 was good value as it was located conveniently for all directions you wanted to get to.
It was ideal for a winter break as the windows could remain closed otherwise in the summer months, you would definitely need to use air con as the road outside is very busy and high traffic flow therefore very noisy & fumes.
Overall a very enjoyable stay was had :)

This property is just outside the city center, but it’s very easy to Uber into town. We had a great time at the bar with Raquel - she made me and my wife feel very comfortable and like family. She was definitely the best part of our trip, so he sure to ask for her and leave a good tip!

I think breakfast in hotel is too expensive as the garage is.
One morning I was in the tables out and it comes water from the swimming pool, above me. It can't happen.
I have lunch in hotel and I liked it very much.
I liked the situation and the professionals of the hotel.

Modern hotel with fabulous exterior

Lovely hotel near the centre of Seville. Takes around 40 minutes to walk but there are bus stops on the road. The hotel is in a quiet location and has fantastic amenities. The pool is small but clean and the roof terrace is a great spot to sit and relax.

Excellent but far; bad option for car drivers

Everything is good about this if you have a car I suggest you go to another hotel; it takes 30 minutes to walk to the centre, and the hotel charges 19 euro for the car park per night. Would rather pay the same amount for a hotel in the centre.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Reason we gave this hotel low marks was:
the door locks on room didn't work. Had to have someone meet us every time we wanted to enter our room to open with master key.
The parking garage was horrible with absurd system to enter and exit.
Hotel location not convenient and taxis expensive AND NEVER TRY TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO A RESTAURANT....you will never find parking.
Over priced breakfast buffet.

The hotel is becoming a little dated and could do with a freshen up but the service from staff was amazing and we kept the room for a few hours beyond check out time. Can't praise Marriott enough for the running of this hotel, it could just do with a freshen up in some areas of the rooms.

A cab ride from the railroad station but accessible to old town Seville which is well worth exploring.. If you use Eurail, Seville is a take-off point to Grenada and Alhambra which, along with Barcelona, are our favorite places in Spain.

Great hotel with excellent staff members

We had a booked a junior suite since we had 2 adults and 1 child in our group. Everything about this hotel was great. The location was not in city center of Seville, but it was a short 5km taxi ride to the city center which will cost you around 7 euros per way which we did not mind paying.

When we checked into our first room, the room was not getting cold as the balcony door was not shutting properly. However, since they did not have another junior suite available for the first night as all other suites were booked, they gave us another room free of charge for the first night and also told us to keep the junior suite room with all our suitcases until they provide us another suite the next day.

The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to work with you and was very understanding. They also suggested many restaurants and sight seeing attractions which were great. The second room we got was perfect. Lots of room since there was a separate living area as well along with two washrooms.

The room service was perfect. When we called for something, 1 min. later, it was delivered. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. We could not take advantage of the rooftop pool as the weather was extremely hot (over 38 degrees) but it looked fabulous.

Make sure you go try Kaede (Japanese restaurant) in city center. Great food, especially the fried rice and teriyaki chicken.

Nice hotel but not don't consider it 5 stars

This is a nice hotel with Spanish charm- the beds are comfy - probably the most comfy of any of the places that we stayed in Spain; the staff/service is very good. But the website makes the public areas of the hotel look quite a bit more upscale/nicer than they are. For a hotel considered 5 star I would expect a bit more - I would consider it more of a 4 star hotel. When you walk into the hotel you walk in to a courtyard and reception is simply a room with a couple of computers where the staff sits - unusual to say the least by American standards for a 5 star hotel - no formal reception desk and we often had to wait a bit because the staff was busy dealing with other guests - and the room where the staff sits is kind of small so you may end up waiting in the courtyard until they are available. The rooms are clean but for a 5 star hotel I would have expected the areas outside of the rooms to be a little better maintained. It is a nice place to stay just don't expect the Ritz Carlton.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was top notch. The room was great. You could not go wrong choosing this hotel. It was about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the city centre. The walk was great, just make sure you walk through the park. If I am ever back in Seville I will be sure to stay there once again.

When we booked the hotel it wasn't made clear that parking would be charged at £16 per night. There weren't any outdoor relaxing areas. Our room was on the ground floor (smoking room) and backed onto a courtyard (that couldn't be accessed) and was very dark. You couldn't see whether it was sunny unless you stuck your head out of the window and looked over to the right. It felt a bit like a cell although the furnishings were excellent with a jacuzzi bath etc. However the walls were thin and you could hear talking quite clearly from adjoining rooms. Overall the hotel was well furnished but it felt impersonal and much more suited to business travellers.

Breakfast was expensive based on the food on offer - cooked breakfast consisted of 1 egg (fried or soft boiled - wouldn't do poached) and a few strips of bacon. The waitress was rushed off her feet and we had to wait ages for coffee re-fills (they would have been better providing a coffee pot on each table).

It's positioned just on the outskirts, a cab will cost approx 6 euros (note - most of the taxi drivers didn't know where it was!) but you can walk into the centre in approx 20/30 mins. If you're on a business trip this hotel would suit but I wouldn't recommend it to a tourist.

This hotel was pretty much perfect, start to finish. The staff allowed me to check in early, they worked to make sure all my questions were answered and were always friendly. The room was great. It was clean, plenty of space and the bathroom was AMAZING! The hotel location is no more than a 15-minute walk to main attractions, but the road is well-lit with plenty of sidewalks. It is located in a business area and seemed very safe. It was also super easy to catch a cab at all times of the day/night. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the old town through Maria Luisa Park .Alternatively there is a bus stop outside hotel (Bus number 1 or 37)Breakfast a little expensive so we went to the bar in the park for breakfast. Location is quiet and in a nice area of town. The outside of hotel is nice as well and all the inside is modern and practical. Staff are friendly and efficient. Swimming pool on roof is a bonus as is jacuzzi type bath in room.

Excellent Business - style hotel

The hotel is very well presented, although splash of colour would have made it more welcoming. The location encourages a walk through the fabulous parks to the city, stopping off next to the palace for the best coffee and Spanish toast (tomato,cheese+olive oil) I have ever had - all for €4 ! oh, I almost forgot another simple pleasure - a glass of freshly squeezed Seville Oranges - no orange juice will ever be the same. Seville is a city not to be missed and this hotel provides a very comfortable base.

Hot walk to the centre!

Lovely hotel, just longer walk than advertised to the centre - you can get a 37 bus, or a taxi, or walk perhaps 30 minutes to get to where the sights are (cathedral / Alcazar). It's a long, hot, dusty walk in July and I'd recommend going through the park (Parque Maria Luisa) if you do.
A dip in the pool is a must - shady after 7-ish.

Comfort and Luxury if you don't mind walking a bit

This was a great find with a friendly and helpful staff. Modern facility kept in immaculate condition and very comfortable. Keep in mind it is not right in the center of Seville but we walked it none the less .... for most folks it would be a cab ride for sure. Highly recommend it!!

Our stay was nice. We needed another bed that they did provide. The cleanliness was good not great. The hotel is a distance from the center of town. It took about 20 minutes to walk. There is a bus stop a 1/2 block down from hotel. The neighborhood is very quite. Was there over a holiday so many places close to the hotel were closed.
