I lost my passport in the taxi between the airport and the hotel, the staff just got me checked in and then contacted the taxi company and the driver drove back with my passport. I booked the driver for the run to the airport the next day and paid him the fare for bringing back my passport.
If it wasnt for the hotel
staff my holiday would have been over then and there

Horrible stay.

Two major problems: thermostat set at 25 degrees which is too hot to sleep at. I called reception without any resolution so I was forced to sleep with windows open and kept awake by traffic noise. Also the shower had two different temperatures only ice cold and scolding hot. Nothing in between and it changes temperatures mid shower.

The A/C in my room wasn't working, instead of changing rooms, I was told all hotel rooms are the same and was given a fan! Room was finally changed at 1 AM, new room had working A/C.
I was literally told I had 3 minutes to get breakfast, even though I was paying full price.
The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choice was satisfactory.

The room was clean with very comfortable beds , the staff very friendly and kind (specially the lady who took care of our room) .The breakfast was very good and the 24 hours front desk service was very convenient for us. Also, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel.

Dreadful property. Broken patio door, making it very unsafe in the room. They wouldn’t change the room. Room very hot and A/C broken. Toilet flush handle broken. Door stop broken with a sharp screw in the floor that could cut foot.

Perfect airport hotel.

This is a nice convenient no-nonsense hotel near the Seville airport. Quiet and efficient. Three of us stayed in a triple and it was spacious and clean. We got in the late and were able to park right in front of the entrance.

Price was ok. But below my expectation for 3 star hotel. Bathroom smelled funny. The room didn’t even have electronic kettle. There are buses going to the city opposite the hotel but it was not so frequent. If you are short on budget it could be good option though

The room was clean and conlmfortable. It offers everything needed for a short vacation. It is well located within walking distance to the local buses, which connect with the Especial Aeropuerto, this line takes you to the airport for 4 euros, as oppossed to $28 whixh could cost with a taxi. I wouls stay here again.

Although, the hotel was not in the center of Seville, I was happy with the location. It's approx. 15 minutes from the center of Seville. If you cross the street from the hotel you can take the following buses: 122 or 129. The bus will drop you off on the street that leads you to the center (5-10 minute walk). You also have the option to take the trolley from there.
The hotel was good for the price. Only one issue: My room smeled like smoke, I had to request another room and it took almost 1 hour. The employees were really nice overall, they always very polite.

The hotel room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. It seemed like the plumbing was not working well so gasses were leaking from somewhere. The hotel also charged me in dollars and used an exchange rate that was not accurate. The end result was a hotel bill that was 20% higher than if I had been charged in Euros.

Our 3 rooms are stink with bad stench & musty smell. The Receiption area smells hundreds time fresher than our rooms!!! The Hotel's Receiption agreed that our rooms smell but refused to change rooms and claiming that they were full house but can't see a full house of guests during breakfast or checkout time!!

This was my second time in Madrid. The hotel location is very convenient. Walking distance to the train station. The city center and surrounding areas are within 20-30 min walk. Very safe area. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was big and breakfast good. Very good deal for the price. I would recommend it any time.

This hotell actually deserves atleast 4 star. I’m a person whom travels A LOT and the facility, the breakfast does not match a 3-star hotell. The breakfast was stunning with a lot of variety. The room was bigger than usual double room. Should definitely be a 4-star hotell.

Pequeña y sin ventanas por 120€

La habitación 169 en la planta baja no tenía ventanas al exterior, solo una pequeña de apenas 20/30 cm al patio interior por lo que la sensación era un poco de zulo. Era algo estrecha. Solo pasamos una noche por lo que no nos quejamos, pero 120€ de precio me parece demasiado teniendo en cuenta además que el hotel está en un polígono en el que no hay nada. Entiendo que el precio estaba hinchado dado que era Lunes Santo. En cuanto al baño y la limpieza bien, bastante nuevo.

I paid quite a high price: EUR124 for 1 night.
The room was nearly big enough to have a bed in and to place my suitcase. Way too small.The bathroom was very much stinking from the sewer! Bah. It did feel to me as a rip off.
With approx 100 hotel reservations per year in my calendar I do think this hotel is worth well avoiding

Een goed hotel als je er voor kiest om bij de luchthaven te overnachten of de stad in te gaan.
Het hotel is prima maar ondanks dat het matras prima was, schud je wel als je je omdraait.
Qua omgeving niet echt inspirerend, maar wel dicht in de buurt van een fantastische shopping mall.
Her personeel is zeer behulpzaam en maakt alles goed 🙂

O hotel fica em um bairro social, em um prédio social.

Não tivemos nenhum problema, mas nos causou insegurança, chegar a noite é mal!

Além do caução de 200€, para ir à piscina precisa de mais caução para as toalhas, ficando sem efeito o primeiro bloquei.

O primeiro quarto que nos deram era puro cigarro, mesmo muito forte,
O segundo era coberto de poeira, o ar condicionado não gelava o suficiente e Sevilla estava a ferver.

El problema fue que la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y cada baño era una alberca, al igual que la del lavabo. Se les dijo en la recepción y no lo solucuionaron. hubo un dia que de plano no fueron a hacer la limpieza, misma que se habia dejado desde las 10 am hasta las 3, regresamos y no se habia hecho.

No voy nunca mas.

Primero casi me cancelan la reserva porque no podían cargar la primer noche en mi tarjeta antes de que llegara, y eso que soy un cliente habitual de Hoteles. Después me dieron una habitación con una columna de 70x70 cm en el medio de la habitación, una habitación pequeña con una columna en el medio. Y para terminar, yo viajo por trabajo necesito un escritorio y una silla. La mesa tenia 40 cm de largo por 30 cm de ancho. Una vergüenza. Han perdido un cliente habitual.

Ma chambre s’est mis à sentir très fort une odeur d’herbe de cannabis immédiatement après avoir allumé la climatisation. Il y avait du verre cassé par terre.
Je demande à changer de chambre.
On me transfère dans sans doute la chambre la plus vieille de l’hôtel.
Literie très moyenne.
Salle de bain sale: cheveux et résidus.
Climatisation très moyenne.

Je ne recommande définitivement pas cet hôtel.
Pour le prix et le quartier, il existe beaucoup mieux.
