Property offered to book taxi for 830 am taxi never came, staff unworried, said d it was on the way, but my 270 euros train to Barcelona would not wait. Fortunately another customer of the hotel offered to drive me to the station Had to run and hurry with 2 bags at 72 years old through a train station. Really bad

I stayed for one night and was only there for a few hours so did not experience very much. The room was excellent as were the staff I encountered. I cannot rate the pool as I did not see it. The surrounding area is quite average in my opinion. The location is neither close to the city or to the airport. But, as far as the actual hotel goes, I had a perfectly comfortable stay.

Hotel was very dated. Rooms have no connection for devices so cannot charge them the night before a flight. All power goes off when shut lights off. Room was very hot and AC never cooled it down. Opened window but lots of traffic noise. Would not stay here again.

It was a standard airport hotel. Thf room was nicr and it was quiet. The staff was friendly snd efficient.
The pool and the area around it was small and very crowded which was disappointing, but not the hotel's fault.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in a standard room. It was rather small and there was a bad smell of dampness. The bathroom was large, though it had a shower over bath rather than a full shower. On one side of the hotel there is a large and busy road but noise insulation was poor. The hotel is about 4 miles from the airport and is convenient for that reason. There isn't much in the vicinity. Restaurants are relatively close but perhaps not in walking distance. The hotel has free parking spaces on its ground.

This hotel is perfectly fine if you're there for a conference or something or you need to be super close to the airport but it's not a place I'd stay if on vacation.

The room I had was really small, to the point of feeling claustrophobic. The hotel is very corporate in style. The dining is limited - nothing particularly Spanish. Sandwiches, burgers, salads.
Also the dining area had a really strong fragrance which was off-putting when I ate there. The hotel is fine really but more fitting for a corporate experience rather than a vacation.
That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Short but very comfortable stay.

We only stayed one night due to it being so close to the airport. We really liked our room and the hotel and we were able to check in 2 hours early. Thank you! The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Its about 12Euro to the historical center in a Uber and takes about 15-20 mins. Even on a such a short visit which even on such a short visit is a must see!

Convenient but disappointing.

First review I’ve ever written after 25 years of extensive international travel. While the hotel is convenient…it does not meet business travel standards, especially for the price. TV didn’t work, size of a computer screen, no USB outlets, breakfast was very basic. I prefer to stay ‘in’ an airport and do regularly. For future trips will look outside the Madrid airport.

Taxi fares from the airport in Seville are outrageous. We paid € 35 for a 5 minute ride and the driver was incredibly rude. Why did we have to pay this? Because the Marriott does not operate a shuttle service. If you are going to locate your hotel next to an airport, then make a shuttle available. I ended up going back the next day by UBER for € 8,00. Imagine if I had paid € 70 for two 5 minute taxi rides. Not a great introduction to what is truly one of the great cities in Spain. Once again, rip off the tourists. Perhaps everyone needs to think back to COVID and what happened when tourism disappeared!

We enjoyed our stay the first time and we came back again a few days later to stay again. The staff was very kind and pleasant. As mentioned before the breakfast does get boring day after day. The gym was great and the pool area could use more loungers. Overall the location was super and convenient too.

Property is beautiful and luxurious, but nothing walkable. Glad we had a rental car and parling was free. But we picked this hotel mainly for 2 reasons, pool, and they have a turkish spa, both were closed! We felt a. It scammed for pahing the extra ticket price to stay at this hotel to find those amenities werent available to us.

How does this Property rate a Marriot name?

The only way this property rates a Marriot name is that it has a restaurant that serves sub-par food at exorbitant prices. The desk clerk was ashamed to admit that there are better restaurants with lower prices within walking distance. The bathroom has no ventilation, and the bathtub only a glass that separates halfway; so the water from the shower ends up on the floor causing a slip and slide on the marble floor. The mirrors were so fogged up, that I needed to wait 15 minutes for the room ventilation to clear the air before shaving. There are only two free outlets (no USB ports) to charge devices. With 2 people and 3 devices (computer, cell phone, and watch), we had to play Merry-Go-round to get everything charged. This place is stuck in 1999.

We were flying out the next morning to return home to the U.S. because of Covid-19. Like everyone they were in the process of shutting down do set ices were limited, but as Americans accustomed to a coffeemaker in ever room we couldn't image that they had NO coffee available at all that morning. As a U.S. chain, this was unacceptable. Also, the AC didn't seem to be working and our room was very warm all night.

There is no complimentary coffee/tea, no iron and ironing board in the room. You can hear noise from the other room especially when the housekeeping staff are cleaning the rooms, you can hear the banging of the doors and conversations.

The room was very different to the (highly enhanced) image on Marriott's website. The room was much smaller than we expected - it was cramped, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was average. The only benefit is that this property is close to the airport and to the bus station that takes you to the city centre.

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the property was deserted. It also appeared to be in an industrial zone. However, the place came alive (as does Spain) at 9 pm, and the area the property backed on to turned out to be quite nice residential area with neighborhood tapas bars. I walked back and forth from the FIBES convention center. Just the right length (about 15-20 min).

We usually stay ar NH hotels in Seville but thought we would try AC Marriott group.Overall for the price the hotel was good, clean etc, a large secure underground car park was very good as we had a car, from memory about 12 Euros extra. Just taxied in and out to the old town for Tapas which added about 30 euros so making the room price nearer to the City Centre hotels.

Nice hotel, a little far from the city center.

The room was modern and very comfortable. Check in staff was friendly and accommodated our luggage until our room was ready. The only negative is the location was a little far from the city center, and when we inquired about the public transport, we were given little direction and in fact did not know where to get off on our return. We ended up missing our stop, having to make a full circle return to the outskirts, city center, and back again.

Useful location for airport - nice facilities

I stayed here just overnight as I had a very early flight out of the Sevilla airport. The hotel is a fast 5-10 min ride to the airport and the staff was great about arranging a cab pick-up in the morning (and the cab arrived right on time). There seem to be a few cafes within walking distance, but I just had dinner in the hotel restaurant (warning for Americans - the restaurant doesn't open until 8 pm).

There is a very nice pool area in the back, if you want to sit in the sun. The room was clean and comfortable. If you're in Seville for touristy stuff, maybe not the best location, but as convenient to the airport, it was perfect.

Good hotel, but bus to city centre not convienient

Perfectly fine 4-star hotel, and much cheaper than city centre hotels for the same standard. I also had a car, and there is free parking in the grounds. However it is a bit of a hassle to get into the city centre. The number 27 bus stop is a 12 minute walk from the hotel. Buses are frequent, about 10-15 min intervals, and cheap at 1.40 euro single, but although only a 5 or 6 kilometres journey it takes 30-40 minutes in daytime, a bit less coming home on the last bus at 23.29. The bus is also crowded and mostly I had to stand all the way (daytime only). The swimming pool is not open in winter (was not open end of April).

Really great value for money!

My friends and I were all visiting Sicaab horse show at Fibes. They all stayed next to Fibes in really expensive hotels but we couldn't afford this so we stayed at AC Hotel. Our hotel was only £30 per night and our cab to Fibes was just 6 euros and a few minutes long - easy!
We highly recommend this hotel, it is very modern, clean and has everything the expensive ones have -why pay more?
