Great hotel. Great breakfast buffet.
We stayed here two nights to explore Sevilla. The hotel is a little on the outskirts of the center, but has great public transportation to get there. We enjoyed the tour with the city sightseeing bus and found a station that was actually fairly close and walkable to the hotel.
If you don’t mind putting in some steps this is a great option. We had a rental car and were able to park it in the garage of the hotel. The car elevator is really cool. Never seen that before!
We would probably stay here again.
I was also really thankful to the house keeping staff. I forgot my jewelry bag in a drawer in the room. I was so happy when I called and they told me that house keeping had turned it in to the office! That was amazing and so honest! Thank you so much again!

Bad experience, I had a leaking noise in the bathroom, I asked them to fix it and the guy couldn’t figure out the issue, the next day I asked to change rooms, they said they had none available. The next day I asked and they said they had a room but that they’d try to get the issue fixed, no one fixed anything, the woman at the front desk didn’t give me a response, I got tired of insisting, in a summary, I didn’t sleep anything because the leaking noise wouldn’t let me sleep. I gave it 2 stars because the breakfast was ok , eggs were cold. The location is very far from the city center. Honestly I do not recommend this place.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. My room was incredibly spacious. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was welcome and kind. The only thing I didn't like was how the area can be a little sketchy sometimes. The neighborhood is not the best but not the worst. One time I was returning to my hotel around 9:30pm via uber on a Saturday night and I was followed by a homeless man and he followed me all the way to the hotel steps. He was persistently calling out to me and matching my speed of walking. One thing I would like to advocate is better lighting outside the hotel at night as the back areas are quite dark and sometimes scary coming back to the hotel. There is a Burger King right outside which can invite a lot of people but also unsavory people at night. The hotel is a short ride to downtown. I mostly took uber to and from downtown. Breakfast is not bad. If you book the breakfast the night before it will be a bit cheaper than paying for it the day of.

Nice place to stay while we were in Seville. If your planning on renting a car they do have parking but be sure if your coming in from the airport direction once you reach the round a bout in front of hotel take the first exit you’ll be on a one way street and parking is behind the hotel in a parking garage.

When our rental car’s lock system did not work one of the kitchen personnel walked to our car and tried to open the door and next day he brought batteries from his home just to help us. I love this hotel. It was affordable and aesthetically breathtaking with fine art everywhere. The courtyard with fountain and open air turned my imagination on what it could of been like living in the Alcazar. Most of all, all of the staff were super friendly and sincere in their efforts to help in any way, especially at the front desk. The dining host and bar manager Silvia was my favorite. She is expert at her job and even found time to chat during her busy day. The dining was impeccable and delicious. The drinks were from heaven!

We really enjoyed our stay at the AC Marriott. Parking was easy, being right underneath the hotel. We got to enjoy using a car elevator! The front desk greeted us by last name and were really accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean. The shower glass wall must have been broken, since it moved very easily allowing water to leak through into the floor while showering, but it wasn't something that towels couldn't clean up! Very nice hotel with great access!

Lovely staff, helpful with recommendations of where to go. The hairdryer in our room wasn’t working but I explained this upon check out rather than at the time as we only stayed for one night. We missed breakfast but there was complementary tea / coffee / pastries and some apples which was a lovely touch. The staff were really great! Hotel is a little far from town but we knew this when booking - so was as expected. Is love you stay here again, but might pick a more central location next time.

Shame there was no outside sitting area to relax. Restaurant and bar was not very welcoming. Good situation with parking just off the ring road so easy to get to if you have an updated navigation system and good transport to get into the centre.

Hotel was ok and reception staff were very helpful, however that's where it stopped really. Nearly £100 per night, no tea/coffee facilities anywhere in hotel. Breakfast was 12e for not a lot, lovely cafe across road 15e for 4!!

Bed creaking and felt like it would collapse! However the worst customer service was during the afternoon when water was complimentary ...there wasn't enough bottles for us to have one each around 6pm, when we eventually found someone to ask for more water at 6.31pm we were told complimentary water stopped at 6.30pm and I could buy some if I wanted it, but the bar was currently closed ....so nowhere to get a drink!

We also booked the airport transfer which took no more than 10 minutes, my fault for not asking the price, but we were all taken aback at 35e for such a short trip! In hindsight as the hotel is in a busy road we could have easily flagged a taxi down for a third of the price!

Not a hotel I would recommend at all, sadly.

The only critism we couldn’t get any food we booked the hotel expecting to be able to have a meal but not hot food served only sandwiches which I think is very poor.

The hotel was looked nice, but the room had a heavy cigerette smoke smell. When I asked for a different room, the second one smelled even worse. The staff didn’t seem surprised by this at all. I ended up staying in the first room, but I would not stay here again.

Not only is this hotel far from the Center, it is in a neighborhood with nothing of interest. Be prepared to take a cab or bus to somewhere else every time you leave your room. Even when we decided to try a \"locals\" restaurant in the area, the staffer at the reception desk insisted there was nowhere to eat except \"a few tapas bars down the street.\" She would not even single out one in particular to recommend. She actually drew a circle around the Center on the paper map, and told us to go there. While the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fine, we don't travel to a new city to stay in the hotel.

This was a very good experience. The room was clean and modern. There was a problem with the water one day, but it was resolved in an hour. They had a nice coffee bar avaibable until 6:00. The front desk was very helpful with calling taxis. It was about a 5-8 euro taxi from the center of town. You can walk to the river which has a nice view. Can also walk to another area in town, almeda de Hercules, which has lots of restaurants. The food at the restaurant in the hotel is bad, and I would highly recommend eating outside of the restaurant since there are so many good restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great as far as convenience to the airport. Parking was easy. The staff was fantastic--as helpful as could be. We parked our car and took a cab back to center city Sevilla for dinner. My only negative comment is the see through bathroom walls that are not appropriate for family other than couples. Even then it's a bit weird.

Airport shuttle is every half hour. We came in via shuttle around 10pm and left on the 4am shuttle. The room was clean, modern and well-appointed, but it was also noisy, despite being on the top floor. Looks aren't everything, especially when you can't sleep.

Room cleaning is bad, dirt all over the floor. WIFI didn't work during 90% of our stay. Breakfast buffet was too expensive for what it offers. Bed mattress is too hard (metal springs) and is very bad compared to other hotel networks. No transport to the city center offered for free as other big hotels in the area offer. For the price, I expected more, next time I'd rather consider somewhere more centric and pay the same price.

My wife and I visited Spain for our 5-year anniversary and out of a 5 hotels across 4 cities, this hotel was likely one of the best we stayed in. The rooms were quite large and spacious and the bed was comfortable as well. The shower was clean and basic toiletries were included. Given how hot Seville was during our stay, the AC seemed to do a pretty good job keeping the room cool. I cannot comment much on the quality of the facilities or the breakfast given the short duration of our stay. Hotel's parking did seem quite expensive though, however, all hotels in Spain are expensive to park in. Many of the hotel employees seemed to agree w/ me regarding how pricey parking is in Spain overall. Wifi seemed to be slow across all of the hotels we stayed, however, this hotel seemed to be on the faster end.

Great hotel with great staff in Sevilla!

We loved loved loved this hotel! From the minute we walked in and we're greeted by Beatriz to the superior styling and amenities of the room to our smooth check out. The whole place was well beyond what we were expecting. There is plenty of free car parking close by and an easy drive to downtown parking. The bed was nice, supportive but soft and large. The wifi was great, easy to video call and stream movies. There was also an English speaking news channel which was nice. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfectly good for our needs. We were just in town for two nights, passing through to Portugal.

My only complaint was the bathroom wall was frosted glass. Not the best when traveling as a family. The light in the bathroom lit up the entire room.
There is a hospital right across the street so we did hear quite a few ambulances driving by with sirens.

A good base for seeing Seville

Seville is a great city and this was an ideal place to stay. Initially we were perturbed about its distance from the centre, but soon found the bus stop round the corner with a regular, direct bus into the centre (14) and it's an easy walk back from the Macarena district. The hotel doesn't have a lot of character but we found it a good place to come back to after a busy and hot day sightseeing - it's comfortable, quiet and has good air conditioning. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom good with an excellent shower. Staff were helpful, not that we interacted much beyond checking in, checking out and ordering a taxi to the railway station. The public areas are modern and clean, but we can't comment on the bar and restaurant as we took our breakfast at a friendly local cafe and ate out in the city where there are many great bars and restaurants. We would happily stay again.

Superior Room really cramped, glass walked bathroom not a good idea in shared rooms. Too few staff trying to cope with too many tasks. Neighbourhood was dangerous, we witnessed drug use by needle. The hotel was nice but it seems very over-priced. The location was terrible as it is far away from main landmarks for turists and it was close to a hospital so there were a lot of sirens going most of the time. There is nothing nearby that can be done in the area. The amenities of this hotel were not that great, they did not have a pool and the parking costs money, the food at the restaurant was very expensive too!

On the other hand, they allowed us to check in early, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I would not consider this hotel family friendly or a good match for turists wanting to experience the city.

Great hotel, did exactly what we needed

We Stayed here as it was a walking distance to the Estadio La Cartuja de Sevilla and reasonably priced. It was quiet, clean and nicely designed. Theres not much in the immediate neighbourhood but there are a few nice bars.

The key card holder in our room was faulty and as a result had problems with the lights but apart from that, everything in the hotel was great.

One additional note is that the room we stayed in has glass walls between the bathroom and the room, partly frosted. Although it is a nice design feature, it can be a bit problematic for some people in regards to privacy with whoever your sharing the room with.

Stayed at the AC Hotel Sevilla Torneo by Marriott whilst attending a nearby conference. The Hotel is a real find. Very friendly and welcoming, nice clean, lovely room with good aircon which is a must when it gets to 30 deg C outside.
Food was also very enjoyable, lovely and fresh, both Breakfast and evning meals. Only down side is it is on the outskirts of Seville. But only a short bus ride into the centre.

This hotel is not in the city center but in a quiet residential area. If you are traveling by car: free on street parking is plentiful. Access to the center is easy by frequent bus service or a pleasant walking path along the river in about 25 minutes. A rental bike stand is on the corner. great base for exploring Malaga

The hotel was super modern, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there were road works on the street outside so we didn't use the roof top pool, but also didn't hear any of it in the bedrooms. We didn't get the breakfast option, but ordered a 5€ breakfast option on our last morning, and the bar was also very reasonable. The location was great for us as it was only a short walk from the train station, and right in the centre near the cathedral, alcazabar and the port.

One of the best so far!!

Probably one of the best I've Booked via hotels.com. Marriott says a lot but sometimes...Room quality feels like a really 4 stars. Parking at the street was good enough, 6 euros if you want to park in the hotel. Easy to get to the old town but you'll have to take a bus. 10 minutes away. The area was ok and the traffik doesn't disturb. Average 4 starts in all aspects apart from the breakfast that was below basic, no warm food at all. 11 euros is out of question. Try the small cafés across the street, better value for money. Recommend it strongly and I'll definitely be back to Sevilla.

Very modern hotel worth the price!

Very pleasant experience. Hotel is modern in design and function. Service was outstanding. Location was perfect for my conference that was held at the Barcelo Sevilla Renacimiento .

Quality place

Excellent hotel. Was only a 2 day stay and it more than served it purpose for what I wanted. A bit away from the center of the city. I chose it because it was only 15 minutes away from the airport and convenient for my friends to meet there.

A word of warning about the Taxi service in Sevilla. Cost 25 Euro from the airport, but 34 Euro on the return. (For a 15 minute ride, I felt that was excessive) Had an early morning flight and had no alternate options. When I asked why the 9 Euro difference, I was told something about a night fare differential.

Found a local neighborhood chicken place about 3 blocks away for lunch. Was the best chicken I had tasted in my life.

The one negative was the wi-fi was a bit slow and inconsistent.
