Perfect for the one night before a very early flight back - Taxi took 15mins or less to airport

Luckily for us the pool was open a few weeks later than advertised and had both lunch and dinner at the bar for convenience and the food was really good. I think ot also has a fancier restauraunt menu as well.

Big clean comfy room - brought up a cot on arrival and the room was ready when we arrived late morning so it was great to het settled in straight away.

In business district but nearby supermarket and fast food etc. Nice restaurant but prices on expensive side although voucher for 10% discount was offered. Decent room service choice and prices. There’s a small cafe. Depending on traffic, about 10 mins from airport by taxi. Excellent check in staff. Would use again for airport.

Perfectly adequate hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was hard, we both came away with a bad back. Two breakfasts and one dinner on arrival both ok but not outstanding.

Biggest downside is the Very Poor/ non existent WiFi. Couldnt do any work. I expected from a hotel which hosts conferences to have a good reliable WiFi but was very disappointed. Reported the issue fact that room phone not working 3 nights before checking out but nothing addressed/ nothing done. So if you'll be doing work/ travelling for business and need gpod wifi i would avoid

Very spartan room for a 4 star hotel. Only had one glass. We also found the mattress and pillows not comfortable. Dropped a pill on the floor which rolled under the bed and found the area under the bed dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned for some time. Not very good for a bed with an exposed floor under it. Good thing we only spent one short night.

Hotel was ok but some disappointments. In a 4 star one might expect dressing gowns and tea/coffee making facilities. Parking expensive on site but plenty free on street parking around the hotel. It was my very bad experience, location is far from city, there is no coffee kettle in the room.Last day air conditioner didn’t work,I called them three time but no response then I went to reception but they said will sort that out shortly, it was really hot, we spend all night without air conditioner, opened bar colony door but there was noise from main road, couldn’t sleep all night.

The location is excellent if you need to catch an early flight, the hotel is very close to the airport. The restaurant is excellent. We had the \"Menú degustación\". Great food and excellent service. We stay there every summer. We love the place.

I could not make my booking due to getting Covid. But the hotel refused a refund or even a credit note. I am nearly £600 out of pocket. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE.

Unhelpful hotel.

Flight cancellation so could not make this trip. Hotel would not refund a penny even though it was booked far in advance and was out of our hands.
They even wanted is to cancel and still get no refund and we'd have even lost a stamp on our hotels.com card to suit their policy of having a free room even though we'd paid in full.
Other 2 hotels refunded no problem from the same trip.

The washroom in the common area had 3 cubicles - two of which had broken locks - not good in a 4 star hotel.
We ordered a cake with a coffee and a beer - the cake was stale.
The evening before we departed we were informed that there are always taxis outside - at 05.45 there were none. The man on the desk had to phone for a taxi ( we were the only people waiting to leave) - the taxi delivered us to the airport - about a 10 min drive - he asked for €30 for the trip - I was appalled, the hotel / or the front desk is using a rip off artist. We had no choice but to pay as we had to catch a flight. Other travellers should take note!

Quick stay close to airport

We arrived late at night and checked in and went straight to room. The room was too hot to sleep. We had balcony doors open all night as couldn’t get air conditioning to work. Was like a sauna.
Very large bed which was nice but mould in the bathroom by the shower.

Bad WiFi, staff were polite, but not great.

The location is fine if you have business in FIBES, but it's pretty basic apart from that, and (up until I left).

The WiFi was useless (for me and colleague on another floor) reported, but was unusable for the 4 days I stayed. I would have said it was fine, but... When I left, I forgot to empty the safe in my room, which had my purse and some travel money (separate). I realised, and phoned back. Spoke with the night reception, who said nobody had reported anything, but their colleague would phone me back (they didn't) phoned in the morning, said room was now occupied, so they couldn't check then (but presumably, safe was still locked) and they'd call back. Didn't. Phoned again, they'd found my wallet. At no point did they call me, even though they had my number, knew I was calling, and my wallet had my business cards in too. I took a taxi back (was in Seville still thankfully) to the collect it. (did ask about the travel money (which had been in a separate, bureau de change envelope) they said no, thought maybe it had been in my suitcase after all, so didn't push), but checked when I got back and no. I think it was in the safe, but maybe it wasn't or was was mistaken for rubbish--the wallet did have everything in it, but it didn't have euros). Even without that, the fact that they didn't call me when they found my wallet is not great, esp when they said they would. If I hadn't called back repeatedly to check, would they have told me? That kind of thing is pretty urgent!

This hotel was rated 4 star! It should have been no more that 2 star! Proximity to the airport was a plus, and that was the main reason I selected it. Rooms were super basic with amenities, nothing! There was nothing nearby, other than Industrial parks and highway.

This was almost perfect as a last-night stopover before flying home from Sevilla. It is close to the airport and had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and modern. The hotel has a cafe and restaurant on premises, and several small eating places are within easy walking distance. Breakfast was about as good as any hotel anywhere, with several hot items. The only cons are that it can be tricky to find without GPS, and that it attracts large bus tours, so that the lobby can get a bitchaotic at times.

Able to check in early. Room ok, clean. Bit noisy as it is close to the airport and our room was on the front so we had traffic noise. Lots of little restaurants and bars in the area around the hotel. Breakfast was good value. Taxi rank outside so we could get to the airport. Number 27 bus which ran about every 10 minutes took us into Seville. Would happily stay here again

This is a hotel that is near Seville airport, but it is NOT near the city centre of Seville. The room comfort and cleanliness of the hotel are first class. It is a large hotel with around 200 rooms, quieter rooms to the back, as the front of the hotel is on a busy main road. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening (from 8-11pm only) and thought the standard of food was very good. However, our biggest complaint about the hotel is the severe lack of English-speaking staff (not reception staff). Most of the bar/restaurant staff speak not one word of English, so communication gets lost. The hotel could easily address this by ensuring that there is always at least one bar/restaurant member of staff on duty.

The room was clean. However, the walls and windows at the room were not very soundproof. We could clearly heard people in the next room snoring and cars on the street making loud noises. We did not have very good sleep at this hotel. In addition, we were unable to connect to the wifi the majority of time.

It was clean and good cafeteria and the gentleman who was working in the cafeteria was very polite and we had a nice dinner.
Receptionist was a very helpful lady.
We selected that hotel because it is very close to the SVQ airport but something that was strange to us about taxi fare from M.A Congresos jotel to the airport was € 22.50 while it took just 5 minutes at 7.00 am.
We had to pay to a taxi €25.00 from the air port to another hotel in the central of Seville which took 20 minutes and that did not make sence to us to go to a hotel close to airport but we pay almost the same amount for the ride.

Nice clean hotel with secure parking,

We used the hotel as a stop off before an early morning flight and it was very convienient but the set rate for taxi's to the airport was high, €23.50 for 3km ride. Not the hotels fault as fixed rate set by Sevilla authorities, but beware.

Lots of good things about this hotel. Large room, big comfortable bed, good A/C, nice shower, lovely pool and good cafeteria.
The fridge was useful but beware, the coffee making machine is not available in standard rooms so no tea and coffee making facilities..otherwise, everything you would expect from a four star hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! The bed covers were covered in stains. We requested a new room and the new room had stains as well! The staff tried to tell us this is normal and its not so bad, but come on! If you can see bodily fluid stains, you might have a problem! VILE HOTEL AND STAFF!

Nice hotel close to airport

We stayed overnight here to pick up a car in the morning at the airport. The room was a decent size, bed comfortable and clean bathroom. Only thing which was missing was tea/ coffee facilities. The breakfast was good but the hot food was not covered up which meant it could have been warmer. The variety at breakfast was good. The hotel was handy for lots of bars and restaurants which we didn't use as we arrived late and left after breakfast. A large supermarket was about 5 minutes walk away. Buses stopped outside the hotel which would take you in to Central Seville.
