The check in experience was really good, the staff member was very polite and extremely helpful. The room was small, a bit dated looking, but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, i had one evenimg meal which wasn't bad but it was basically microwave food.

The room was ok for what we needed. We were just passing through so just needed a place to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The linens in the room were nice and clean. The room was just basic but clean. The staff in the morning was not super friendly when letting us know about breakfast, which we didn't not prepay for so couldn't get but other then that it served its purpose.

The service was good. This property is in need of modernisation, especially the rooms. The dining area has limited dining space and the self serve is so cramped there is very little space to walk around. This was at a quiet time of the year.

Some of the staff are not friendly/helpful. The location is very far from the tourist spot and public transportation. We used uber all the time. The room is tight for 3 people with 3 luggages.

Ok for a night

The room was fairly small, bed clean, could do with floor being mopped as there were dark long hairs that were not mine!
No kettle in room. The bathroom looks like newly fitted & water was hot. There was a cafe/restaurant within the hotel that we didn’t use.
Bus stop was a 5 min walk away

In general it’s a ok hotel (that’s why you pay what you are paying for it)

We came on a very busy season. It’s far from everything and a bit overpriced taking into consideration the distance to the city (you could spend another 30 - 50 euros per day on commuting back & forwd)

I do want to mention that Juan, one of the front desk staff members was very nice with us the times we interacted with him. Thanks for making this stay nice. You probably made the stay move +1 rating due to your niceness

It seems that IBIS offers good value, I stayed in another IBIS hotel in Madrid as well and I had the same impression.
The room was comfortable, clean. The breakfast was very good. There was even some life music on some nights in the lobby where you can have dinner or a drink. You need a 35 min bus drive though to the major attractions in Seville but the bus station is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Ok place

You get a room with a bed, no more. No fridge, no microwave, not even a coffee maker. It's a place to sleep. The room is a bit small even though we chose a kind-bed room.

We had a very late arrival at the airport, so it was great to have a hotel a short taxi ride away. The hotel we had originally booked in the centre of Seville said they had a 24 hour reception desk, then a couple of weeks before we were due to arrive, said they had changed their procedure, which we didn't feel happy with. So we booked with Ibis , who we knew would be able to accommodate us

We were pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast was and we had a very good evening meal too. It was very easy and cheap to get to and from the centre of Seville by bus, with bus stops very close to the hotel

The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Great Stay With One Flaw

Great, reasonably priced, hotel for short stay pre or post air travel. Welcoming helpful staff. Good simple well priced food and drink. Small adequate and well laid out rooms. Underground parking available.
The only negative is the attractive looking shower in the otherwise fine bathroom. Shower floor is slippery with no safety treads. Shower entry requires high step up in/out with no handgrip to assist. These design flaws don’t fit in an otherwise thoughtfully designed room. But for them they’d rate a 10.

Very good option for staying near the airport. Simple, but nice, clean, friendly staff. Parking was a pain in our case--complicated and the ticket machines were broken. Plus there's the Ibis Budget (or \"Economy\", not sure) right nearby, which is confusing. Not too many dining options, but the hotel does have a restaurant which was decent.

It was perfect for a late night flight arrival to crash into bed for one night. Very clean, great front desk service at night and in morning. They called a cab that arrived in 2 mins. My only suggestion would be to replace the towels with softer towels or use fabric softener.

Close to the airport, right on the highway connecting the city center.
Also one can reach the downtown in less than 30 minutes by bus EA or 28.
Friendly staffs, nice, spacious and modern rooms as per the Ibis standard.
Very good breakfast buffet.
Highly recommended for a budget stay close to the airport with excellent connectivity with the city.

Reservation made with the child's information and they assign a room with a nauseating smell to cigarettes, unacceptable, denying the change of room. Free parking at the hotel is scarce and unavailable, we have to park on the street. And they charged more than the reservation amount. through hotels.com. I do not recommend it.

We only stayed one night, just as the covid-19 lockdown in Spain was coming into force. The staff were incredible. Even though we weren’t permitted to eat / drink in the restaurant (banned in public spaces) they kept the kitchen open and made food available to be consumed in our room. All staff remained very professional and sympathetic and supportive under very difficult circumstances for everyone (them and us). Can’t speak highly enough them.

There was lots of loud noises from other rooms. I try calling front desk three times without a response. Last time i try to call was 2:40am. And the noises kept on. But the front desk were extremely cooperative the next morning.
I must say that every time i had personal contact with front deskit was very good. But the hotel itself was a dissapointment.

Arrived after dropping off rental car and settled in nicely. The restaurant was very good with a nice selection. The room was small and the AC not very cold--an issue encountered at the Heathrow Ibis. The hotel staff promptly got us a morning taxi for the return trip to the airport. Please note that taxis do not charge by the meter but instead use a fixed airport fee--euro 25 regardless of distance driven.

Nice hotel close to airport.

We stayed 1 night after arriving at the airport at 8.30 pm. We caught the EA airport bus to the hotel. It's the first stop and easy to see from the road. You buy bus tickets from a conductor or on the bus 4 Euros. The hotel serves a decent choice for dinner. We had breakfast included in our rate and it was good and I would recommend you pay for it. Not many services nearby but an Aldi down the road. You could stay here and catch the bus into the centre but we went back to the airport to meet a group for a trip. We got the bus again as it runs at least every 15 minutes.

Very good close to the airport. Just what I needed nice Spanish breakfast for a reasonable price. Easy to get to by the airport bus EA. Don’t use taxis as they have a €24.50 airport surcharge even though you’re going about 8km. Once there it’s easy to get into the city on the 28 bus or the EA. I used the 28 as it’s only now €1.40 compared to €4 for the EA (that’s the minimum charge too)

Perfect hotel for visiting Seville

The hotel is in an ideal position for arriving by car as there are buses & taxis into the city centre. The room was clean, bed SO comfortable & staff friendly & welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Good value hotel but not great to walk anywhere

Good Ibis, clean and simple as you would expect. Because the location wasn't great to walk anywhere we ate in the restaurant. Food lacked in quantity as usual but wasn't bad and the sangria was quite good. Basic good value hotel.

A clean hotel with nice dinner

This hotel is close to the airport. Therefore, we chose this hotel in order to catch the flight in the early morning. This hotel is very clean. Moreover, the dinner in the restaurant of the hotel was extremely nice and delicious. The stuffs were so nice and helpful.
