This apartment is clean and comfortable. It is in a neighbourhood with schools and offices. Restaurants are within walking distance. Street parking and building parking are easily accessible and free. We left our car and Uber to Old Town. The Uber ride was 16€ each way. Parking in town is difficult.

The property, specially inside is beautiful. However, outside the property, leaves a lot to be desired. There was dog pop all over the sidewalk. No fault of the hotel, but nevertheless, it left me with a bad impression.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The inly issue was that the power kept tripping when we used the stove but since we didn’t cook, just trying to make coffee it was not too inconvenient. Location was accessible by car and didn’t have much problem finding street parking

We got there past midnight, which meant that we had to go to another hotel to check in and get the keys. The hotel is about 10 mins away by car, but we had to go by taxi. The lady at the desk was nice, but when we went back to the apartments and tried turning on the lights, they weren’t working. We then were instructed to return to the hotel to get a new room with new keys. We wasted so much time going back and forth, not finding another taxi, spending money on unnecessary things, etc. that it made the whole experience very bad. The lady at the desk was unwilling to help, as she claimed that she was only there to help deliver the keys and nothing else since she didn’t work for the people with the apartments. She hung up on us multiple times when we tried calling her from the dark apartment asking for help. All in all it was a terrible visit and we don’t recommend staying there.

Access to the property is tricky as there are no visible signs that show the property's name. Check-in was ok, friendly staff. The property is run down, needs updates. Front office opens at 8 am. so, if you are checking out early, you need to tell in advance. I had to push the property key under the office door though a very narrow space!
I could have stayed in a better property in Sevilla's downtown for the same price

It's a very nice apartment, feels like a home, quite restful after staying in a number of hotel rooms. Spacious with proper kitchen, lounge and dining area. There's a bath tub too!
Parking is free on the street in front of the building. Highly recommend!

Stayed overnight for a football match. Apartment was very spacious and clean. it was easy walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was nice and very helpful. parking was on street, but not a problem finding a spot. I would very much recommend this place. The only downside was the pool was very green and dirty

Stayed here night before leaving, so opted for convenience to airport. Hotel itself was very nice, with parking - a necessity in Spain, as street parking can be a nightmare and parking garages are VERY expensive. Local restaurant opposite was very convenient and pleasant.

Nice hotel close to FIBES conference centre

I wanted to stay somewhere near the FIBES conference centre for work and this apartment was perfect for that.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The apartment was clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay there again if working in the same area.

Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for somewhere close to the city centre. It is about a 40 minute bus ride into the city centre.

We needed a one night lay over stay near the airport and this place can't be beat!! Very nice room with kitchenette (if your stay is longer). Pool (which we didn't use). Several nice restaurant within walking distance. The only problem was the taxi fare to the airport (not very far) was 30 Euros!

Very comfortable and clean place. Very kind personal. The room was great and had everything that we needed for a short term stay. The washing machine in it was what we needed as we were in Spain from 5 days and had 3 more.
Two things we didn't like in Sevilla - the extreme heat (there were 47 deg on sun an 40 on shadow) and the people who were blackmailing drivers in the city centre to \"watch\" their cars while they are on a walk in the beautiful city centre.

Modern efficiency apartment; very helpful reception clerk. We picked this apartment hotel thinking it would be cheaper to reach the airport. In fact, Seville has a flat rate taxi fee to the airport so it didn't matter. The neighborhood has restaurants and a grocery within 2 to 3 blocks. It was very quiet except for the dog in an adjacent apartment. The desk clerk arranged an early morning taxi which arrived on schedule.
I would stay here again if I had business in the area.

Excellent Apartment. Rooms were great and well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is near a few supermarkets and close to the bust stand to catch a bus to city centre. However, for a family, the taxi back is a good option - between 10 to 15 euros.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, there were a couple of nice restaurants nearby, and it had a nice pool area! There was covered parking for free. Our room was nice, though a bit cramped for three people in the main area with the fold-out bed open. The drive into the city takes about 20 minutes, we never took the bus, so I can't comment on the convenience of that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again if we return to Sevilla.

Great self catering apartments in east Seville.

The hotel is everything its website claims it to be, and the pictures are very representative. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly, helpful and speak perfect English, and the hotel has great facilities.
We arrived in early June, and the hotel was undergoing some mild maintenance: the lobby was undergoing some work, and the pool was being treated and was not in use. Neither of these things affected our stay whatsoever, as there is so much to do in the city, and the hotel is just around the corner from the bus stop into town, and some great restaurants, including Bilio's which we highly recommend. The hotel has free parking for cars also.
The rooms was well furnished with comfortable furniture, was spacious, let in plenty of light, came with air conditioning and made us feel right at home immediately. The kitchen was very clean, but lacked some desirable items for a self catering apartment, including an oven, toaster or kettle. There was a microwave and hob, but it took a bit of creativity to manage some meals. The cupboards are well stocked with cutlery and plates, but a few utensils wouldn't have gone amiss. The bathrooms are beautifully maintained, come with plenty of towels are a pleasure to use. The bedrooms were nice, and had a huge wardrobe. The double bed actually turned out to be two single beds put together, as the apartments double up for couples and travelling companions. A bit too soft for my taste, but my partner loved them.

Nice appartment in the suburbs

Appartment is very good value for money and the free secure parking is excellent. The bus into Seville is 5 mins away and takes about 40mins cost 1.40 euro.
This is not tourist land as some appartments in the block are owned/rented by people of Seville living their lives. However this is the smarter area of the area Bib Rambla with a few bars and a supermarket centre nearby.

We've spent only 2 days in Seville, but this experience was very pleasant. The hotel is located near the airportm, but the commut to down town was very easy, about 35 minutes on the bus. The bus station was at 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, nice and helpfull.

Great location if you are driving

This hotel was perfect for us, a couple in our late twenties, on a driving tour round Andalusia. There was free car parking in a secure location at the back of the hotel and the hotel was clean and well kept. There was a bus stop just over the road that took you straight into the centre of Seville in 30min, with the last bus back at 11.30pm. The hotel was a good price and perfect if you are driving as parking in central Seville is a little difficult. The hotel wasn't luxurious by an means and you had to pay an extra 3 euros to get your room cleaned. It was however great value and therefore perfect for those traveling on a budget.

It has all facilities and it was spotless,comfortable bed and quiet.
A very good bar/rest in next block (El Rincon)
Secure parking, leave your car and travel by bus,( stop just round corner ) no. 27 bus every 10 min drops you in centre of town.
Would use again when visiting Seville.

Apartment about 40 mins from city centre by bus - stop is only about 100 yds from hotel and only Euros1:20 each way. Stayed at hotel as touring, and no problems parking. Limited number of eating places near apartment - usual McDonalds and a pizza place. Overall would certainly recommend for a 3 night stay.

One night in Seville

We only stayed Bib Rambla one night as it is located close to Seville Airport and our flight was late.
The only one thing we were not very happy about was that we left something behind in our room and came back to hotel in 3 days time to see if they still have. The girl in reception didnt know anything and asked to come back next morning and speak to the cleaners. As our flight was the same evening we didnt get back our stuff... it is dissapointing that hotel doesnt have a systmen in place for things left behind. I will be contacting them to see if they can post it back to UK for us

Quartier un peu loin du centre mais accessible en bus (arrêt à 500 mètres). Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue. Bon magasin d'alimentation à côté de l'arrêt de bus (autres plus proche mais choix limité). Appartement lui même, très bien, très bon état, suffisamment grand. Accueil en français.

El lugar está muy bien, el único problema es que si quieres descansar, ahí no es el lugar. A las 8 de la mañana comenzaron a hacer reparaciones en la habitación de arriba y el ruido no paró. Llame a recepción y me dijeron que estaba permitido a partir de las 8 AM.

Así que si tienes que trabajar hasta tarde y buscas descansar, ahí no es el lugar indicado

La stanza molto bella e pulita niente da dire, ma dovrebbero fare un servizio navetta per l'aeroporto visto che non c'è un autobus diretto per l'aeroporto che parte da quella zona...consigliato per chi ha la macchina perché ci sono dei parcheggi e c'è un autobus per arrivare in centro che passa spesso.

El frigorífico muy pequeño y poco menaje, teniamos la entrada a las13:00horas y no pudiendo entrar hasta las 14 y se me descongelo la comida, el armario sin puertas, la repisa del baño estaba poco sujeta y de torcia hacia adelante, por contraposición un lugar tranquilo, se estaba genial en la piscina, muy acojedira y al no haber hsmacas nos permitieron entrar nuestras sillas, el parquin estaba bien aunque hay que dejar un deposito de 10€ hasta que entregues el mando

Struttura con tutti comfort necessari, dimensioni dell'appartamento ampie, arredo moderno e piacevole, pulizia impeccabile con cambio della biancheria camera e bagno giornaliera...insomma tutto super ok. L'albergo non si trova sl centro ma la citta é vicina e facilmnte raggiungibile come anche l'aereoporto, nelle immediate vicinanze potrete trovare ottimi ristoranti e molti locali anche per i giovani. Consigliatissimo!

Receptie weinig bemand en om 07.30 uur de sleutel maar in de briefenbus gedaan. Was niemand om uit te checken. Tevens beetje jammer dat het zwembad was gesloten.
Voor de rest, schoon appartement en ook dat is heel belangrijk
