The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. There was a machine at the front desk but the price was a little high for the small cups provide. The staff was incredibly nice and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Property seemed worn. In a residential area, far from amenities. Parking garage was dark and scary. Public transportation was limited. Neighbouring room guests were very loud, for both nights we stayed. Room was large. Bathroom was large, however we could not regulate the water temperature for a shower.

Stayed there for a week (work-related trip). Nice, quite area, although a bit far away from local amenities in the town centre. Nice staff who were ready to change my apartment when I said I needed a microwave. Some TV sets are a bit old.

We stayed there for two nights. In light of the comfort and the value for money, we stayed for an additional night. My son enjoyed the swimming pool while I enjoyed the kitchen, making a lot of Spanish meals and having great time together with the family.

Nos ha gustado mucho!, el aparramento es amplio y limpio. Incluia una terraza y otra cuestion es que tiene aparkamiwnto gratuito al redwdor. Tambien esta a 5 minutos en co he una estacion de metro para ir y enir al centro de Sevilla. Al lado, 1 minuto del Hotel, hay una tienda muy buena para vomorar cosillaa y a nosotros nos sirvio mucho. Es un excelente sitio. Bol eremos!

Nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Pensábamos que estaba más cerca de Sevilla y cada viaje en taxi nos costaba 25€ (nos hubiera rentado coger un hotel en Sevilla. La habitación adaptada con muy poca luz, la habitación y el teléfono no iba (la televisión nos la arreglaron al momento). Los recepcionistas muy majos eso sí y la habitación limpia. En resumen mala ubicación para ir a Sevilla sin coche y mucho gasto en taxi

Apartahotel en un entorno muy agradable
El hotel está ubicado en una urbanización muy bonita, a 20 min andando del metro de Mairena. Está algo desactualizado, habría que sustituir algunas cosas que están un poco viejas pero la habitación era muy amplia, muy luminosa, estaba limpia y tenía lo necesario para poder cocinar. Tiene una amplia y bonita piscina que no pudimos disfrutar por viajar en invierno. Fuimos con nuestra perra y nos cobraron 10 € por día pero al menos nos dieron un detalle para ella que no es lo habitual.

Simon Verde bot ein geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes und suaberes Appartement in bester Lage. Freundliches und überaus hilfsbereites Personal. Erheblich preisgünstiger als vergleichbare Hotels in der Innenstadt von Sevilla. Besonders vorteilhaft für einen Besuch Sevillas ist der kurze Weg von ca 2Km zum kostenlosen Parkhaus der Metro. Es sind nur wenige Stationen bis zur Haltestelle Puerta Jerez am Rande der Altstadt. Besonderheit der Metro ist die Tatsache, dass man mit keine Fahrkarte zu kaufen braucht, Kreditkarte am Eingang und am Ausgang scannen.

Hotel bien situé a quelques minutes en voiture du metro pour se rendre dans le centre de seville. Stationnement facile autour de l'hôtel. hotel calme. Nous y sommes restés 7 jours et la chambre est mise a jour tous les jours.

El hotel esta en un buen sitio pero el estado de las habitaciones esta muy mal. Mantenimiento cero. paredes sucias, reformas mal hechas, muebles viejos y rotos. puertas que no se han pintado desde la inauguración y la presión y el ajuste del agua pésimo. No te podías duchar. Podrían cobrar mas y tener el hotel en buenas condiciones pues el sitio y el edificio merecen la pena.

En mi opinión la calidad- precio no es la mejor. Las habitaciones son bastante antiguas y habría que cambiar puertas, colchones, Luces… El precio no era barato y también la ubicación estaba bastante alejada. En hacer el check in tardamos media hora, muy lento el servicio.
