If they put half as much effort into the rooms as they did famcying up their foyer, this would be a fantastic stay. Instead the beds were quite uncomfortable, our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were brown fingerprints on the walls. I shudder to think about what caused them.

We were attending a family wedding so family flew in from various parts of the world. We all booked through Expedia. Some got great rooms and some got rooms that honestly did not look like they were part of the hotel - including both rooms I had booked.

This hotel is perfect for those with car or willing to arrive via public services, i.e. taxi, Uber, etc. The hotel is doing some renovations (9/25) so it looks a bit messy outside but very clean and nice inside. Close to some shopping sites and restaurants but a bit difficult to get to them walking.

The location is great if you have a car to park. We didn't use the service, but the hotel does have shuttle services to nearby Metro station.

However, the hotel cleanliness is below standard for a supposed 4 star hotel. Dust bunnies all over the room, constant smell of cigarettes in the hallways and overall not a friendly staff.

This was the third hotel during our vacation, and by far the least desirable one. I would rate it as a 3 or 2.5 star hotel based on the experience and overall appearance of the place.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are basic but well service daily. I would stay here again but be aware the shuttle is unreliable and inconsistent. We stood outside waiting for it for 40 min only to be told it isn’t running that day as the driver was sick. We ended up resorting to uber and taxi’s as we got tired of the consistent wait..

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and had a bad smell, which made it uncomfortable from the start. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic — it was far from quiet, with lots of noisy kids running around.

The breakfast buffet was another letdown. It wasn’t clean, and the hot dishes were cold and poorly prepared. I expected much better, especially for the price. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

The main atrium of the hotel is very attractive and modern looking. Unfortunately our room, although generously sized, was dated and rather “down at heel”. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and of a high standard but we could not find any hotel restaurant for an evening meal. There was however, a coffee & snack outlet.

The hotel is not advertised, non of the basic items are in the hotel, rooms foesnt have electric kettle or evn coffee machine, a small box of tissue paper is in the room that has only 4 tissues. The fridge doesnt cool. The room conditions are for a 2star hotel. Lobby is the only things thay 4 star, the ovetall hotel is cheap, they dont even change the towels when they clean the room , they only make the beds. I wouldnt recommend this hotel, rooms are 2star and lobby should be 3 star, not good at all gor the price! The room has no view and is blocked

Really professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Having a large refurbishment and we had a up graded room, still a but nosy in the front of the hotel near the taxis and coaches pick up. A wide range of breakfast dishes and very nice apart from the hot food could be hotter.

Exterior is under renovation but did not affect our stay, the interior lobby area was excellent well designed bright and roomy bar/food area was well laid out with lots of space and tv areas.
The room we had was big but dated with seperate tv area problem was tv was old and was unable move it close to the bed.There were no electical outlets near the bed so had to charge phones overnight. Hotel had a shuttle bus too and from the train station which was great especially in the rain although it was only a 15min walk and trains were very regular didnt wait long if one was full.
Food and staff were good overall a pleasant stay and once the renovations are completed which hopefully includes the rooms we would stay there again.

I liked the comfort of the room, very comfortable. I didn't like the breakfast unless you want to have a fried egg or cold scrambled eggs for breakfast, very cold, just like the other hot products, totally cold for breakfast. Also if you want a glass of ice it's impossible for them to give it to you. You don't have the right to a glass of ice. In short, never again in this hotel and they should learn from the hotels in the USA, all with iceboxes and hot breakfasts.

This hotel is 3 star at the very best. Overall seemed outdated. Limited variety available at breakfast time, we stayed for 9 nights and the last day they had no fresh eggs for no reason whatsoever. We stayed in the premium suite which did not provide us with a dressing robe, slippers and to our surprise, no kettle. If you plan to have an early morning/late night tea or coffee then bring your own kettle. Also be aware of the cost for laundry, we found out the hard way where they charged us to €56 for half a small bag of washing. The instructions and price list was not clear. I asked the lady at the front desk about the prices and they informed me that it was €4.50 for a bag of laundry, instead it was per item. Who charges €4.50 to wash one sock? I expressed to the staff had I known it was this expensive I would have gone to the mall down the road to buy new socks rather than pay them €56. Utterly disappointed, we would not be staying in this hotel again. The positives, free parking and fairly clean.

Dead cockroach on seat cushion by us

There was a dead cockroach on the seat cushion where we were sitting while we were at the breakfast buffet. I informed a supervisor who used a nearby pillow to remove the insect onto the floor that landed under a plant pot (see attached photo). Very disgusting to say the least.
