Very nice hotel with large room, living and bedroom, very clean and beautiful.
But: Far from city centre and not easy access. Our room's safe (they tried to fix, bit not on time and we just left valuawith reception and left for the day) and AC didnt work(we just left windows open and didn't bother to onform staff).
Washroom sink was almost blocked (we didnt infrom staff, just used bathub faucet.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights on a half board regime. Unfortunately the check in was really poor. There was a lady who clearly does not have qualifications to work at the reception. First we arrived at 2.30 ( spanish time) and the rooms were not available yet. No time was given to when would they make it ready and assumed we were ok with this or this is a normal practice when check in is from 2pm. No apologies offered, only offered to leave our bags at the luggage area. No explanations given about tje hotel. Very poor and disappointing start! Half board is a joke. Main course is very small portions and you cannot even read anywhere what are the options and what does it contain. If you are lucky to have a nice person serving you like we had our first night then you might enjoy. Second night we had a young man who does not have a clue how to serve food or behave with guests. It just makes you want to leave and never come back.
Breakfast is OK. Nothing too Wow for a 4 start hotel, which clearly is a 3* pretending to be a 4*.
Rooms are spacious but the room cleaning service is just making beds and wipe of toilet. Floor is not hoovered!
Did not go to the pool area so cannot comment.
There is a coffee room downstairs near the reception but again very badly kept. Makes you feel unwelcome!
Not a place to enjoy the hotel but ok to visit and do like bed and breakfast.
There is free parking outside so is a bonus.

This is not a 4-star hotel, even though the lobby looks nice. Details below -
Cleanliness: My bathroom tub had visible peeling and rust, and it looked like a bunch of caulk was slapped on to hide dirt and age — a poor attempt at renovation. The shower grout had black mold/mildew that came off easily with a scratch, so I don’t understand why housekeeping misses it. They seem to do the bare minimum. Dirt and luxury cannot coexist. A standard room should be as clean as a suite.

Facilities: Guests can’t control the air conditioner temperature. Seville is hot in October, and 22°C was the lowest setting, with barely any air flow. I ended up sweating through two nights until I requested a mobile AC/fan, which made all the difference. The pool, however, was a lovely amenity - clean, relaxing, and one of the few highlights of my stay.

Noise: You’ll hear hallway chatter and doors slamming. The hotel should invest in soft-close doors and better soundproofing.

Staff: Staff were helpful and responsive, though I’d recommend having a bilingual person at the front desk more consistently to assist tourists.

Hotel was very good but I have to say, my family got embarrassed during breakfast. I prepaid breakfast but the personnel who should have been at the front to greet people coming in were not there at that time. She eventually caught up and asked for my room number to which I replied back. After 1 minute or so, in the middle of the breakfast area, she says to me in a commanding and very audible voice 'No No No. . . You have not paid for breakfast'. And she does this that everyone in that room could hear. My family was embarrassed. She should me the list and there are the names of four of our family members. I expected more from this hotel as it gives an impression of professionalism at best. But I felt treated like a 'gate crasher'. Not professional enough for an international clientele. Needed more training. It is difficult for me to recommend this hotel to my friends because of such experience.

We loved our stay at Vertice! The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were extraordinary, very helpful and informative about tourist attractions as well as guiding us to transportation. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, juices, fruits, and more, and we enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the pool. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you are with family.

Cannot fault the restaurant staff Lovely people and food excellent

The hotel is blended with apartments that are often semi permanently rented. This means dog noise and smoking around the rooms. Noise transmission is really bad.

We arrived middle of October in 29degrees and told the pool was closed for refurbishment.

We stayed in both the hotel and apartments, hotel rooms are nice enough but quite worn. The apartment was really worn out and many broken fittings. It was dirty and needed a refit.

The Vértice and apartours are over priced for what they provide. Domocentre apartments 500 meters away are much nicer and better value.

Sorry Vertice. :(

It was just a stopover for a night while travelling. It was easy access from the highway. We were able to park, relax and have a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. There was good variety for breakfast but the food could have been hotter.

Nice hotel with room for improvement!

This is a very nice hotel located close to Seville, we had a car so it took us 15 minutes to get to the Center. The only issue we had was the silverfish in the cabinet of the kitchenette, it made us feel the place is not clean and made us not wanting to use the kitchen. I believe they can spray the rooms to get rid of the insects. Breakfast was included but not the best we have had.

The staff serving the breakfast were a bit unpleasant. We were told that the breakfast opens at 8:00am. We had a long drive and wanted to leave quickly. The waiter in charge arrived 15 mins later and was a bit rough and not apologizing for the delay.

What a beautiful place!

We had just flown into Madrid early the morning of our stay, and driven to Sevilla. The beds were comfortable and we all slept so very well!

The whole place was very clean and welcoming!

It was so convenient to have the free parking garage as well.

The breakfast was also amazing and we might go back again just for that! ;)

Thanks for a wonderful trip!

The location is not close to anything. They haves a pool outside and it’s is closed and no indoor pool. The rooms a VERY small. We were there end of April and they still had the heat on the building and we could NOT turn on air conditioning. Staff is not friendly or helpful.

The room was sparkling clean and furnishings worked well and were new. In general it was a good and comfortable stay, but there was room for improvement by having extra blankets. Bath tub was a good size and showers worked well. The check-in was very quick and efficient, and for some odd reason they said the Comfort double room doesn't include free parking but the Hotels.com listing says it does (see screenshot). But the reception just provided it without argument, which was great.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Can be VERY busy when coach load of tourists all come for breakfast at same time!
Room did not have a fridge (but on all previous visits there was a fridge). It did have a kettle, but a kettle on its own isn't much use and I don't think they should bother providing it.
WiFi is slow.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Secure car parking is re-assuring.

I only stopped overnight on my way from the Algarve (Portugal) to Malaga (Spain).
CAUTION: The hotel address is 1 Avenida de la Republica Argentina, Bormujos, Seville, .There is also an Avenida de la Republica Argentina in Seville. Make sure you enter Bormujos as the city.in your GPS or you'll end up in Seville (as I did) instead of Bormujos.

This is not a four star hotel.

Room was spacious and in relatively good condition. On the downside free parking was not provided as advertised unless you could find a spot on the street. For a four star hotel they need to literally clean up their act. Hallway carpets were stained, bed cover had stains on it, maid service did not replace dirty glasses. There was a kettle in the room but no cups, coffee or tea. Worst of all was the dirty condition of the street adjoining the hotel which was littered with garbage and dog feces. Since the hotel was the only building on this street they need to make it a better appearance. Bus service to Seville was a 20 minute walk to the bus stop.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Seville. The hotel is far from city center and requires use of public transportation or taxi to go to city center or sight seeing spot.

Our air condition did not work and had to sleep in very warm room. Staff was helpful. Discuss with manager about ac situation and did not provide any compensation.

I recommend this hotel if you are okay to stay away from city center.

We only stayed here for one night. The location was in an quiet neigbourhood and 15 minutes away from central Seville by car. Bus was also quite accessible from the hotel. We had a comfortable and quiet night during our stay. I would recommend this hotel if you dont mind travelling another extra 15 mins to the town centre, and also perfect as it is not too far from the airport which took us under 20 minutes by car in the morning. We would stay here again! P.s. Staff were friendly and helpfull as well

Very good overall, rooms were nice overall. Clean though showing a little age. Breakfast was excellent. We checked in late with a large ggroup of my rooms and ended up with a smoking room and a room with a broken air conditioner. They could do anything as they were full but the next morning they swapped rooms for us. The neighborhood is industrial and has zero amenities, a little rough so only stay here If you have a car.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2007, dissapointed with most recent stay. Asked to extend my stay one more night at the same rate I booked online and they weren't willing to do so. They dont appreciate loyal customers so I stayed at another hotel (4 star) instead. Customer service needs improvement

Aljarafe is a little ways outside of the centre of Sevilla. This proved not to be a problem for us, however, as the hotel would shuttle us to the city centre every day we wished and would pick us up again in the evening as well.

Even though our Spanish wasn't the best, the genuinely friendly staff went our of their way to help us.

Used as a comfortable base for a week of skydiving

It's a large modern facility and more comfortable than the slightly basic establishments frequented by many of my skydiving colleagues. It seems to cater mainly for coach loads of tourists and conferences/events.
Recption staff are helpful and speak at the very least a basic level of English. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and have wifi. There is secure parking and depending on the deal this may be included or cost extra. Whatever the case I recommend using it as I saw a couple of parked cars being damaged by unbelievably careless driving nearby! The pool and surrounding deck etc looked inviting but (i) I didn't have time and (ii) it was a little early in the season. The only \"facility\" I used was breakfast. It was a fairly standard buffet and likely to provide something for most tastes. My only irritation with it was the limited number of small tables for individual guests. The place was full of large round tables for groups and occasionally I found sitting at one of those was my only option.
If you are there to visit Seville it is some distance out of the city, so think about why you are there and transport options. For me the drop zone at La Juliana was an easy drive and with a few eateries etc in an arcade type area within easy walking distance the location was perfect.

The hotel was too far from the centre and although there is a bus service this finishes too early and doesnt run too often so it is too expensive for taxi etc. The hotel does offer a courtesy bus which is great if u want to go to the city in the morning. Plenty of on street parking available free and easy to find off the a49. Pool isnt heated. Bar staff friendly and welcoming. Had to pay extra for a king size bed :(. Air con is controlled centrally and is fixed at 22c you cant change it. Room was clean.

Good for 1 night to be close to the airport only.

I found the room not so clean: it was a twin room, and the 2nd bed was done but the sheets were not changed from previous client (wrinkled sheets, some hair and other stuff in there). The washroom water was running....not really kept up.

When check in there was only 1 person and she was so busy that they needed to be 2 staff there. (the poor girl). It took 20min to check in.

The pool area is nice.

1 Staff on reception, in the bar and restaurant spoke sufficient English for me to communicate with them (and there were English menus).
2 Occupancy was VERY low and that possibly meant that staffing had been reduced. Examples of insufficient staff were: nobody to check me in at breakfast, so I wasn't charged for 3 breakfasts (and although when checking out I said I'd had breakfast every day, they still didn't charge me!); no reply from room service on the only occasion I tried to use it; VERY restricted breakfast on one day (but with apology from the staff).
3 Location is very convenient for the main A road heading West of Seville. There are a few bars and low-end restaurants (McDonalds) within a few minutes walk.
4 It is a large business type hotel with conference/banqueting suites.

Nice Hotel,good service,and pleasant staff.too far out of Seville to really recomend unless you have a car,buses ok and only 1.35 euros to town from the lower bus stop every 15minutes near burger king on roundabout one bus every hour from outside hotel..40 euros to airport in taxi from hotel.Good tour on open top hop on hop off bus.
Must visit the bull ring and the old monastry which loks like it was a ceramics factory huge inside with lots of little exhibitions.
Cathedral and Palace worth a visit all of these 8 euros to go in.
Didn't try the hire cycles but looks like a good laid out route and plenty of places to leave the bikes and start again.Seville is a smashing place to visit avoid the sunday market it's a very poor boot fair (junk)

Very decent hotel for the price

The hotel for its price is unbeatable. It is a 4-star and very impressive from inside. Its breakfast is 5.4 euros which is the least expensive I have seen in Europe. It has a small pool.
Its location is a bit far from the core tourist area as the hotel is in another city/village called Bormujos, but by bus it takes 10-15 min only. You can take bus: 157, 159 or 163 (this is the most frequent bus). I stayed there with my family including 2 kids. I would definitely go back to it.

It hotel was up to date. There was ample parking. It had a large pool. It was fairly easy to get to. The room was quite large for the rate paid. It was a small suite with all the amenities expected. It was a great spot to stay while visiting Sevilla.

Nos hospedamos solo una noche pero la experiencia fue excelente. Es un hotel grande, con instalaciones propias de un centro de convenciones. Se nota que fue construido desde un inicio como hotel: amplio, funcional y cómodo.

La habitación era moderna, con tetera, creo que mini refrigerador, buen aire acondicionado y elevadores en perfecto estado. El check-in fue rápido y amable. Nos Además, hay estacionamiento disponible, lo cual facilita mucho la llegada. Todo estuvo en orden y nos sentimos cómodos en todo momento.
