The staff are very attentive and the apartment was clean. If you have a car this is an ideal place to stay. Having a washing machine in the room made our vacation so much less complicated as we are away for three weeks. The metro station was only 5 minutes by car and for 1.90 we were in to Seville in four stops. Parking for the rental car is free at the metro stations. The room is very quiet.

ALERT! Be Aware! There are thief’s. Staff is also involved. We checked in yesterday. There was a shirt in the trees on behind the balcony. That’s the sign which unit to target. Some doors to the balcony do not close. We take valuables with us and docs in the safe. Nothing valuable to take. Someone did come in into the apartment while we were out for the evening. Out luggage has locks, they were reset. Also, when we came back in the evening, the key to the door was not working. How convenient for the thief’s as well. Do Not Book this place. Theft is ongoing here!!

The unit itself was very clean and we loved the stay once’s we checked in. We truly enjoyed the stay inside the unit. Ample parking and easy access via metro but parking at the station is a challenge - but entire Spain has a parking challenge. They should figure out a solution.

A good size rooms, washing machine and dryer available. Spacious areas and also im the common areas. However the bath towels and bed sheets have seen better days. A bit distant from Central Seville. Carpark underground. Staff very friendly. Restaurants and cafes around the corner. The kitchen is somewhat well equipped.

The apartment was amazing. I did not realize it was going to be a full apartment. They had a coffee maker with coffee pods in it. They even had a washer and dryer.. if I ever come back to Seville, I would most definitely stay here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their vacation in Seville. The front desk employees were amazing., they were so friendly and helpful and nice.

Address on the hotel website is similar to the near by shopping mall that caused my GPS guided in the middle of shopping mall in the middle of night. After some phone calls to hotel, the check in staff kindly sent me the correct address arrived safely. A little trouble for a communication in English with most front desk staff except one staff who came to our room to fix the heating issue. He also provided us with a valuable information on the city attractions and parking tips.

The property was disappointing. The staff was welcoming enough, but the property was not close to any restaurants or other amenities. We had to take a 15 minute Uber ride anytime we wanted to get something to eat. The apartment furniture was stained and not well maintained. There was also a bad sulphur oder in and around the property. Do not stay here.

I really wanted to give this property 5 stars due to confort and facilties they offer like a washing machine, an iron and an iron board, kitchen with microwave, and induction hob, and others.

1) The property management company tries to trick you, by trying to charge you twice over a portal sent via e-mail, even if you payed via hotels.com. You have to call them to figure it out. Also when you leave, the payed deposit is not returned even after 5 working days. Again I have sent an email to them to figure it out. The English language knowledge if pretty low, hence prepare yourself to learn some Spanish to solve thos issues.
2) I stayed for 5 nights, and all was well, until the last night, when I got a \"nice\" wake up call on 4 a.m. in the morning by hearing a woman moaning and very hard bed banging in the walls. Trust me is not the wake up call you want at 4 a.m. This last night felt like O was in cheap hotel or a brothel. Also pay attention if you have kids, and how you will explain what they just heard.

The property is great. Modern construction with all amenities you can need. Like living inal a small condo. Comes with kitchen washer dryer. Enough space rooms to store. Big bathroom. However You'll really need a car (plenty of spots) as the week-end the area is not served by public.transportation or Bus/metro are 1k away.

Its a bit out of the way for visitors without a car using public transport, but with a car it was fantastic as plenty of free parking in front. Quiet and safe area 24 hours manned reception - Receptionist was helpful checking me in, giving wifi instructions, recommendations for restaurants in the centre, etc. Fully self contained airconditioned flat with stocked kitchen, separate lounge, bed, bath areas. Coffee, toiletries towels washer dryer iron brooms mops etc provided. Blinds for hot sunny days. Limited dining options (variety) nearby but only accessible by car. I wanted to leave the car and use public transport to go into the centre one day but the nearest tobacco shop to buy the tourist pass was 20 mins away and they are only open in am or pm (siesta). Limited public transport was the only negative but everyone else is 10/10 definite recommend using a car

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais cela reste acceptable, surtout grâce au parking gratuit qui est un vrai avantage.
Cependant, la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont insuffisants ; plusieurs éléments essentiels manquent, ce qui rend l’utilisation de la cuisine difficile.
Les lits et le linge de lit sont assez usés. La canapé-lit en particulier n’était pas confortable du tout. J’ai même eu des piqûres d’insectes durant la nuit, ce qui laisse penser qu’il y a un problème d’hygiène ou de parasites cachés dans le mobilier. L’expérience de sommeil n’a donc pas été agréable.

Canapé-lit inconfortable. Climatisation très froide, impossible à régler. Salle de bain très bien, appartement spacieux. Volets roulants difficiles à manipuler bien que récents. Chambre très sonore, on entend beaucoup les appartements voisins. Le badge d'accès à la chambre devait être réinitialisé tous les soirs car ne fonctionnait plus. Stationnement facile, mais loin des transports publics (besoin de prendre la voiture ou un bus pour rejoindre le métro).

Estaba todo limpio excepto algunas cosas de menaje. El apartamento bien. Muy cómodo. Te brindan un código para ingresar por tu cuenta cuando llegas. En el primer piso hay una máquina expendedora de bebidas y algunos snacks que pueden salvarte cuando necesitas algo. Recomiendo Iberflat pero si alguien va sin coche, tener en cuenta que está lejos del centro de Sevilla, en bus es a una hora aproximadamente.
