Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. They were always smiling, no matter the time of the day. There were so warms and welcoming, made me feel comfortable as soon as I set foot in the lobby.
The only thing that could get better is the shower disposition, there’s only a tiny panel of glass which most large enough so you always end up flooding the bathroom floor but it’s easily fixed due to the numerous towels!
Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: The pool was closed and I didn’t see anything with the opening dates. The area is quiet and nice.

This place was perfect for us it looks so Spanish . You feel like you’re in a seen from the movie Zorro . Alexandra was amazing and very helpful. My wife and love the place . We had a car which was very helpful.

Very grand edifice and andalucian hacienda style. Spacious and interesting. Good value. Let down by the little things. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Thermostat in room didn't affect temp so 24-25° throughout in Jan. But overall excellent value in an interesting building.

A charming property that is in need of renovation. We booked the hotel because it had air conditioning (it was warm for late October) only to learn that the air conditioning was already switched over to heat. We therefore had to open the window and the street noise was excessive .

I will start by saying that the price is great, and the staff are very kind. The rooms are pretty and I wasn’t too hot despite the 90/40+ degree temperatures outside. That is where the pros end, unfortunately.
The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working, and it hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our stay, so there was nowhere to store food or drinks. There were extra blankets in the closet, but the one that is on the bed is so thin that it’s basically just a sheet. The pillows were horrifically uncomfortable, and I usually don’t say things like that. Dinner was fine, decently affordable but got old after the second day. We took a taxi to get dinner elsewhere on our third night. Breakfast was awful and should have been complimentary for how little there was. I hate to say it, but I feel like the hotel management counts on their remoteness and charges whatever they want for food in hopes that visitors will be too lazy to go elsewhere. The lobby is clean and smells great, but everything else just wasn’t up to par in terms of cleanliness. The door to our bathroom was broken, or just poorly maintained. It didn’t fit, I guess, because there was a loud screeching noise every time I tried to close it. I was afraid I’d broken it the first time, but I heard the same sound coming from multiple rooms.
I had high hopes for this four-star hotel, but I can say with confidence that it isn’t worth four stars, or your money. I’m sorry to the hotel staff, you all were very kind.

It’s a nice place out of the city. Amenities are great and the menu is good as well. It’s a nice place for relaxing as there isn’t much to do near by. Enjoyed my stay though!

I loved the staff! Very friendly and also helpful! To name a few, Luna who was the waitress and also bartender was super sweet and went above and beyond to service us. Fran and Beatriz at the front desk were also very sweet. Fran gave us a map and directions on how to get to the metro as well as good restaurant recommendation near by. We would definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Sevilla! Also, the rooms were comfortable. We all slept well. 😬

Cheap but not soo cheerful. Receptionist friendly but check in was slow as on her own. Entrance area looks grand. Room ok but aircon was not good. Fridge didn't chill anything properly, no kettle to have morning tea or coffee, not what I'd expect from 4 star. Pool and gardwn small, bins not emptied although were full at 6pm in evening and still full at midday the next day. Cigarette end all over grass and sugar sachets/napkins on floor. Cafeteria supposed to be open til midnight, lights off and shut about half hour before that!! Stayed in better equiped 2 star hotels. Some free toiletries, comb and shoe polish kit do not make up for other shortfalls

There was no wifi. there seemingly was no effort on the part of the front desk to correct the situation apart from shrugging the shoulders and saying there was nothing she could do. In fact, apart from the front desk clerk and one or two people in tbe onsite restaurant (that didn't even open until 8:30 pm!), no other personnel or staff seemed to be in the hotel.
Despite the fact we had requested a double bed our room was furnished with two small side-by-side twin beds. The room was very stuffy and smelled mouldy ....on the plus side however it was clean and quiet.

The hotel is located well to access Valencina de la Conception, Gines and Seville. Hotel YIT Vereda Real has a lovely, spacious reception area with clean and comfortable rooms.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful--one particular receptionist was lovely as she helped me to communicate in Spanish.
The only problem for me was the lack of of an iron-as I was visiting for a Christening event.

We stay in the grand floor next to the front dest the room quite clean but noise from the lobby and from the house keeping next door. The shower door is big hole is wet to out side door. I'm not sure it is ward part of the hotel or not as the price is on offer then we got this room. Stuff friendly the girl call Natalia at the bar is very very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the only negative is that the AC was barely functional, and our room was in general a bit hot. We could have been more comfortable. Just work hard to fix this issue and the hotel will be really great

The breakfast, which I paid extra for, is the worst I have had for some time. The hotel caters for coach tours due to the location to Seville. When attending the breakfast area at about 8.30 (not particularly late in my opinion) all the food was gone, an for only scraps left. It was only minimally replenished. The majority of tables were left dirtied with food and dishes uncleared. Despite this, the wait staff were more occupied talking in the back and putting out clean dishes, of which there were already plenty. Shame there was no food to put on them! The scraps that were remaining were clearly of poor quality, perhaps Lidl bull stock bread rolls and fake croissants. Really not good at all.

A little far out but good value
The hotel is a fair way out of Seville, about 30 minutes on the bus and there is a 20 minute walk into Gines, the nearest town to catch the regular bus. You can get a bus from the hotel but it's not regular and takes over an hour. However it is cheap to travel in, €1.55 each way, so overall good value. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee in the room and a view from our window. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were outstanding, very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The hotel had only just opened after the Summer break so there were not many people staying at this time. This was to our advantage. The hotel is an oasis among olive groves. It was beautifully decorated and spotless. Lovely gardens and pool.

Out of the way, but worth it!
Used this hotel as a stop over between Trujillo and Jerez. It was perfect: clean, spacious rooms and an excellent restaurant. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a restaurant and we didn't want to have to find one after a long day on the road. Usually hotel restaurants are mediocre at best but this one was excellent! Hotel had everything we wanted and after a very tasty breakfast, we were on our way to Jerez.

An excellent value hotel approx 20 mins drive from the centre of Seville. Good service from staff who were polite and efficient. A good choice for anyone visiting the Seville sights who wish to stay in a quiet rural setting. The Hotel transport to Seville was a big plus as it avoided the dreadful driving conditions in the city ! Would stay there again in the Spring/Summer when greater advantage could be taken of the attractive grounds.

Pleasant hotel, a bit out of the way of Seville
We stayed here for two nights as we were wary of staying in the centre of Seville after reading that we should avoid driving in the city - we later found driving in the city not a problem after all! The hotel is a way out of Seville, but it's easy enough to find your way to the city and they run a complimentary bus service which unfortunately wasn't running whilst we were there. The hotel is clean and seemed fairly empty when we stayed, we had a slight issue with the in room safe (our fault) and Elizabeth on reception was quick to come and help fix things. We never ate here so cannot comment on the food, but there were plenty of restaurants just down the road. It's a very safe area, and car parking is adequate and shady (very important in the heat!), my only criticism would be the pool which was very small and hardly worth bothering with. There is also a gym and a reading room - all for free - they also offer bikes which we didn't use but had we stayed longer might have. All in all, really pleasant!

Lo único que no consideraron fue que pese a que llegrmos muy tarde en la noche y que se trata de un hotel de descanso, les pedimos el favor de que extendieran una hora el check-out (programado para las10 am); sin embargo, fueron inflexibles. Hubieramos apreciado estar una hora más en el hotel para disfrutar de sus instalaciones. De resto, todo correcto.

Bien en esta ocasión en la zona lateral del bar se lío una buena porque según los escuchaba algún camarero se llevó dinero que no era suyo y pertenecía al hotel. Yo no sé si es cierto o no .era lo que decía el encargado. pero me preocupa poco . Creo que eso se lo puede decir a los empleados en una zona aislada de los clientes habrá salas o despachos. Bien en esta ocasión en la zona lateral del bar se lío una buena porque según los escuchaba algún camarero se llevó dinero que no era suyo y pertenecía al hotel. Yo no sé si es cierto o no .era lo que decía el encargado. pero me preocupa poco . Creo que eso se lo puede decir a los empleados en una zona aislada de los clientes habrá salas o despachos.
