In the middle of a huge park. This place is a campus of buildings. I had to walk to city blocks from check in to get to the building. Can’t imagine doing this in the snow or just trying to get food delivered to you. The unit has a kitchenette, which does not have a microwave to reheat food but has a refrigerator. The internet was there but didn’t work. This is normal in Poland, even at expensive hotels. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

I gave four stars instead of five because I didn’t like that the stuff working in the breakfast room started to clean the tables before the breakfast was over and the guests were still there. I couldn’t get my breakfast because my coffee was twice taken from my table without checking.

Property is good in a great location. Breakfast is also good. Rooms hardly have any plug points. Not one near the table or next to the cots. So charging a phone or laptop gets very difficult.

Family friendly apartments with boring breakfast

Nice apartments that are just in 5 minutes walk from the amazing sandy beach. The only problem was is the breakfast which was the same for 3 weeks with a very limited options to choose (crumbled eggs, 2 types of sausages, 2 types of pancakes and that's it).

Avoid waste of money

We travelled with family of 2 babies and 2 little children. We had 2 rooms booked. When we arrived we were asked to pay for weeks worth of parking at check in, painful with having to entertain children, could have been done later or after check out. Then there was a building site next to our apartment building. Our rooms were allocated there. The noise was loud and the view out of the room with builders looking in. Unacceptable especially after finding out there were other available rooms in different buildings. We were moved after complaining. They shouldn’t allocate those rooms until last resort. The rooms are average for a new resort. The beds were sunken and of poor comfort, obviously not to the standard I would have assumed for the price this place costs. The rooms don’t have air conditioning or a fan so they were extremely uncomfortable in the summer heat wave. The breakfast and dinners were average, variety and quality was poor and too much crowding with the whole resort coming for breakfast time at the same time. They should have 2 seperate eating areas for a resort this size with so many children. We didn’t use the pool as it was extremely small and stunk severely of chlorine. For the price this resort charges I should have stayed in a hotel. We stayed here as golden tulip have a good reputation in other areas of Poland but this location I wouldn’t recommend. They obviously rely on non repeat customers as it’s a popular location-sopot. Sorry but we left disappointed

Extremely clean and comfortable

Deck staff very helpful,especially Aleksandra and Dominika.
Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.
We ate a buffet evening meal which was delicious.

Hotellet er bra plassert nær strand og ned fine rolige omgivelser. Vi hadde en romslig leilighet i ett av de omkringliggende husene. En av oss måtte sove på en sovesofa i \"stuen\" . Greit nok det men den nevnte sofaen knirket så ufattelig mye at den minste bevegelse vekket resten av familien. Det ble ikke skiftet håndklær under oppholdet så 1 sett m håndklær til 4 dager var litt lite. Frokosten var ok men veldig overbefolket. Maten generelt var ikke den beste hverken på frokost eller i restauranten. Fint bassengområde inne men vi fikk ikke nyttet dette mer enn en gang under oppholdet da en gutt spydde i bassenget og det føltes ikke så kjekt å dra tilbake etter det. Ellers hadde vi et fint opphold.

Communication could be better, did not get a reply to my inquiries before our arrival. Overall cleanliness was good. Reception is friendly. Staff was very pleasant. Water pressure in the shower was a disaster. Underground parking is very narrow and quite expensive. Location is perfect.

Nowo wykończone apartamenty. Mają niestety kilka mankamentów jak: brak gniazdka w sypialni, bardzo słabe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, brak kieliszków, ręczników papierowych/ścierki, płynu i gąbki. Naczynia stoją na wierzchu ze względu na brak szafek.
Przy tej cenie za nocleg parking mógłby być wliczony.
Na plus smaczne śniadanie ze sporym wyborem i świetna lokalizacja, blisko parków i plaży.

Hotellet var fint och servicen var bra. Lite dyrt plus att det låg lite off vilket gjorde att man inte kunde handla på ett enkelt sätt. Vi hade tänkt oss en billigare semester, men eftersom området var så turistigt var närliggande restauranger rätt dyra och det blev inte den budgetresa vi tänkt oss. Middagsbuffen var inte bra, vi åt bara frukost på hotellet. Nära stranden och både hotellpoolen och barnrummet var en hit enligt barnen.

Hotellet var ett väldigt trevligt familjehotell. Jättefin svit med mycket yta och förvaring. Det enda vi har att anmärka på är de hårda sängarna och de alldeles för stora kuddarna. Bad om en mindre kudde och fick det så det är bra. Läget är jättebra vid ett lugnt grönområde och nära fin strand, men lite långt till både Gdansk och Sopot. Men vi trivdes väldigt bra och kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden, innerhalb von 3 Tagen wurden zwar die Handtücher gewechselt, Betten nur 1x gemacht, Boden nicht zusammengekehrt oder staubgesaugt. Haare lagen im Bad auf dem Boden die ganze Zeit. Die Terrasse gehörte auch sauber gemacht. Lieder waren die Möbel dreckig. Hoffentlich stehen auch Sonnenliegen im Sommer dort, da die Terrasse riesen groß ist. Unmöglich einen Massagetermin zu kriegen - nur 1 Dame. Unmotiviertes Rettungsteam beim Pool. Das \"große\" (eigentlich sehr klein) Pool war wegen technischem Defekt geschlossen, das hat uns aber niemand gesagt. Wir sahen es wenn wir drinnen waren. Auf meine Frage wurde mir geantwortet: es gibt doch noch Kinderbecken , Whirpool und Sauna. Tja, mit einem 7-jährigen gehen wir weder in den Kinderbecken noch Whirpool oder Sauna.
Das Familienzimmer war groß uns schön mit großer Terrasse, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nette Dame in der Rezeption. Personal hat sich bemüht (abgesehen von Praktikanten im Restaurant, man könnte die Tische schneller abräumen und nicht einfach vorbeigehen und das, was am Rande steht, sammeln). Wir waren zufrieden.

Huoneisto 2 makuuhuoneen sviitti oli hieno, siisti ja riittävän kokoinen.
Siivous ja pyyhehuolto pelasi loistavasti.
Ehdottomasti kuitenkin kaipaisi erillistä wc:tä wc/kylpyhuoneen lisäksi. Ainakin kun matkassa on kaksi pariskuntaa.
Äänieristystä makuuhuoneissa ei myöskään ole.
Korkkiruuvi puuttui ja puolalaiseen palveluasenteeseen ei sovi sellaisen lainaaminen respasta tai ravintolasta, vaan pullot olisi pitänyt mennä avauttamaan ravintolaan.

Very good place to stay near the beach

We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel. Very kid-friendly. We have an apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom with bathtub, balcon. The toilet seat and high step were already prepared for our son when we arrived. They prepared also baby beds for families with babies. Breakfast included, very nice food, wide variety. There are plastic plates, bows, cutleries for kids in dining room :) and also a small table where they can draw and color when parents are eating.

There are pools, sauna. Small but warm and enjoyable with kids and babies. Friendly staffs, helpful. Only 5 minutes walk to beach. Public parks and playgrounds are all alround, but we used most of the time the playground in the hotel. There are also kids programm everyday.

I must say it was the best hotel experience we had so far. Very professional!

Dette er et stort hotell. De fleste gjestene var polske barnefamilier. Hotellet ligger 5 minutter unna stranden. Stranden e r fin, men det forutsettes at du har med alt du trenger. Solsenger etc kan ikke leies.
Greit med spisesteder på stranden. 10 minutter med buss til Sopot. Ca 40 minutter med bus/trikk til Gdansk. Rommene er store og fine. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales for de som vil slappe av. Et »merkelig» tilbud på et hotell som hovedsaklig ble brukt av barnefamilier var drikk så mye alkohol du vil for 55 sloty. Kulturforskjell?

Tolles Hotel oder soll man sagen Häuser?

Ich war mit meiner Freundin über Silvester da. Der Service an der Rezeption war hervorragend wirklich alle sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir haben Tipps bekommen zum Geld umtauschen. Dann ging es auch schon aufs Zimmer. Das hotel ist kein Klotz es handelt sich eher um mehrere Hause in denen dann mehrere \"Wohnungen\" sind. Das Auto haben wir direkt in der zu uns gehörenden Tiefgarage geparkt.
Wir hatten ein Studio. War wirklich toll & sauber
Bei unserer Dusche war leider die Halterung abgebrochen. Aber das wird wohl repariert worden sein.

Kommen wir zum Frühstück....
Unglaublich lecker mit frisch gebackenen Broten, leckeren Kaffee und Cappuccino und auch die Säfte waren super lecker. riesen
Auswahl immer was anderes.

Jättebra hotell med nära till stranden. Ok frukost men dålig meny för middag. Ingen värme i poolerna på spat men helt ok behandlingar!
Bra service och trevligt rent å fräscht! Tumme upp och kan helt klart tänka mig att åka tillbaka men då dock med barnen då det var väldigt mycket barnfamiljer där.

The hotel was close to the beach and in a quiet area. The rooms were large and had a good level of equipment. Breakfast was really good! Vegan was also found eating breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bus left in front of the hotel. I really liked the hotel!

Fint hotell

Hotellet är rent och fint, personalen är trevlig och frukosten bra. Hotellet ligger nära stranden där det var väldigt fint att promenera även nu vintertid. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där fler gånger.

Bekvämt hotell

Ett väldigt trevligt område! Lätt att ta sig till Gdansk, Sopot och olika köpcentrum i närheten med taxi. Kostade cirka 30-50 zl (cirka 100kr) med stor taxi som tog 6 pers att åka till Gdansk. Frukosten var väldigt god, rummen var stora (studio) och frächt! Den enda nackdelen var att det var lite lyhört från övervåningen, men annars inget att klaga på. Trevlig personal.

Bra hotel med bra frukostbuffé . Dålig service när det gäller spa . Går ut med att dom är ett spa hotel men det går varken att förboka online eller boka på plats . Endast en person dom utför behandlingar . Vi åkte dit för att göra div behandlingar och fick själva försöka hitta och åka runt med taxi . Åker troligen aldrig dit igen

Blisko do morza rzetelna obsługa POLECAM!!

Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie. Wszyscy bardzo mili do klienta i uśmiechnięci! Pokój z balkonem bardzo czysty, pachnący świeżością kuchania w pokoju wraz ze zmywarką i garnkami. Duża komfortowa łazienka z prysznicem. Śniadanie bardzo dobre można było się naprawdę dobrze i zdrowo najeść. Przede wszystkim Bardzo blisko do morza spacerkiem 2 min. JAK NAJBARDZIEJ POLECAM !

Bestilte 6 rom til seks personer og regnet oss som gruppe men dessverre ble vi regnet som 6 fri personer. Derfor var det vanskelig å få rom i samme bygning. Det var ikke noe kart over hvor det forskjellige lå av spa ,basseng og bespisning rom slik at vi søkte noe men resepsjonen var meget behjelpelig. i spiserommet var de lite behjelpelig med å skaffe bord til 6 personer, så vi måtte reise ut første dag. 3 av oss hadde problem med at nøkkelkortet ble deaktivert. ellers var hotellet bra. .

Hotel przereklamowany. Pokoje od ulicy - hałas, na szczęście udało się zmienić na pokój od strony placu zabaw. W dniu przyjazdu pokój nie gotowy nawet o 16:00. Sprzątanie pokoju sprowadza się do wymiany ręczników - czyli z czystością na bakier. Śniadanie to powtórka z PRL - gigantyczna jadalnia ze stolikami ustawionymi tak blisko że trudno pomiędzy nimi przejść. Kolejki do ciepłych dań. Podrzędna jakość niektórych potraw. Pozytyw - ciepłe i świeże pieczywo i dużo ekspresów do kawy (4 albo 5). Kawa średnia. Basen i strefa SPA za małe jak na rozmiary hotelu - wiecznie zajęty tłumami gości (nic dziwnego skoro basen ma wymiary 8x4m tak około). Jedynie o 8 rano przez 15 minut jest pusto. Parking podziemny ciasny. Niewygodne przejście z parkingu do hotelu (poprzez SPA - tropik). Ogólnie hotel nie warty swej ceny.

stort byggprojekt på granntomten pågår 6 dgr i veckan

Gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Schlafsofa

Wir waren nun bereits zum 2x dort. Jedoch war der 2 Besuch eher aus der Not geboren. Wie beim 1x lässt das Fruehstuecksangebot nicht zu wünschen übrig. Die Appartememts sind gut ausgestattet und sehen gut aus.
Wellness und Pool leider wieder nicht genutzt ( was man ja mit zahlt , das es dieses Angebot überhaupt gibt) .

Spielplatz könnte mehr hergeben und Spielzimmer ist gut.
Die Damen die dort Kinderschminken etc. Anbieten sind echt super!
Das Schlafzimmer ist zu klein für ein Kinderbett sodass dieses im Wohnbereich stehen muss. Für zu dritt ist das Bett zu klein und wenn einer auf das Schlafsofa ausweicht , sollte er die 70 Kilo wohl nicht überschreiten.
Ist wohl eher für die Kids gedacht !
Lage des Hotels sehr gut !

Werden es aber nicht noch einmal buchen .... Da dass Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis in den Ferien nicht mehr gerechtfertigt ist!

Lugnt och trevligt med bl.a. inomhuspool och garage i källarplan...
