This is probably the first 4 star hotel in Italy that exceeded my expectations on every count. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and within easy drive from some beautiful towns in Liguria. The rooms are nicely appointed and the staff are exceptional. The choices at breakfast are also very good and the small village itself is a hidden gem. If the hotel had a spa and a small boutique, it could be considered for a 5 star.

Ok hotel with nice views and pleasant staff but no 4* service or extras. Very standard service yet very expensive.

Odd arriving home and having to walk through the cake cutting ceremony at a wedding that took over the whole hotel.

Also emailed about Chromecast left on room but no reply.

Beautiful setting with a private beach.

Awesome location! Private beach. Loved the bicycle theme! Loved riding their bicycles on the famous coastal trail. Watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean from our room was awesome! What we weren't crazy about was dinner. Dinner was not so great. The air conditioner in our room was not so great. The Wi-Fi was not so great. But it was still a nice hotel to stay in and I would recommend it.

An nice contemporary style hotel in a good location. A friendly welcome at reception, lovely big room, free wi-fi, very good choice at breakfast, free parking and it's own beach. Right next to a marina and a 10 minute walk along the sea front to the village of San Lorenzo al Mare. Not much in the village, but worth the walk for the restaurants, which are great value.

Minus points? Well despite having it's own beach, residents are still expected to pay for the sun loungers, and some of the things that cost extra at breakfast are a bit cheeky.

Despite that, I'd recommend it and would definitely go back.

Wonderful long weekend

My husband, dog, and I just spent 3 nights here and it was a wonderful experience!! The staff was so helpful and the food and service were great! Nice, little private beach. The pista bicycle path start is really close to the hotel.

Good directions to exit the highway, but after finding two good signs indicating direction of hotel, we actually passed it as the sign outside the hotel was inadequate - difficult to turn around and come back. Receptionist extremely pleasant and spoke excellent English; room was attractive with sea view and very large balcony. Dinner in hotel was delicious and service was good; however breakfast area is uncomfortable for sitting; breakfast products adequate to good.

It was nice hotel, but hotel service was TOOOOO SLOW. For example... i was waiting for menu for 15 minutes... for lunch around one hour. Air condition system was controlled from the reception, so it was impossible to adjust the proper temperature in the room by myself. But other stuff was quite good. Nice beach, nice room.

Well situated with private beach and marina exiting the lobby. Nice, small and modern, well furnished. Good breakfast and quality restaurant for a nice dinner. Free parking and bike to ride in the area. Helpful staff that hardly speak English. We enjoyed our stay.

We hebben 3 nachten in een suite overnacht. Positief: kamer was heel schoon, ruim en fijn balkon. Ligging hotel aan een klein strand en parkeergarage, een paar stappen van het fietspad. Ontbijt was gevarieerd, vers fruit en veel soorten.
Ter verbetering:
- douchestraal was zo klein dat mijn man zich niet goed kon douchen.
- Personeel was correct, maar kwam niet verwelkomend over, zoals we van Italianen gewend zijn.
- Restaurant hadden we graag willen eten maar als individuele kleine tafel met klein kind zouden we pas na een grote groep worden geholpen die er nog niet eens zat. Dus zijn we weg gegaan.
Spa wilde ik uitproberen maar €90 voor 45 min massage vonden we echt te duur.

La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite. Chambre spacieuse avec accès direct à la plage.
Ménage sous le lit à revoir, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas.
Plage pas entretenue.
Restaurant sur place, vue dominante sur la marina mais vraiment trop cher pour ce qu’il y’a dans l’assiette. Quand sur le menu est noté légumes grillés et que l’on a 3 ronds de pommes de terre frits. Rizzoto aux crevettes avec Une seule crevette etc.
Petit déjeuner varié .
Accueil peu chaleureux.
Spa qui n’est pas sur place et quand je demande où il se trouve on me répond la bas….

Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec un surclassement en prime. Hôtel et personnel très biens.
Chambre très confortable et propre avec une très belle terrasse dans notre suite.
Système de tv compliqué et peu fiable.
Mais tout le reste a été super pour notre week-end en couple. Plage au pied de l’hôtel très agréable.
Peu d’activités en hiver mais c’est plutôt normal.

Rien à dire, établissement vraiment impeccable - l'accueil et les renseignements au check-in, le SPA privatisé pour deux heures (et les bulles du jacuzzi... et du prosecco offert), la suite vue mer qui nous a fait profiter d'une belle lune la nuit et du lever du soleil le matin, le restaurant bien sympa avec personnel au petit soin pour le dîner comme pour le petit déjeuner... séjour fort agréable pour des retrouvailles entre copines au top ! Mille mercis, on reviendra :)

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber die Lage ist nicht top.

Das Hotel selber ist super, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung sehr freundlich.
Was für negativ war ist, dass es - entgegen dem Angebot - keine funktionierende Ladestation für unser Elektroauto gab. Diese gehören offenbar zum Hafenanbieter und dieser scheint bankrott gegangen zu sein.
Der Strand entsprach nicht den Bildern. Es scheint als ob dieser noch umgebaut wird.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht 4 Sterne würdig!!!!
Preis Leistung SEHR überteuert, ist ein Hotel max 3 Sterne.
Einzig Positive ist der Strand.
Sauberkeit bei Ankunft ok. Während der Woche wurde das Zimmer sehr oberflächlich gereinigt.
Zum Beispiel Gläser und Tassen wurden nicht gereinigt oder gewechselt.
Minibar war LEER!
Wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick gebucht, uns wurde erst nach Intervention das entsprechende Zimmer mit einem Aufpreis von Euro 100,00!!!!! pro Tag gegeben.
Also insgesamt ist die Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert!!

Un hôtel agréable au demeurant. Petit déjeuner néanmoins décevant par son choix et les modalités de service (procédure COVID?) La demie pension (Diner) est par contre à opter car la nourriture de très bonne qualité. (35€ par personne hors vins (très onéreux à mon goût: 30-35€/bouteille). Un gros bémol cependant et qui aurait pu gâcher complètement notre séjour est la réception d'équipes cyclistes qui ont accaparés la salle du restaurant, repoussant les clients en couple à diner en retrait de la salle prévue à cet effet. Décevant sachant que nous étions venu également pour le cadre agréable avec vue du restaurant de l'hôtel. Un hôtel agréable au demeurant mais peut être pratiquant des prix excessifs surtout dans cette configuration en sortie de l'hiver

Si nota la mancanza di una gestione alberghiera manageriale: personale di buona volontà ma senza una guida, menù del ristorante non adeguato al livello dell’hotel (infatti non abbiamo mai cenato da loro), ecc. Non si sta male, tutt’altro, ma non riescono ad arrivare all’eccellenza. Hanno la fortuna che la posizione in cui sono fa dimenticare tutto.

En natt var bra...

Riviera ligger en aning vid sidan av... Har du egen transport, bil eller så, inga problem. Egen liten strand och på andra sidan en liten Marina. Bra service. Trevlig bar. Bra frukost. Restaurang maten är inte upp till samma nivå. Med tanke på priset borde maten vara betydligt bättre.
Att som jag bara stanna en natt var utmärkt.
Sova med öppen dörr och lyssna på vågorna var fint 😉

Privatstrand kostet extra!

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil auf ebookers steht, dass es einen privaten Strand hat. Das Problem: Pro Tag kostet das 30 Euro für 2 Personen!

So etwas sollte entweder inkl. sein oder wenigstens geschrieben sein!

Dann besser an den öffentlichen gleich nebenan...

Sonst eigentlich alles ok.

L' hotel è bello e curato e il personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza era a piano terra e dava su un giardinetto privato che consentiva molta tranquillità.la stanza era adatta a persone con disabilità e forse x questo mancavano i porta asciugamani in bagno e se ci fossero state messe due persone sarebbe stato scomodo. Il servizio puntuale : cambiavano gli asciugamani anche 2 volte al dì se necessario. Spiaggia migliorabile..da tenere un po' più in ordine.

not worth it! Save your money for a real 4 star.

Service was horrible. never seen that lazy unorganized stuff. also should they wear clean shoes and Pants. the Hotel was very used for a 4 Star. the chairs and tables had lots of dents and scratches and had a secondhand feel.
we had black mold in the shower and it smelled from bleech that we got a bad cough. the bedsheets where dirty aswell and we had to ask the stuff twice to come and change it and clean the mold. not cool!
the spa was 50euro for one our, and a coke at the bar was 3euros wich is ridiculously expensive. i dont mind paying that much but then i want a proper four star hotel wich Hotel Riviera dei Fiori is not at all and the drinks served to the beach. also the restaurant was pretty much expensive and they served a tiramisu wich was basically only biscuits drenched with coffee an whipped cream on top. we ate there once and never again.
also the stuff could not handle the reservations of the beachbeds and umbrellas. they told us to handle it by ourselfs.
the bed itself was harder than sleeping on the flour. instead of a wellnes stay we had a stay wich caused backpain and sleepless nights. actually the beachbed was more comfy than the bed.
the area is pretty dirty because people lthrow their garbage everywhere and the italians dont clean up or dont care. its a shame. both Imperia and San Lorenzo where so dirty and smelled like pee everywhere that we where disgusted.
we never book tehre again.
its a shabby 3 star hotel imo.

Notre séjour ces très mal passer grâce à une employé NUL qui ne comprenais rien sourire bêtement tous le long de notre conversation on ces retrouvé dans la rue sans chambre ni où aller heureusement j'ai trouvé un hotel4 étoile bord de mer SUPER
Je ne remercie vraiment pas l'hôtel rivière de fiorie ni son emploie francesca qui n'aide vraiment pas les clente habitué!!!!
Un couple ma raconte que francesca était vraiment désagréable avec eux.....je suis vraiment déçu je mettrait mes commentaire sur Google

Ho prenotato il mio soggiorno tramite hotel.com prenotando una camera Deluxe perché avendo contattato l hotel telefonicamente per chiedere eventuali prezzi ho visto che tramite il sito avrei rispArmiato .Premetto che ero giA stata ospite della struttura in una Deluxe .Per maggior sicurezza dopo la prenotazione online richiamo la struttura per avere conferma sul tipo di camera ecc e mi rassicurano sul tipo di camera Deluxe,32 m ,vista mare ecc.Al mio arrivo in struttura mi viene assegnata una camera poi subito dopo sento che le signorine addette parlando fra loro dicono che visto che la mia prenotazione era con hotel.com mi cambiano camera e me ne assegnano una che appena la vedo riconosco come Superior vista porto loro insistono ma poi me la cambiano con un altra Superior spacciandomela per Deluxe questo confermato quando alla mia partenza nn sapendo che avevo già pagato mi viene chiesto l importo relativo a tale camera!!!!risultato ho pagato di più per una camera che valeva meno!!!peccato !!!mi piaceva la struttura e anche la gentilezza del personale ma chi dà loro queste indicazioni? Mi sono sentita presa in giro più volte nn credo si addica neanche ad una struttura con una stella un simile comportamento!!!

Ein spontanes Wochenende hat uns zu diesem Hotel geführt, es liegt auch sehr schön, direkt an dem wunderbaren Fahrradweg, es war allerdings leider zu viel Wind und wir konnten nicht fahren. Was wir nicht wussten, genau an diesem Wochenende war im Hotel eine Ausstellung rund um die Hochzeit, erst mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln wegen der Musik und Lautstärke, allerdings eine bessere Kategorie, aber dort hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert, und der Frühstücksraum war auch nicht zu benutzen wegen der Messe, also Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, mit dem Kaffee hat es nicht sonderlich geklappt, zu klein, zu kalt! Aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok, es gibt ein paar sehr gute Restaurants im Ort, und vielleicht werden wir das Hotel noch einmal buchen, denn es liegt sehr schön.

Très déçu je n'y retournerai pas

Séjour à la mer très déçu de l'hôtel la chambre n'est pas du tout comme sur la photo ne vous fier pas à la photo s'était tout abîmer le sol les mur la douche très sale avec moisissure a 6 h du matin réveiller on entend les gens crier parler donc pas de grâce mattiner le petit déjeuner il avait trois sorte de croissan et de la charcuterie rien d'autre le jus d'orange infecté en briquette c'est pas compliquer de presser des oranges surtout pour un 4 étoile la plage était sale plein d alge et des petite bête on veut même pas rentrer dans l'eau plage privée qui était compris dans le prix et au départ elle a était payante donc bon sinan au alentour c'était corecte pas grand chose à voir àpart la mer le restaurant pas tester car vue le petit déjeuner je n'est pas voulu personnel
À peu près corecte femme de chambre qui font la chambre en 3 min pas d'aspirateur rien juste a coup de serpiere alors avec le sable .... Tres dommage je ne recommande pas cette hôtel et il n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoile et surtout les photo du site ne vous y fier pas on entretien un 4 étoile on le laisse pas s'abîmer comme sa bref je n'y retournerai pas

Mere end jeg havde forventet

Super flot hotel, og flotte værelser.
Personalet var veltalende og venlige.
Man kunne dog godt ønske sig noget mere af kvaliteten af morgenmaden, da den ikke levede op til resten af hotellet høje standard.
Hvis det er muligt, så bed om et værelse på 2. sal mod marinaen, da udsigten herfra er skøn.

Lindo hotel en el puerto,con una simpatica playita privada.Reservamos una habitacion triple y en realidad nos dieron una doble con un catre(triples no tienen),resultaba un poco chica.Buen desayuno.Restaurant a precios accesibles.

Ett underbart ställe! Personligt, härlig inredning, mycket bra badrum, rent, bekvämt och direkt vid stranden.
Vi reser med vår labrador Fille. Vi fick ett stort vackert rum där de stora glasdörrarna öppnades mot egen liten trägård som gränsar till stranden.
En trerätters läcker middag fick vi levererat till vårt rum, vi satt ute och åt den till ljudet av vågorna mot stranden och vi fick som bonus, på lite avstånd uppleva ett bröllop som pågick på hotellet.
Vänlig och serviceinriktad personal.
På andra sidan av hotellet finns en fin marina.
Frukosten var också bra.
Hit kommer jag gärna igen.
Det enda om inte funkade till hundra procent var wifi uppkopplingen som vi blev utloggade ifrån hela tiden.
Detta var vår bästa hotellupplevelse hittills och vi har bott på en hel del hotell!

Elegant und direkt am Hafen

Da sich das Hotel direkt an eigenem Strand befindet, ist sehr angenehm. Wir waren im März, leider nur 2 Übernachtungen gebucht, konnten die ersten Sonnenstrahlen direkt vor der Haustür genießen. Unser Zimmer, mit ganzer Glaswand, war mit Blick aufs Meer und den kleinen Hafen mit vielen schönen Booten, wunderschönes Bild, herrlich wenn man morgens aufgestanden ist. Abends haben wir uns die Tischgruppe ins Zimmer reingestellt, den Sonnenuntergang, schöne Aussicht auf den kleinen Hafen und die Stadt San Lorenzo al Mare, die etwas höher gelegen ist und mit vielen, ihren Lichtern, sehr genossen.

Un hotel très moderne. Agréable et chaleureux. Seuls bémols: la douche est un peu froide en début de soirée et le GPS ne retrouve pas l'adresse exacte.
Personnel très sympathique et aidant.
Le cadre de l'hôtel est vraiment magique, j'y retournerai.

Ohne Essen/Frühstück ein schönes Hotel

Wir waren in der Nachsaison Anfang September und hatten ein schönes Zimmer am Meer.
Das Zimmer war sauber, im EG, und ein gutes Bad. Die Matratze war viel zu hart.
Das Personal am Empfang war zuvorkommend und nett, alles auf englisch. Das Frühstück war ätzend und ich weiß nicht, ob dies typisch italienisch ist. Wir hatten schon sehr gute Frühstückbuffets in Italien. Dies hier war lieblos aus der Tüte und die Rühreier rochen nicht wirklich nach Frühstück. Außerdem war das Personal in Speiseraum und Küche unqualifiziert und hatte, wie das Hotel, mit 4 Sternen gar nichts zu tun.
Genauso wars am Strand, keiner wollte den Strand sauberhalten.
Fazit: Mit anderem Personal rundherum, wäre es ein schönes Hotel gewesen.

Отличный отель. Для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть от суеты больших курортных городов. Свой песчаный пляж, уединенная бухта, тишина и покой. Жили в номере с патио на первом этаже. Номер просторный, вид на море, большой диван на улице... Восторг! Рядом Сан-Ремо. Всегда можно поехать и погулять в толпе народа, если соскучитесь...

gestyltes Hotel & Strand mit Luft für Verbesserung

Liest man die Homepage d. Hotels, könnte man meinen man hat ein Zimmer im Waldorf Astoria gebucht.... Sicherlich, es ist ein modernes, sehr gestyltes Hotel. Die Suiten m. Meerblick sind sehr geräumig. Alle Meerblick Zimmer haben Terrasse - im 1.Stock Balkon - direkt vor dem Privatstrand am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist modern, nur schade wenn nichts repariert wird und die Schlampigkeit überall sichtbar wird. Unsere Vermutung: es ist ein BWL-Durchstrukturiertes und optimiertes Hotel - geringster Aufwand für max an Output. Die Vermutung liegt nahe das dort nicht selbst gekocht wird, sondern nur aufbereitet. Es gibt 4-5 festes Personal, alles andere kommt stundenweise als Aushilfen dazu-dementsprechend professionell. Das Abend Menü ist fake! Manchmal wartete der Kellner bereits mit dem nächsten Gang in der Hand während der andere den vorherigen abräumte. Zwar auch optisch gestylt aber ohne Charakter. Ein Essen in einem örtlichen Restaurant ist wesentlich ehrlicher...Fakten die jeder selbst beurteilen kann:
-Minibar ist leer... \"für eigene Getränke\"
-Privatstrand (2.Satz beim Check-in) halber Tag Liege/Schirm 18,--/ganzer Tag 25,--
(wurde uns nach einiger Diskussion doch erlassen) Es gibt keine Strand-Tücher
-es gibt keine Kleenex Tücher im Hotel, dafür bekamen wir 3 Rollen Klopapier extra
-abgebrochene Halterungen/Bad, Brausekopf-Halterung, kaputte Lampen
-Frühsück: nach Cappu/Espresso muß man fragen, Metro Jogurt, sonst OK
-vor uns wohnte jemand mit schwarzen langen Haaren ;-)

Non male, ma si può fare meglio x un 4 stelle!

Bella struttura. Letto duro, doccia grande ma con acqua o caldissima o fredda.
Climatizzazione della camera da gestire tramite reception. Colazione buona ma un po' limitata. Spiaggia a pagamento (andrebbe specificato sul vostro sito che costa 25 Euro/giorno ombrellone+lettini!). Spiaggia e mare senza infamia e senza lode.
Non male, ma ci aspettavamo di più da un 4 stelle!

リビエラ海浜沿いのリゾートホテル

スイスからモナコに車で移動する途中に泊まりました。
ヨットハーバーが前にありますが、普通日本人が泊まる場所ではありません。
部屋の前が砂浜で海水浴には便利そうです。
2食付のブランにしましたが、そこはイタリアで夕食は美味しかったです。

schönes aber teures Hotel

Wir hatten Mühe, das Hotel zu finden! Es liegt ein wenig einsam am neuen Hafen von San Lorenzo di Mare. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön aber ein wenig kalt eingerichtet. Das Morgenbuffet war genial und der Service des Hotels auch hervorragend. Wir finden, dass der Preis für die Übernachtung eher zu hoch ist.

Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non é stato soddisfacente per un albergo 4*.
Sarà per il personale ridotto, ma ciò non giustifica un servizio così superficiale. Alle camere non ti accompagna nessuno, i bagagli se li porta il cliente, il personale manca di giovialità. Alle colazioni il coprimacchia non viene cambiato dopo che i clienti si sono alzati dal tavolo, viene solo \"spolverato\" od eventualmente girato sull'altro lato. Le camere necessiterebbero di più manutenzione e manca il minibar. La pulizia? mah...la camera viene rassettata in meno di 10 minuti! gli asciugamani sono di bassa qualità e non proprio profumati... Abbiamo prenotato con Hotel e per questo siamo stati penalizzati? non é un motivo valido...abbiamo comunque pagato e non poco e se la struttura decide di aderire a questi siti il cliente di sicuro non deve essere di serie B...Inoltre deve essere chiaro nella descrizione che la spiaggia dell'albergo é a pagamento!

Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr gemütlich, das Bett eher hart und im Badezimmer weder Zahnbecher, noch Haken für Tücher. Das Service-Personal ist aber sehr nett. Kein WLAN im Zimmer und Strand nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

Super schönes Hotel, mit wunderbaren Zimmern.
Wenn man Kinder hat ist der Strand super man kann bis zur Absperrung stehen.
Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, ist dass wir zusätzlich noch 9Euro pro Person für den Strand zahlen mußten, obwohl im Angebot steht Privatstrand und nichts von weiteren Kosten. Auch die im Hotel sagten uns nichts, erst bei der Abreise.

Nice hotel, clean and in walking distance from San Lorenzo. But: Some of the staff seems rather unfriendl. Be prepared to pay extra for tomatoes, mayoneese and even a cup of coffee for breakfast! WiFi was slow on and off, actually useless. Air conditioning was managed from the reception and did not work properly, either 16C or 23C.. Sun beads cost 25 euros a day on the hotel beach. I don't think we will be back.

Ospitalità all'Italiana. Italian hospitality..?

We came attracted by the rooms pictures and advertised access to the private beach. The booked deluxe room I'd define it a \"decent\" normal room. With some reservations the beach access is included in the rate, ours wasn't. All impossible to realize from their website. We've been asked 25€ for half a day with sunbed and umbrella. Room air conditioning is controlled solely from the reception and you should call for each adjustments. For the wireless reception will issue, per device, a 12 hrs password. Receptionist and staff seemed detached fron the hotel and hospitality in general. They claimed due to the change of ownership. We left immediately not even staying for one night.
