The room had a bad odor and the front desk graciously switched our room. From now on I will not reserve a room where pets are allowed. It was a very strange smell. After breakfast when we arrived back to our room there was that odor coming from the second room. Not as bad as the first room, but an odor nevertheless. Too bad. It’s a nice property with beautiful floors

Very neat rooms and friendly staff. We were passing through, arrived in the late afternoon and only stayed one night. The pizzeria was casual and the food and drink were great. The room was a good size and very quiet considering it is not far from the motorway.

This is a bit dated,but good sized room, breakfast was good although more options (eggs would be good). Unfortunately the room smelled stale so we opened up the windows for a few hours and left to find it better then before. I liked!

This was a very pleasant stay in Ascoli. As it is about 9 kilometres downtown one requires a personal auto or a taxi to reach the tourist areas. This hotel is nestled in a residential area. The grounds are beautiful and hotel has been well maintained although it can soon benefit from remodelling. A tranquil and safe area. The only downside was the smell of sewage which the hotel staff stated usually happens when there are rain storms in the area.

Good sized room. Mosquitoes down in the bar area - this is a common problem this time of year and I am surprised hotels don't have facilities to improve guests' comfort by installing some 'bug-zappers' that can keep the population of biting insects under control.

If you are in the neighborhood of this hotel you have to stay here! Beautiful hotel, room was a little small but very comfy. It was very quite. We had a very nice dinner there and there was a complimentary breakfast, which was very good. Easy to find.

La struttura ha un certo fascino; se devo essere del tutto onesto, da l’idea di qualcosa un tempo grandioso e lussuoso, adesso un po’ decaduto ma comunque ancora di ottimo livello. Un esempio? La struttura nel suo complesso è bella (un palazzo signorile d’epoca con delle ali laterali moderne ed attigua chiesetta; giardino, parcheggio ecc…), si parcheggia bene e la colazione è eccellente (per non dire del personale squisito). Però poi entri in stanza (noi eravamo nella 409) e, nonostante un mobilio molto bello, letti comodi, frigorifero ed eccellente tv (posizionata bene) poi in bagno trovi il piatto della doccia spaccato e risigillato, le ante sfondate ed il calcare che ha mangiato gli interstizi. Poi nei corridoi o in ascensore la moquette è lisa. In sala colazione gli stucchi sono mangiati da umidità ed infiltrazioni.
Però se penso al rapporto qualità/prezzo straordinario (anzi, tendente al regalato proprio…) non posso dire nulla. Credo torneremo (per motivi familiari andiamo ad Ascoli Piceno minimo ogni sei mesi!).

Hôtel dans un cadre bucolique avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le lit était confortable et nous avons bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bien. En revanche, quelques rénovations seraient bienvenues : moquette et tapis défraîchis, salle de bains à rafraîchir (joints de douche, lunette WC, poignée de porte). Avec ces améliorations, l’expérience serait excellente.

Mi è piaciuta l' ubicazione della villa in collina alle porte di Ascoli Piceno. Comodo e utile il parcheggio interno gratuito, la hall è accogliente e elegante, il personale è professionale. Molte perplessità sulla camera assegnata: vecchia anni '60, non curata nei dettagli, non pulita adeguatamente (infissi sporchi, pulsanti luci sporchi, terrazzino improponibile), bagno funzionale ma di stampo old style. La camera non risulta piacevole, non all'altezza delle aspettative e rispetto al contesto.

Sul lenziolo c'erano granelli bianchi (non ho capito cosa fosse) che davano fastidio sulla pelle. Riscaldamente non regolabile dalla camera. Colazione piuttosto scarsa di qualità e di varietà.

L'Hotel è ottimo, come il ristorante al suo interno con ampia scelta di carne e pesce e ottimi vini. Purtroppo l'unica pecca è stata la temperatura interna della camera pari a un forno crematorio, che il personale, pur gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, non è riuscito a sistemare.

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato problema nella pressione doccia (poca acqua e lenta nel riscaldarsi. Nel complesso buon soggiorno per una notte ad prezzo adeguato, da valutare per soggiorni più lunghi.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla superior. Al nostro arrivo la camera assegnata non era di nostro gradimento. Arredi vecchi, una brandina al posto del letto singolo messa attaccata al matrimoniale e un bagno con il water posizionato a qualche centimetro dal lavandino... Decisamente scomodo... Alla nostra lamentele ci hanno proposto una junior suite. ovviamente pagando la differenza .... accettiamo e ci danno la 402 al 4 piano. Schöne alte große Villa. Diese liegt recht günstig an der Schnellstraße (Ein-/Ausfahrt ca. 500m) nach Ascoli Piceno (7km) und zum Meer (25km), kann also durchaus als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Umgebung genutzt werden.
Ende August unter der Woche war das Hotel nur schwach gebucht und somit insgesamt recht ruhig. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren recht großzügig und ansprechend. Das Alter merkt man dem Hotel an, hat somit aber auch einen gewissen Charme.

Per rilassarsi a due passi dalla splendida Ascoli, questa villa offre una splendida struttura e uno staff gentile, disponibile e attento. La struttura è un po' antiquata, molte camere avrebbero bisogno di alcuni ritocchi e un po' di manutenzione. Ad esempio nella nostra, la 211, non andava una lampada da tavolo, la luce nell'ingresso, la cabina doccia non chiude correttamente e le pareti avevano bisogno di una po' di pulizia.
In compenso il giardino, la vista dalla finestra sul tanto verde e la quiete notturna ci ha consentito di rilassarci e riposarci. La colazione è molto ricca. Non abbiamo approfittato del ristorante, ma altre recensioni ne parlano molto bene. Lo staff come già detto è stato molto gentile e attento alle nostre necessità.
Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è stato più che adeguato al servizio offerto.
Sicuramente approfitteremo di nuovo dell'ospitalità al prossimo viaggio.
