No working smoke detectors in room. We later found them in a cabinet. All lamps and lamp shades covered in rust. I wish it would let me add pics. See my review on Google. Phone didn't work, elevators didn't work. The microwave looked like someone cooked uncovered spaghetti in it for 10 minutes. Pool and hot tub were disgusting. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Zero hot water in room. All in all, one of the worst stays I have ever had. Management refused to contact me after the stay to voice my concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Our room had a funny smell. Like roach poison. The receptionists was helpful, but I couldn’t understand anything she said. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was blah. (Eggs, sausage, pancakes) for $80 a night, we expected more. Overall it was decent for what we needed it for. (A place to stay while a/c was being fixed in my home)

The staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and overall very clean, which I appreciated. The bathroom was especially clean, though there was a small amount of rust on the door frame. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi did not work during my stay, and it was a bit frustrating trying to get the door key card to work consistently. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re traveling on a budget and don’t mind a few inconveniences

The room looked nice but had boogers on the wall, the bed wasn’t made, and the tv didn’t work. The indoor pool and hot tub were a chilly 50° but the desk staff let me know where Walmart was to buy swimsuits even though the pool was not swimmable.
The breakfast had sour milk, a broken juice machine, and there was a homeless meth couple that came in and filled six plates of food before leaving out the rear door. My advice- pay a little extra and stay elsewhere.

The staff was courteous. The hotel is behind a parking lot from a closed down Apple Bees restaurant with a foot of grass growing in the cracks which appears to belong to the hotel. We were one of two vehicles there when we checked in which was a little scary. There are other hotels nearby that were quite busy. There was a burnt light bulb which was taken care of asap. There was only hot water in the bathroom sink and the plates to the door knobs were hanging off the door. A little glue could have done the trick. It was clean and comfortable but a little weird.

Pros: friendly staff, quiet, ample handicap parking, adjoining rooms
Cons: each of the two rooms had one damaged fire/CO alarm; key card machine was out of service, so we had to be let in the room by staff, and would have had to depend on staff to let us back in had we left and returned; checked out the \"hot breakfast buffet\" @ about 6:15-6:30, only hot items were 8 sausage links and 4 fried eggs, along with a waffle station, a toaster for the bread that was supplied, and a microwave.

When we checked in the sweet lady at the desk did not know if there were linens for the pull out couch, charged the reservation card immediately instead of asking if we wanted to use a different card (which I did), and did not have the “key maker” at the desk to make our room key, so we had to wait on it. The room was okay but smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel. It was hard to get the toilet to flush. Took our children down to the pool and the hot tub had one jet that worked on the bottom (feet area) and had brown-tinged water. The kids loved the pool. The pool room as a whole was clean though. The complimentary breakfast was lacking significantly. There was cereal but no milk, the muffins were stale, the waffle maker spray was out, the sausage was awful, and the “orange juice” was clear (make that make sense). Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff was so nice.

Made a reservation a month before my trip. When I arrived they did not have my room and tried to give me a smaller room with one bed, but I needed two for my kids. After arguing with me they finally gave me a different double queen, but the pull out bed was filthy and rusty and broken. The room smelled awful, like old cigarettes, despite it saying it was a non-smoking room. The door lock was broken and loose, and the key cards didn't work half the time, requiring me to have to keep coming back to the desk.

The two ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly. However, the older gentleman was unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. The pool area needs some updates, especially the hot tub, which was empty and could be a safety hazard. A negative experience staying here was the noisy night on March 20. Our next-door guest kept us up all night with loud music and singing. When I stepped outside my room to get closer to the next-door room, there was a strong smell like skunk. The next morning I found out that the person staying next to us was an employee. People staying in a hotel should be considerate of other guests. In my case, the employees as well as the managers should know that guests are more than likely looking for a hotel to rest and enjoy some quietness.

The property stated they have a hot breakfast from 6-9. We went down at 7:30 and the only thing available was bread for toast and some apples. There was cereal but no milk was available. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay with few frills, this is it. Front desk staff is friendly. But after staying in 3 rooms over the course of two trips to visit family, I'm finally bothered enough to warn people away. There were lots of little things that added up, plus one big thing. The little things: rooms were not completely clean, the hotel was a bit run down with plaster falling off in some places, room keys were deactivated daily, friends of the staff frequently hung out in the driveway in front of the hotel, and breakfast food ran out about 45 minutes before it was supposed to. All that could be forgiven except for the big thing: I was given a room with a peed-in bed. The sheets had been changed, but not the mattress cover or the mattress itself, so it all smelled like urine. I felt like an idiot for not noticing the smell before jumping into bed after a late night. They swapped me to a different room, but that room had candy wrappers on the floor, a used towel, and missing light bulbs. I won't be staying here again.
