Our family felt safe at this hotel. It was surprisingly quiet for how full the parking lot was. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. It wasn't perfect or fancy (peeling caulk in the bathroom, cracks in the paint on the wall, touch up paint on the walls that didn't quite match the color/sheen of the rest of the wall, a hook was broken on the curtain). The breakfast was standard with a couple hot options and yogurt, fruit, cereal, baked goods, etc. Overall it was a nice place to get some sleep on our long drive.

Expedia told me my room would be a total of $148.00 I ended up paying $159.00 for one night, when we checked in at 5:00 pm the room had not been cleaned; the bed wasn’t made and dirty wash cloths and towels were all over the floor, they gave us another room; I will not be using Expedia any longer, they lied about the room price!

So So hotel, horrible breakfast... loud motors

Hotel was very old, fairly clean, however.. it is on an off road vehicle trail head and most of the occupants were there for that.. loud side by side motors running and racing in parking lot early in the morning and late at night.. Hotel never mentioned this in booking... breakfast was HORRIBLE...The rate I paid for this hotel was RIDICULOUS

Nice, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows and good parking. Service was spotty. Our room was never serviced, we had to go to the front desk and get fresh towels every day. One or both of the room keys did not work every day. The ice machine on the second floor is broken, another trip downstairs.

Third party reservation service stated they had a pool. They do. But it has been out of service for QUITE a while. Main reason i picked it ver other was pool. Beds were super comfy though. Good water pressure. Staff was very nice.

When we arrived ac was not on in our room(Aug) really hot and didn’t work well took 4hrs to even get comfortable to sleep.
Room was also in the front with lights blinding drapes don’t close all the way and no one told us there was black out curtains that were hidden. Basic hotel breakfast

Everybody was very friendly and nice and helpful there at the property. I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. It had a nice option for healthy breakfast options and it was maintained very well also and clean was a little hesitant initially as this is right off the highway, but I would stay there definitely again highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the owner and their staff.

Although the parking lot had some dirty areas from off-road recreation vehicles, the inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was very well pleased with the King Suite w/ Sofa Bed, as the room was large and spotlessly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room coffee was of high quality. I will stay there again.

We came to visit family and stayed 4 nights. The staff was great. The room was old and needed to be updated but it was clean. It smelled musty. They had a work out room with a treadmill and elliptical, balls and weights. There was one washer and dryer. Breakfast was ok. Standard fare of eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles.

I was honestly counting on having hot coffee available as have many other Comfort Inn's I have stayed in from N.C. to PA.,and all over the South and part's of the North and West as far as the Great Lakes Region and Oklahoma as a Truck Driver. I travel mostly solo, but hot coffee at all hours of the day and night, as well as \"Sausage Gravy and Biscuit's\" are a must. My biggest complaint was the age of the Orange's in the bowl. One had mold and the other's were so soft I thought they were going to explode. Freshly made egg's to order would be more preferential to egg's that have sat for who knows how long? At least the egg's cooked won't be wasted and thrown out because no one wants them.

They advertise breakfast... no, not really. They have a full bar and restaurant, open from 10:30 - 10:30, but \"complimentary\" breakfast is microwave 7-11 breakfast sandwiches. Not really what i was expecting. I had an afternoon flight, so they were able to offer me a late checkout for an additional $30. Room was clean, but lights in the bathroom didn't work. So, for the money, about what you would expect. They do have airport shuttle... Will see how well that works out!

We stayed here to ride in the area. It was excellent for what we were doing. I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting to ride in the area to stay here. They have a guard that stays there overnight watching things.

You should warn people about the ATV community. This place promotes ATV riders and they were loud and running all night long! Just drove 13 hours and needed sleep, no way to sleep with the roaring motors running all night long. Will never stay here again

When we checked in we were basically told to go back outside and undress or we would have a $250 mud fee. First of all they are located in the area where people ride atv/utv's. What are they expecting? We weren't going to trash the place. Also, I reserved on Expedia. The other 2 couples we went with went straight in at 6:00am and paid and got their room. We were told we had to wait until 3:00pm. Same exact room. We were given trash bags to go outside in the freezing cold to put our clothes that were not even that dirty in a bag.Will NEVER stay here again. They also have to have full time security on-site because of people having trucks and atv's stolen. Not sure what he's securing.....playing on his phone sitting inside watching tv. We get to our room and there was black mold around the faucet on the bathtub, marks on the walls and a few other problems but want to be rude about a little dirt on our boots.

Too bad pool was out of order ...

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and in an easy to access area off the expressway... however upon arrival we were told the pool was out of order until tomorrow. We generally choose hotels with pools after a long drive so my daughter can let off some energy.

When inquiring about the pool I was told it had rained heavily in the day so they had to add chemicals and thus it was down for 24 hours. I questioned why so long and the girl on staff said that is what her manager said to say. It sounded more to me like whomever was in charge of testing the chemicals didn’t feel like coming in to test them as my 10,000 gallon pool only needs 15 minutes after shock is added to be safe to swim.

Overall nice enough place to stay for a night ... as long as it doesn’t rain too much before you arrive.

Facts of stay at Comfort Inn in Pioneer, Tenn.

Nice rooms, but check-in and check out a little disorganized. Manager had to be called to assist clerk with check in, manager was somewhat \"cold\". Then again at checkout, clerk could not produce a receipt for Pet charge, so she had to sign by hand that it was paid. She could not reach manager who was \"off\". Shower had some \"mold\" in one of the joints around tub.

We were here for a quick stop to sleep...just 8 hours. Beds comfy, seemed clean..didn't inspect to deeply tho. Breakfast like most( waffles, dry eggs, bread , cereal ECT) should have 2 waffle makers. Never seen pool...front desk man nice but bit slow. He was also smoking right outside front entrance, they had a sign posted at front desk \" smoke free property\"..soo.
