Wonderful motel to stay at. Everything was very clean and front desk was very accommodating. Loved the breakfast- lot to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
Frank
Booked this hotel after immediately canceling our 3 night stay at Mainstays Cedar Bluff and it was night and day. Place was much cleaner and the staff was very accommodating to us extending an additional night. The hotel room was quiet and the breakfast was delicious with a healthy amount of selections. Only small gripe we had was the firmness of the mattress but that's only because we are side sleepers. Lovely hotel otherwise!

Nice clean room right off the I-75.
Around 4am a group of Side by sides came in making racket and talking loudly. I complained to the desk and he took care of it immediately.

Safe, clean, and friendly. Breakfast was good and property was very nice!
Leigh
Our family felt safe at this hotel. It was surprisingly quiet for how full the parking lot was. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. It wasn't perfect or fancy (peeling caulk in the bathroom, cracks in the paint on the wall, touch up paint on the walls that didn't quite match the color/sheen of the rest of the wall, a hook was broken on the curtain). The breakfast was standard with a couple hot options and yogurt, fruit, cereal, baked goods, etc. Overall it was a nice place to get some sleep on our long drive.
Ashley
Hotel is always clean and friendly staff. Good free breakfast variety. If you like a firm mattress this is the place for you

Expedia told me my room would be a total of $148.00 I ended up paying $159.00 for one night, when we checked in at 5:00 pm the room had not been cleaned; the bed wasn’t made and dirty wash cloths and towels were all over the floor, they gave us another room; I will not be using Expedia any longer, they lied about the room price!

So So hotel, horrible breakfast... loud motors
Hotel was very old, fairly clean, however.. it is on an off road vehicle trail head and most of the occupants were there for that.. loud side by side motors running and racing in parking lot early in the morning and late at night.. Hotel never mentioned this in booking... breakfast was HORRIBLE...The rate I paid for this hotel was RIDICULOUS
Patrick
Nice room, but lacks service.
Nice, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows and good parking. Service was spotty. Our room was never serviced, we had to go to the front desk and get fresh towels every day. One or both of the room keys did not work every day. The ice machine on the second floor is broken, another trip downstairs.
Tara
The breakfast was good and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our air conditioner didn’t work good one night but otherwise our stay was great. Very accommodating !!
Christopher
Third party reservation service stated they had a pool. They do. But it has been out of service for QUITE a while. Main reason i picked it ver other was pool. Beds were super comfy though. Good water pressure. Staff was very nice.
Mark
When we arrived ac was not on in our room(Aug) really hot and didn’t work well took 4hrs to even get comfortable to sleep.
Room was also in the front with lights blinding drapes don’t close all the way and no one told us there was black out curtains that were hidden. Basic hotel breakfast

Good place!
Very nice place and good breakfast! When we arrived at 11:30 pm, the staff was inexperienced. Took awhile.
John C
The beds were hard. Breakfast was a pouched egg sausage or waffle
Stacey
Everybody was very friendly and nice and helpful there at the property. I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. It had a nice option for healthy breakfast options and it was maintained very well also and clean was a little hesitant initially as this is right off the highway, but I would stay there definitely again highly recommend this hotel. Kudos to the owner and their staff.
Larry
Nice and clean, we ride side by sides at Royal Blue and it is the perfect location. We can ride from hotel to trails. Everyone on the staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is good.
Betty
The property was very nice, clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast was greatvas well.
sharon
The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great
Benton
Although the parking lot had some dirty areas from off-road recreation vehicles, the inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was very well pleased with the King Suite w/ Sofa Bed, as the room was large and spotlessly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room coffee was of high quality. I will stay there again.

Trash pickup is before 4 a.m. make sure you are well away from the dumpsters.
Genin
For a hotel that deals with a lot of off road people, it’s clean and well kept, I’d stay again.

OK Stay
We came to visit family and stayed 4 nights. The staff was great. The room was old and needed to be updated but it was clean. It smelled musty. They had a work out room with a treadmill and elliptical, balls and weights. There was one washer and dryer. Breakfast was ok. Standard fare of eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles.
Benjamin
I was honestly counting on having hot coffee available as have many other Comfort Inn's I have stayed in from N.C. to PA.,and all over the South and part's of the North and West as far as the Great Lakes Region and Oklahoma as a Truck Driver. I travel mostly solo, but hot coffee at all hours of the day and night, as well as "Sausage Gravy and Biscuit's" are a must. My biggest complaint was the age of the Orange's in the bowl. One had mold and the other's were so soft I thought they were going to explode. Freshly made egg's to order would be more preferential to egg's that have sat for who knows how long? At least the egg's cooked won't be wasted and thrown out because no one wants them.
Lisa
It was very convenient

Great front desk lady. Very clean, with a nice hot shower.

Everyone was friendly and the service was great!!
Sara
The breakfast was really nice, including things like eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, etc. They had a smart TV in the room.

It's OK.
They advertise breakfast... no, not really. They have a full bar and restaurant, open from 10:30 - 10:30, but "complimentary" breakfast is microwave 7-11 breakfast sandwiches. Not really what i was expecting. I had an afternoon flight, so they were able to offer me a late checkout for an additional $30. Room was clean, but lights in the bathroom didn't work. So, for the money, about what you would expect. They do have airport shuttle... Will see how well that works out!
steven
The staff was wonderful, the property and room was clean. I would stay here again
Jason
Everyone in our group said there room smelled bad in one way or another. Mine smelt like a kennel.

Riding time
We stayed here to ride in the area. It was excellent for what we were doing. I would highly recommend anyone who is wanting to ride in the area to stay here. They have a guard that stays there overnight watching things.

You should warn people about the ATV community. This place promotes ATV riders and they were loud and running all night long! Just drove 13 hours and needed sleep, no way to sleep with the roaring motors running all night long. Will never stay here again

When we checked in we were basically told to go back outside and undress or we would have a $250 mud fee. First of all they are located in the area where people ride atv/utv's. What are they expecting? We weren't going to trash the place. Also, I reserved on Expedia. The other 2 couples we went with went straight in at 6:00am and paid and got their room. We were told we had to wait until 3:00pm. Same exact room. We were given trash bags to go outside in the freezing cold to put our clothes that were not even that dirty in a bag. Will NEVER stay here again. They also have to have full time security on-site because of people having trucks and atv's stolen. Not sure what he's securing.....playing on his phone sitting inside watching tv. We get to our room and there was black mold around the faucet on the bathtub, marks on the walls and a few other problems but want to be rude about a little dirt on our boots.

Property could use some updating, but all in all a great place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Not the best area to stop in, but hotel was good.
Place was good and clean. We stopped for the night on our way through. I didn’t get a good vibe about the surrounding area in the morning though.
