Parking lot full of cinders which we dragged into the room on our shoes.
Mary
No outside seating and no pool
david
No breakfast. No Wyndham rewards.no lock on my room.
Cynthia
The staff were very nice. The room was clean. It would have been nice if they had a better breakfast, or at least milk for coffee.
Michael
I was able to park right outside my door. It was always quiet at night, the room was very clean. They came in the morning to offer new towels and clean the room. Great place to stay.
Doreen
Neeed a new mattress. Springs were awful. Coffee machine didn’t work. Smelled musty.
Tim
There was plenty of parking. Bed was lumpy. Alot of traffic noise. No shampoo and body lotion in the bottle in the shower.
joyce
Pick a different hotel.
Cathy
Pool not open, ok parking, but clean and comfortable beds and nice showers!
Connie
This property needs a little bit of updating. The mattresses were so worn out we felt every spring. And when we tried to go to bed somebody pulled in and it sounded like they were having a party in their room. It was not quiet or calm. Didn't get much sleep that night. I don't think I'll return.
Matt
Stay was great, clean rooms, nice quiet, then the other room arrived. They were up all night, ALL NIGHT, drinking and having basically a beach party in the parking lot and walk way, no courtesy for others. No one did anything, nor no one to call to end it management wise. Need to have rules like most hotels do.
Julie
Easy parking

The room was from the 70s with no reno. I had never and will nevrr dtay in a Super8 again. I made reservstions there as it was convenient and owned by Wyndham . Obviously do not tour hotel chains that they acquire.

The breakfast was terrible they didn’t have much just bread and coffee and I found a cucaracha in the room!! We can hear the tv from the next room it was very loud and they kept it loud at very late night
Kenneth
The room was clean and comfortable for the few hours of sleep that was needed along the trip. Staff at the front was friendly.
Derrell
the room was clean, staff were nice., but didn't believe me when I told them there was a dog in the next room that kept barking and whining.
kevin
Only thing I would change the breakfast that it was a good day went to a wedding. It was rested.
Ronald
Clean room ! Excellent staff !
Shawn
Breakfast was a joke, you could get a granola bar or a muffin and a coffee or a “juice” The bare minimum to “qualify”.
Rooms were painted by a toddler I’d guess. Room was clean but not really clean. 3 very small pillows on a king size bed was a joke. Tv had lines running through it and was unwatchable.

Advertised as breakfast and there wasn't any.

Decent place to stay
Front desk staff was really nice. The room was clean. The property is just outdated. Bed was springy.
Victoria
My only complaint is that they wouldn’t let us leave our car there for a few hours for my uncle to tow it we were from out of town going to a funeral.
Jamie
Nice beds, breakfast was almost gone at 8am. When asked for another set of towels housekeeping at first wanted my dirty towels back? After stating we were leaving today she said ok and left. Treating guests like a potential thief might not rub people the right way.
Beverly
We love this place
Ashley
I really really really hope i never have to stay here again. As i was putting belongs in my car atc10:30, they were physically knocking on my door telling me i had to be out by 11:00. I stayed for 3 nights and i would ask to exchange dirty towels for clean but they would ignore me and walk on only for them to come back a few hours later demanding to do a towel count.
Brenda
Pool was closed for maintenence so was very upset about that. Floors were very very dirty! Was not happy having black feet after u just clean your feet.
Housekeeping needs to mop the floors!!! Asked for extra blankets thay told us they were out. Got no discounted rate. Very unhappy. Wont be back.

Check in staff was great. She even found extra pillows for us. The room was in poor condition and in need of repair in several places. It seemed the springs in the sides of the bed were broken and you would roll off if you got too close to the side. The floor was swept but I walked in socks and my socks were filthy! Towels were a dingy yellow color instead of white. The coffee pot lid would not stay down and therefore would not make coffee. I would not stay there again and I am not a picky person.
Jennifer
The floors in our room were very dirty! Not sure they have ever been properly cleaned! My feet were black!
The rest of the room was clean so we did stay, but I made sure I wore my shoes when walking around the room!

Nice and clean
Lisa
We have family in the area and every time we come to visit, we stay here at least one night. The rooms are always clean and fully stocked with all the amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, and coffee is provided. The staff is always friendly. They do have a free breakfast. However, it is only small blueberry and chocolate chip muffins and granola bars are you talking to you and coffee and apple juice to drink.
Ed
Close to the interstate good and clean for the price
Nora Susan
Room was not bad. But the price was not appropriate since the pool has been closed for 2 years. But I was not told that until after I checked in
Lisa
Hotel has pool which has been closed for years. The free breakfast advertised is coffee and granola bars. When I went to the front desk to request another wash cloth I had to bring another wash cloth back LOL.

I pulled up in the parking lot and did not want to get out of my car. Sketchy people hanging outside the doors. Drugs were being used. I left the parking lot and didnt look back.
Hurtridge Sue
It was quit and peaceful and the room was clean and the stuff very nice.
John
Convenient to highway but not to food options. Room was OK but required a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially baseboards, entry door and floor. Liz, the evening desk attendant was most pleasant and helpful.
Curtis
Clean
Michelle
Ok stay
Refrigerator didn’t work. Tub would not hold water. Bath tub had hair and was dirty.
David
Great value, very clean, recent renovations.
Based on the price, I was almost shocked how clean and tidy this place was. I was prepared for below average, but this was outstanding value for a motel.
thomas
Breakfast was only a muffin, granola bar, coffee and orange juice. Road traffic was noisy.
Travis
Pleasant experience every time.
Curtis
Clean
SARA
This motel was loud and unkept. The sink even leaked... a lot. Stay away!
Mark
Staff was helpfull and gave us some extras. Room was not that clean and we saw some bugs that came from under toilet. We left early and couldnt get a refund for 2 nights
Lewis
Good stop
Nice place
Jonathan
Not worththe price. Non smoking groom smelled like smoke. Food in breakfast was not good. Double doors connected to the next room, light and sound pouring out from the next room through those doors.
Steve
Place was dirty nasty mold in bathroom and people doing drugs in the parking lots and infront of rooms
Harold
Good room at a good price.
William
Liz was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Needs a lot of upkeep but was nice for what they have to work with.
Chiara
Not very clean and didn’t seem like a very safe area
Verified traveler
Disgusting conditions. Don’t stay here.
The first non smoking room they gave me smelled like smoke. So they gave me the room next to it which smelled a little better but was absolutely disgusting. Dirty torn bedding, walls were filthy, spiders in the shower, and the chair was torn and heavily stained. This was by far the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in.
Paul
A place best stayed away from. Obviously, no one in ownership or management cares about the appearance. Run down rooms look old and tired, should probably be torn down. Town closed up up 8 PM, only dining option was Shoneys. No breakfast. No laundry facilities.
shannon
It wasn’t my favorite place to stay, but the rooms were clean for a Super 8. It served its purpose for us as we needed a place to stay for 2 nights in the area.
Candace
It was ‘unique’ ok. Bed had worn spot where it sunk in, chair was as so dirty and worn we would not sit on it, baseboards were all water stained as if the room had water in it, needs fresh paint with holes patched. The only positive I can say is the room was clean.
Timothy
Clean and comfortable! Good value. Convenient. Will stay again
Wanda
I didn't bring my mouse traps with me.
Michael
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in I travel for a living.
Denise
area felt a little sketchy, the outside of the building could use some updates and the parking lot, the inside was fine
Robert
Bed was old and springs were broken. Had a hard time sleeping

Don’t stay here
The place was NASTY you will see in the pictures we ask for clean towels was told No not before 11

GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS SITE
Over all we only slept here for 3 1/2 hours on our way down to FL HOWEVER the bed was very uncomfortable and not worth money spent when the actual hotel its self only charges 1/2 of what hotels.com charges. moral of the story check the hotel prices too before booking with this site. I GOT RIPPED OFF.
Donald
Good overall. Coffee pot in room didn't work and plug for tub didn't work. I am a shower person so the tub thing didn't bother me. Went out and bought coffee pot for evening coffee. Used morning coffee provided for continental breakfast. I would most likely stay here again due to affordability.
Dave
Just there for a bit. Breakfast was sad.
Jennifer
Dirty. The chair was so stained and dirty They should just throw it out to the trash. If the chair is that way I wonder about the mattress.
Strange people outside my room door on ground level past midnight.

Not a pleasant stay.
Dirty room unfriendly staff. Breakfast consisted on mini muffin and coffee dingey towels. Staff confronted me about taki n g picture of my spouse in the lobby because breakast bar was in the picture

This place should not advertise having a free breakfast. It was some stale muffins, coffee and granola bars. As well, we were told it was open at 6, and the door was locked and we had to ring the doorbell to be let in.

The mattress is not good

We loved the balcony and the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Checked in quickly. After a long cold wet day on the motorcycle, it was nice to park right outside the door and turn the heat up! Room is clean and smells fresh, a little \"worn\" but everything works. We'd stay again.

We had to stop in the middle of the night with not many choices. The front desk guy was super helpful and very kind. Location is right off the highway. I thought the bed was very comfortable and the shower immediately had hot water. It’s an older motel, but it was a perfect stop.

When I first arrived to Check-in. I waited for almost 10 minutes before anybody came to the front desk. When we got to our room, our phone didn't work. One of our lights didn't work. There's collected dirt around the floor edges. We had to clean the shower ourselves to use it. And it took forever to get hot water to the shower.

Unit was clean except behind bathroom door. Light switches are old and 1 was broken

Great location right off the interstate. Some local restaurants, but major shopping area just four miles away. Easy to get to right down the road.

Nice rooms, check in is easy.

The woman at the front desk is very sweet & friendly but the man is a jerk. Don't expect much for the continental breakfast as they only had muffins and granola bars, we tried to take our son something back to the room and the man came out yelling at us and told us no we couldn't do that. Our room was decent.

Decent for O/N
There are improvements that are definitely needed to accommodate at the pricing margins for a King bed.

Super 8 was clean and comfortable. Front desk person was helpful. Great space for the money.

We stayed in room 215 and were greatly disappointed: The toilet would not flush; had to get a plunger, which didn’t work. My wife requested another room, but Kamal Patel, the GM basically argued with her and tried to blame her for the plugged toilet, claiming she put some debris in it to cause it to get plugged.
Patel is a sorry excuse for a GM. He finally gave us another room, after first claiming there were no more vacancies, which I don’t believe, given the fact that the parking lot was very empty.
My wife requested a refund, but Patel declined her request. The woman who checked me in yesterday was very rude too.
I request a refund of the cost for the room, given the pathetic nature of this motel stay and the very bad customer service.

Employees did not care about the quality of the facility. The room had roaches, holes in the walls, the walls were also dirty, terrible remodel job on the shower. Floors were sticky, cracks in the refrigerator. The pillows were stained and raggedy. The towels have holes in them, and the wash cloths were stained with yellow because the employee said they clean the ashtrays with them. Paid $70 for a room and was not aloud visitors even though I was visiting family and they were to come over and have dinner and exchange Christmas gifts. Coffee pot was dirty.
When I was leaving the facility housekeeping carried around one rag from room to room. If I could have gotten a refund I would have left within five minutes of viewing my room. Please do not stay here, it is not worth it. I have pictures of all the above complaints.

This Super 8 motel is good for paying a lower amount based on the cost of other motels. Our only negative is the web said this motel had a full breakfast but in fact only has coffee, juice and bakery items to take with you as you leave.

Great Location, near the interstate and Royal Blue and other ATV parks. Good price! Average clean. Coffee makers had not have place to plug in or didn't work. But 6-10 is breakfast and coffee time. They call a granola bar or tiny muffin breakfast. They run out of coffee and when I told them they said wait 30 minutes!! Both sitting in the foyer like they were evesdropping on our conversation in the lobby but did not make a move to make coffee.
