Best hotel we have been to in a while. Clean, we'll taken care of. Basic furnishings but modern. Id be happy if all of my hotels were the same.

Faucet position for shower head was left on and water dripped off the tub and onto the floor. Small short toilet with thin chincy toilet seat that would pinch if you sat on it wrong.
Security lock on the door was broken off. You could really hear the traffic on the interstate.
Next time I’ll look for a different Hotel.

We've stayed at Fairfield Inns in the past and had great experiences. This time was fair. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. We left at 5:30am. The lobby was dark, no one at the desk, only a sign indicating to drop our door cards in a basket. No coffee. Decaf only available in the room. We were disappointed in this Fairfield stay.

Very nice stay. Comfortable environment. Safe. Front desk clerk in afternoon is AMAZING! I believe she is the manager? Lady who works the breakfast area is also wonderful. Breakfast had assortment of items. We stayed 2 nights and each AM hot items were different. Rooms comfortable and clean. Quiet. Good night of sleep. Will be back!

I always stay here because rooms are clean and the hotel smells great (that's my test of a good, well run hotel). Great coffee and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything you need while you're away from home (Walmart right behind the hotel and many good restaurants you can walk to)

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem was the shower handle was broken and my options were to stay up late to have them fix it (we checked at 9:30pm), let them in the room in the morning to fix it and not get back on the road the next day until well past when we had planned, or move to a different room after we already had all our “stuff” unpacked. If the broken handle, which I’m sure is not normal for them, was functioning properly I’d probably have given 4.5 stars as the room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was just so-so, but everything else was very pleasant.

This location really accommodated our family. We were there for a family funeral and they let all of us check in hours early and check out late. They even made sure our rooms were as close together as possible. Their empathy meant the world!!

As for standard offerings such as breakfast - WOW! What a spread! I have been traveling quite a bit this year and this location’s buffet was beyond any I’ve seen! But best of all was the lady who was replenishing the food. She went from table to table making sure everyone had what they needed. Our group stayed way after breakfast was done visiting with family. As she was cleaning up, she made sure we had everything we needed before she put it away. Refreshed coffee etc. Such a sweet lady and her service was greatly appreciated. Yes! All who were working Monday, September 8-9 need to be commended.

After checking in, we went to the room. I tried to turn on the television and it didn't respond to the remote control. I called the front desk, they asked some questions but eventually they came up to try to fix the issue. After not being able to correct the issue, they moved us to a different room, no big deal. But after I got home from my trip I received an email stating that I am being charged $750 for the television. The television didn't work when we checked in and I reported it as soon as I found out. I'm obviously disputing the charge, but I feel like I'm being scammed by this hotel.
