A true 4 star hotel - lots of class! Well situated to shops and restaurants and free parking for your car. The hotel beams and the rooms are fantastic. The staff are efficient and freindly. Overall, this is a great place to stay and enjoy yourself! The breakfast buffet is also a tasty experience and well worth the value.....overall, it doesn't get much better!

This was our last stop on a month long road trip and one of the best hotel experiences we had as a pit stop! The room was large and well equipped, and above all extremely clean. (While we didn’t use the Murphy bunk beds in our room - this would be an excellent feature if traveling with kids.) Parking was secure and convenient with direct access to our room. Breakfast was delicious, abundant and typical of the region. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to spend the night while you are on the road or visiting this area for a longer stay. The price can’t be beat for a practical, clean hotel like this!

I don’t usually leave reviews but in the case of this hotel it really deserves a mention. Great, modern, squeaky clean, friendly hotel which is nicely located to visit this beautiful part of Spain and enjoy super cuisine and wine.

Everything was very bright and clean, even the parking garage. The breakfast was fantastic. A special mention for Marta whose command of the English language and great customer service made our stay perfect.

Not easy to find, particularly as my Freelander satnav has a curious interpretation of Spanish postcodes! Otherwise perfect for overnight en-route for Bilbao ferry.

Hotel very good. Parking difficult, park is under hotel enter via lft, max length is 5 Metres and tight turn to get out of lift. staff also very good would recommend it for a stay of a few days

Chambre corrects parking à bannir
L'hôtel est correct par contre le parking est d'une part très difficile à trouver malgré le petit document remis à l'accueil, le plan devrait comporter l'ensemble des noms de rues et d'autre part le parking est totalement inaccessible à un SUV un peu gros, d'abord il faut rentrer dans un ascenseur, se garer mais surtout il faut pour sortir cette fois rentrer en marche arrière dans l'ascenseur et cela est très très très compliqué il faut faire au moins une vingtaine de manœuvres avant de pouvoir entrer dans l'ascenseur qui est plus que juste. Donc parking exclusivement réservé aux toutes petites voitures et non pas aux voitures de 5.20 m maximum comme le dit l'accueil. De plus rien de très intéressant dans les environs de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est moyen.

Dans la chambre il y a 2 haut parleur, prévu pour la musique, mais un problème provoquait un bruit insupportable toute la nuit, j’ai un enregistrement, personne ne peut dire qu’il réussirait à dormir avec ce bruit fort et strident. Après 7h de route et encore 6h30 de route aujourd’hui nous ne sommes pas reposé, pire expérience de notre vie dans un hôtel car aucune solution trouvée par le réceptionniste. Je porte réclamation et demande une remboursement !

De passage avec ma famille, nous avons été bien accueilli dans cet établissement. Le parking est bien protégé, nous permettant de laisser une partie de nos bagages à l'intérieur du véhicule. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. C'est un établissement que je recommande que ce soit professionnellement ou personnellement.

J’arrive à la réception pour prendre un chambre, la réceptionniste me répond qu’il ne reste que des chambres de catégorie supérieure à un prix bien plus élevé que sur le site. Je lui fais la remarque et elle m’assure que la chambre sur le site n’est pas reservable. Je ressort de l’hôtel et je fais ma réservation sur le site sans problème. Je retourne à la réception lui montre ma réservation et la confirmation. La réceptionniste reste froide et vexée, mon porte-monnaie lui était content!!!

Ha sido una experiencia muy grata. A nuestra llegada, la recepcionista fue muy amable, e incluso nos cambió de habitación para poder estar junto con las amigas que se iban a alojar con nosotras. La habitación muy limpia y acogedora. El desayuno buffet estupendo, muy organizado y bien servido (enseguida que se terminaba una bandeja o cualquier producto se reponía). Además, el pan mi celiaquita estaba preparándose a nuestra llegada al restaurante del hotel para desayunar.
