A lot of noise from the road . The window didn’t open or close properly. Air con not switched on yet ( waiting for summer ) and the code door lock was very temperamental and took many attempts to open . Breakfast is very basic . A lot of noise late at night from the airport.

Ibis Budget are small boxes with no soul. We walked into the room and straight out again. We walked across the road and stayed at the Le Cryano for the same price where we had kettle, tea/coffee, space to move around a proper ensuite bathroom and a large window making it light and airy.
The Ibis toilet was in a cupboard and the shower pod was tucked in the corner and the sink in the room. You would expect this if the room cost half the price advertised.

1, we stayed here for two nights and we couldn’t remove the mosquitos in the room. We killed them but they kept on coming back, needless to say a few bites and an uneasy second nights sleep.
2. The shower door didn’t close as it should have so when using the shower water ran out from the bottom of the door, this could have been dangerous as there was no foot towel provided.
Apart from the two problems the stay was good, the receptionist was so helpful.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay, near to the airport for our early morning flight. A taxi was booked for us by the receptionist, which was very helpful.
Unfortunately my husbands bed was not very comfortable. It needs looking at. I am sorry we left the hotel without giving this information to Reception....we were more concerned about our taxi when we were due to leave.

The staff were cheerful and friendly the breakfast was just adequate. The room was adequate BUT the air conditioning was switched off, because they only have it on after May. The room became hot and airless during the night, it was not possible to open the window because of the traffic noise. We stayed there for 5 nights and due to the heat of the room during the night the sheets needed changing but were not.

It was an ideal location for us to spend the night before flying out of Bergerac airport. The Hotel had a delightful, but simple outdoor seating area where we were able to have a picnic. The Hotel was very mindful of the fact that my Father is 102 years old.

avons réservé 2 chambres sur le site, à 1h10 du matin, en se présentant, la réceptionniste se réfugie dernière son écran en nous disant qu'il n'y a qu'une chambre de réservé , nous lui avons montré les captures d'écran des réservations acceptées et payées, aucune compassion, allez voir chez le concurrent, je ne peux rien faire, pour le remboursement, voyez avec la plateforme sur laquelle vous avez réservé....

Ce sejour a été horrible nous avons pas dormi de la nuit . Nos voisins de chambres sont arrivés à 1h45 en parlant haut et fort , ils ont mis la musique et fumer dans leur chambre. J'ai été cherché le gardiende nuit mais le bruit n'a cessé qu'à 4h . Il y avait une odeur de cigarette puis à 6h c'est d'autres clients qui claquent les portes. Malheureusement nous etions à côte de l'ascenseur comme bien souvent qd je réserve avec hotel.com .
J'estime que le gardien aurait dû faire le nécessaire pour exclure ces clients irrespectueux !!
Résultat nous avons dû annuler notre week-end car nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit. Nous sommes donc reparti à 6h30 du matin chez nous pour dormir.

Ma chamvre etait infestée de punaises volantes, de moustiques, j ai dû les chasser, et le matin une punaise se baladait encore au plafond, des fourmis couraient le long des plinthes. Un cauchemard cet hotel, que s est il passé ? Il etait correct, il y a quelques années, je n y reviendrais plus.

We kregen andere kamers dan geboekt, bedden waren slecht en hotel was erg luidruchtig (niet geïsoleerd), als degene onder je naar de wc ging hoorde en rook je dat ook, personeel sprak alleen frans, kamers erg klein en voelde als een soort gevangenis, gelukkig geen ontbijt geboekt want dat stelde niks voor en de Aldi is op paar 100 meter afstand met heerlijke verse broodjes. Wel goede gratis parkeerplaats en veel mogelijkheden om uiteten te gaan op loopafstand. Beter 3 tientjes meer uitgeven voor een beter hotel dan dit.
