The hotel doest feel like a 4 star hotel.
Room looks and feels a 3star , pillows are very thin. The carpet is very old, and the door i stayed in does not shut properly, you have to put a bit of force and check it is shut.

Very nice stay , arrived very late after a long drive, the gentleman at reception was very welcoming, helped me with the translation of the covid form and gave me a kettle to make myself a hot drink ( the tea making facilities in the rooms are temporarily suspended due to covid) would definitely stay again

Staff mostly non-english speaking despite this being a branch of international chain. Non-english menus, no english instructions, the description was not matching the hotel standard - no information about lack of kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in rooms - this is due to COVID but though hotel had information available for other aspects of stay, this was not included. No safe - this is not even listed on official website. Poor menu choice - again most likely due to COVID, but would be nice to have this information available. Staff nice, but long wait to get acknowledged and served.

Clean hotel with good facilities as one can expect from Mercure. Very friendly staff and good wifi. Rich breakfast and a great plus that you get also dinner for free if you have booked your stay with breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the Greifswald Süd train station. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable hotel, quiet neighbourhood, truely excellent buffet breakfast. It does host a lot of coach trips, this means the lobby is busy at times, but the staff are super-efficient and it's quiet in the rooms. Convenient for Greifswald Sud rail halt.

We were staying 3 nights. Allocated a room beside the lift. We could not be changed the first night as the hotel was full but we were moved the next day without any fuss. Breakfast was excellent if a little pricy at €15 per head.

Very solid hotel with everything you need. Located in the suburbs of Greifswald this hotel is very quite and relaxed. Provides everythings you need, e.g., free minibar and newspaper. Prices for restaurant are moderate. Staff was friendly. Overall a good experience.

stayed there on medical appointment, it is away from the town centre but staff kindly assisted to book taxies. Sabine provided exceptional customer service and was always very kind. the bed was comfortable and staff also provided tea making facility upon request. Overall good stay definitely would recommend.

We have previously stayed at the Best Western but choose to try the Mercure as it was considerably cheaper. We were not disappointed, the hotel is well situated, clean and comfortable. We had a double room at the back of the hotel, and a large kingsize bed. Our 5 year old son was able to stay in our bed at no extra cost. Would definitely book again.

The experience at this hotel was the worst. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant. Would not help with baggage, information, or ideas. The room was dismal, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. If this is how Accor are in other countries, i suggest you give them a wide berth, way overpriced for the experience. Maybe they should spend some money on staff training in manners and service.

Wir hatten das Premium-Doppelzimmer mit Parkettboden. Das Zimmer und die Flure waren sehr sauber. Badezimmer etwas \"einfach, aber total ausreichend und auch sehr sauber. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und blieben nur eine Nacht. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig, daher konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

In der Sauna waren alle Duschen, bis auf eine ganz enge, gesperrt. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, die Brötchen waren aber zu kurz aufgebacken oder labberig.

Die saubarkeit war am anfang als wir ins zimmer kamen gut, und dann musste man unten bescheid sagen wenn man das zimmer gesäubert werden muss oder toilettenpapier haben möchte.... und dann damit auf die umweltfreundlichkeit schieben... naja... ansonsten service an der bar war top...
Klimaanlage hat gefehlt im zimmer.... bei einem betonblock muss einen klima drinsein, sonst heizt sich das gebäude immer weiter auf...

Die Fußböden waren nicht sauber, was auch wahrscheinlich gar nicht richtig geht, da Teppichboden verlegt ist und dieser höchstwahrscheinlich ziemlich alt ist. Im Speisesaal sind nur lange Tafeln aufgebaut, keine Tische für sich und auch da war der Fußboden nicht sauber.

Sehr freundliche Empfang, Schimmel im Bad, Eiswürfel. Für eine erste Hilfe Behandlung gibt es dort im Hotel gar nicht. Ein Fahrzeug um das Gepäck zu transportieren, ist ebenfalls nicht verhandeln. Gartenanlage vor dem Hotel ist ungepflegt

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Auch sehr sehr nett sind die inbegriffen Getränke im Zimmer. Zimmer sind leider verwohnt und müssten mal renoviert werden. Aber für den Preis war es okay

Ein Schatten seiner selbst. Seit der Übernahme des ehemaligen mercure durch Domero wurden lediglich die Schilder entfernt (ohne etwas zu überstreichen, Baustellenromantik), alle Deko entfernt, Bar und Restaurant geschlossen. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war das Wlan im gesamten Haus kaputt, was vom Personal mit \"tja, ist halt so, wird demnächst repariert\" kommentiert wurde. Für ein selbsternanntes Mittelklassehotel nicht tragbar, wobei ein grosser Teil der Zimmer mittlerweile als Flüchtlingsunterkunft vermietet werden.

Gebucht als Mercure, angekommen war es ein Dormero. Für das Dormero gibt man in D normalerweise nicht mehr als 70 EUR/Nacht aus, das ist auch zuviel, aber nicht übertrieben. Hier mußte ich Mercure-Preise zahlen... für keinen Gegenwert.
Das Einzige, was für ein 1-Sterne-Haus wirklich gut ist, ist das Frühstück.
