Gute Lage neben dem Bahnhof, aber

Aus \"Umweltschutzgründen\" erfolgt die Zimmerreinigung nur nach Anmeldung am Vorabend, aber das ist in unserem Fall nicht durchgeführt worden. Der Teppichboden hat wegen der mangelnden Reinigung allergische Reaktionen (Augenentzündung, Niesen..) hervorgerufen. Schmutz vor dem Lift wurde in unserem Stockwerk eine Woche nicht entfernt. Deshalb werden wir uns in Zukunft total umweltbewusst verhalten und dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Hotel right next to Ingolstat Hbf. Very friendly service during late night check in. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with ample plug points. Shower was strong and shower gel/shampoo was pleasant. Supermarket and McDonalds 10 minute walk away.

-Kein Wi-Fi wegen IT Problem an dem Tag.
-Mülleimer im Toilette wurde nicht komplett ausgeleert.
-Zimmer Temperatur in der Nacht könnte ein bisschen höhe sein. über Controller an den Wand kann man nur Windstärke einstellen.

Hotellet ligger i et trist område op af banegården. Vi brugte stedet på vej hjem fra Italien. Receptionisten virkede ikke specielt imødekommende eller villig til at hjælpe.
Hotellet virkede mørkt og lukket.
Værelser var rent og pænt.

Great hotel right next to train station. Modern, clean, good air con. Not huge rooms but perfectly adequate for 2 night stay. No noise heard at all from trains. Free public transport ticket given to us and very easy to use, with lots of buses going into the old town all the time.

This hotel is much better than we expected when booking. Almost everything goes smooth. The bus ticket to go to the city is a nice feature. Excellent and very helpful front desk personnel. Our room is next to the rail road, but we can barely hear any train noise at all. Highly recommended.

Super cool place, very much in the new German style, love it for business or short stays, but the location is odd; it is directly behind a cab/bus station and parking is almost non-existent. There is a garage, but I believe it held only 15 +/- cars down there!

Good hotel right next to Ingolstadt HBF station

Good location right next to main train station. Bus stops are in front of the hotel, with many buses going to city center. Also the bus #11 to Audi museum starts here so it is convenient. Bus ride to from Audi museum is about 25 minutes.

Hotel room was basic but very clean and well maintained. The free bus pass was a plus! Didnt try the breakfast so cant comment on it. We stayed one night to visit the Audi museum and factory.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is across from bus station and beside rail station. Room faced railway but room was pretty quiet. We found the rooms really warm and the ac unit would not blow enough cold air to cool down the room. All in all it was a good stay

Good value hotel for regional rail trips

Hotel is right next to railway station and bus mini-terminal - our room was perfectly quiet despite this, great window seal! We chose the hotel as a base for several rail day trips, and it worked very well (get the Bayern ticket, bargain for two or more travellers). Free bus pass for Ingolstadt was good too - the old town center and the Audi Forum are well worth visiting. Book well ahead if you want an Audi factory tour.

Hotel is beside main station and has excellent links to Munich plus local bus to Ingolstadt city centre.
A free travel pass comes with all hotel stays so we were able to travel around the city very easily.

Excellent breakfast in terms of price, quality and quantity.

Great if you sleep well to train horns!

(An english review for all of those looking at reviews and scratching their heads)
At check-in I parked, got my ticket and rang the buzzer from the garage only to be told to walk out of the rear garage, and around to the front of the hotel... It's quite a walk with your bags and no help nor none to be had. Then at the desk I'm greeted by staff that looked at me with a certain look that just set the tone. They made a comment about my stay only being one night, and what could I possibly need it for? Well... To pick up a new car... That's what. After check-in I finally made it to my room where I was greeted by sheets folded nicely in a bundle at the end of the bed. No, the bed in a 4 star hotel wasn't made up; or even with a mattress cover. Very off-putting. To make a long list short, the mattress had just as many stains as the shower... Many of absolute befuddlement of how you could have a glass shower with residue on it. Then after a near public shower experience I made up the bed, got in and thought... Is this made of stone? Ah, no just rock hard. And then every hour at least a train horn would toot or a bus would honk out front.

It was like staying the night at the bus stop.

At check-out the woman was friendly and maybe it's just luck of the draw who you get; but I wouldn't let anything stand in your way if you're visiting the factory or picking up your Audi.

Avoid Breakfast in the Hotel

The waitress at the restaurant on the ground floor where they serve breakfast was very unfriendly. She looked very annoyed and angry when I said good morning to her. It was not welcoming at all. It's so obvious that she doesn't like foreigners. Avoid at all cost unless you are local, better have the breakfast somewhere else.

Needed a place by Ingolstadt station, so this branch of a nationwide, rail-based chain perfect. Lovely, efficient staff, nice room, WiFi worked, no complaints at all, only that it was pretty expensive for what was really something a notch above a budget stay. And breakfast would have been extra....

The location of the hotel was ideal for me. I arrived by train and the hotel was right there. They provided me with a bus ticket good for my entire stay. There were many buses across the street from the hotel so that exploring the city was really easy.
The hotel itself is new and very nice. Even though the train station was right there, the soundproofing was very good.

Only downside was the house keeper manageress unfriendly and not helpful with an issue in the bathroom. Good location for our needs.Booked a business room at front of hotel very quite.
Did not use the hotel restaurant but menu appeared to be limited, although plenty of restaurants in town which is a short bus ride away . Free bus travel card provided by hotel very useful

Fine for a couple of nights. The windows shut out all trace of sound from the station, bus to the centre is just outside the door. It gets hot in the night, experiment with the air con. Very expensive minibar so just pick up what you need from the outlets at the station (very nice bakery!)

we had a 3 day trip to view the Audi factory and museum. the staff at the hotel were friendly and it was spotlessly clean. The food was very nice and well presented. the bar staff were very nice and the service was fantastic.
we will be back next year for longer to try and fit more sight seeing in.

Boa localização para quem está a pé ou de carro, pois é próximo do centro, bem como tem uma estação de trem na porta do hotel. Estacionamento na porta do hotel na calçada, ou public parking nos fundos. Café da manhã excelente, muito completo e com grande variedade de frutas, frios, pães, doces. Funcionários super atenciosos. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist hervorragend, jedoch sind die Zimmer zum Bahnhof liegend bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Bushaltestelle liegt direkt gegenüber dem Hotel, wo man in sämtliche Richtungen bequem fahren kann. Da das City Ticket im Hotelpreis inbegriffen war, einfach super!!
Alles in allem ein super gutes Hotel, das ich bei einem Besuch in Ingolstadt jederzeit wieder buchen würde.
